So money is a total scam, collected illegally by the feds, mafia style, and in the absense of any law requiring the Brown's to pay and you think its strange they are doing this?
Whats strange is that everyone else is not doing this.

I think this one all depends upon whether the 16th Amendment to the Constitution is valid. There appears to be doubt as to whether enough states ratified it.
The other area of contention appears to be on the definition on "income". One side argues income in the sense we know it here, whilst the other side says "income" as defined in the 16th amendment relates to commercial business activity non the exchange of labour for money. ie. it is a business tax not a personal tax.
The real crunch is, when you say to the IRS "show me the law" and they wont/cant something smells a bit fishy.
There is a $50,000 prize up for grabs for anyone who can prove the law exists, as yet unclaimed. Apparently even IRS agents have gone after the prize, spent a couple of years at it, then given up.
If the Browns succeed, the implications are truly massive.
Ron Paul has promised to abolish income tax if he is elected.
Income Tax is illegal under the US constitution.
They are only allowed to charge sales taxes, property taxes, business taxes but not Labour Taxes. _________________
