I really wish that who-ever origionaly posted this on the web had made an ACCURATE title!

Obviously done to get more web hits, its very intersting and confirms that BOTH cheney AND his wife??!?!?!??! Were there way before CHeney admitted it.

But there isnt an amdission that the order was a standown....

I think the point they're trying to make is that he still stands by the testimony he made to the commission. And having assumed he thought it was a shootdown order, he later found out it wasn't the government who did it, therefore lending credence to the stand-down order.
