The Cornwall Truth movement held its first event on Sunday evening 24th June. Heralded a great success, around 60 Cornish people were held spellbound for nearly two hours as William Rodriguez told his inspirational story of courage, guts and determination. Believed to be the first time ever that a survivor and witness of the 911 atrocities has ever visited Cornwall to speak, William not only shared his experiences that dark day, but also told us of his ongoing campaign on behalf of the Hispanic victims, and his assistance in helping the family members obtain a thorough, full and independent inquiry into the events, something which not only the Bush administration has denied, but also the 911 Commission, who ignored first hand testimony, and simply by not calling key eyewitnesses.

During the week-end, William was interviewed by the local radio station “Pirate FM” who broadcast snippets on the Sunday news bulletins, and also “Radio Cornwall” conducted a live interview for forty minutes, which was heard by many listeners who also learned for the first time not only of the many questions surrounding the official explanations of 911, but also the current the plight of the thousands of sick and dying first responders at Ground Zero who are being scandalously ignored by the Authorities.

The talk was introduced by Annie Machon, who gave the attendees a short insight into the workings of our Intelligence Services and the use of false flag operations.

The feedback after the talk included such comments as “This morning I think I am still in shock. After all the documentaries I have seen and books I have read nothing has hit me harder than William’s talk”. Furthermore a number of people put their names down to join an active campaign group for Cornwall.

A great success, and our very grateful thanks to both William and Annie, Dean & Jonathan for coming such a long way to this extreme tip of the UK and sharing with us their knowledge and experience. Hopefully we can put up some images of the event over the next few days.
