If what's in that article is true, then in reply to Stelios' post - people go to jail out of pure ignorance.
If you've seen Aaron Russo's Freedom to Fascism documentary you'll know that the ignorance of America's people led them to pay income tax for decades, simply assuming it was law. Trouble is, there is NO law that tells them to do so. This could be the same principle??
But having done a quick (and I mean quick), I couldn't find anything that touched on affecting the powers of a monarch when it comes to parliament. |

Ok, I've done a bit more looking and thinking
The 1911 Parliament Act wasn't given Royal Assent, because Assent was practically automatic as the last time a bill was sent back was 1708.
So technically, as it wasn't authorised by the monarch, according to Constitutional Law, it, and all other acts following, are invalid.
I haven't seen anything set in stone yet, but that's the general jist (as you probs got from the article theninja posted.
Interesting, mind! |

Whilst the concept is intriguing - unless you are self-employed/not employed - how EXACTLY does the average working person who is paid a wage by their employer avoid tax when it is extracted at source????? |

Good point Tele!
This is from the TPUC people, where alot of interest has resulted from this tax issue here and abroad and from the EU treaty issue. A group of lawyers, MP's and others are apparently onside and starting to get active under constitutional law:
Dear all
As you are probably aware, If there is a referendum we will commit Treason against our own country under our Constitutional Laws.
Do you honestly believe under our corrupt voting system we would get the result we seek!!!!
Just going to vote on this issue would result in the government causing the people to commit Treason against themselves.
But we can do this:
We have approached Leolyn Price CBE QC ( Top Constitutional Barrister) who is prepared to act on our behalf to have an injunction placed against the signing of this new Treaty.
We have 7 days to raise £3000.00 to start these proceedings.
We will need a further £50.000 for the case.
Could you please help us in circulating this to as many people as you can ASAP.
Also if we can get a ex member of the armed forces involved they would automatically get Legal Aid.
If you know of any one prepared to help with this they can contact me on.

Regards
