Yup - hypocrisy abounds.

Giuliani was the architect of no-tolerance drug policing in New York which saw 1000s jailed for minor infringements.

Like many others we could mention - it is likely that Mr G is part of Bush senior's long standing cocaine and heroin sales networks in the US.
