America, your president is about to launch World War III

PERMANENT LINK
The facts:

1. Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRG) have been spotted by the British on at least three occasions crossing the southern Iran/Iraq border nearest Basra and deploying spec. troops. On the Iranian side are the bulk of Iran's Province of Khuzestan's oil fields. These oil fields would be prime targets in the event of a U.S.-led invasion. The IRG specialist troops have the task of attacking communications, command, control, and intelligence facilities, and causing general chaos in the event of war.

Quote:

When the Roman Empire was collapsing, the Emperor decided to avert the Mobs' attention by holding a year's worth of fantastic games and slaughters in the Coliseum.

Meanwhile the Barbarians were on the border.
2. Iran has rationed fuel to its population causing riots and discontent which have been widely reported in world media.

3. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela has dramatically escalated his socialist policies, and actually nationalized all of the Orinoco production facilities, where large US oil and gas companies have literally billions invested in infrastructure.

4. Hamas has taken over the Gaza strip.

5. Hez b'Allah have begun aggressively reasserting itself in Lebanon.

6. Syria has significantly bolstered its troops and moved these troops closer to the Golan Heights much as they did prior to war in '73 (Yom Kippur).

7. Turkey has massed more than 50,000 troops on the northern Iraq border against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK). Note, however, that NW Iran borders SE Turkey.

8. The Arab Gulf States have openly declared they are preparing/prepared for a U.S./Iran conflict this Summer.

9. Significant U.S. politicians are openly advocating war with Iran. These war advocates are Republicans, however, no voice of dissent is being heard from the Democrats.

10. Anti-Iranian propaganda is in full-swing of late.

11. The largest naval armada assembled off the coast of Iran since the 2003 Iraq war commenced is assembled and waiting. A 4th US Carrier fleet will secure the Suez.

12. The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve is full.

13. Next round of U.N. sanctions are on the way.

14. Politicians on all sides of this conflict have a vested political interest in war as a means of political survival. They are all hard-liners.

15. Moscow has released nuclear fuel to Iran for the Bushehr reactor.

16. Israel has recently and successfully launched its Ofeq-7 spy imaging satellite which gives it a great view of Iran (amongst others).

Conclusion: War is close.

Understanding that Iran is oil rich, but refinery poor, it is still quite an unusual event for them to ration petrol. They knew that it would cause public discontent and would be covered widely in world media. Despite the embarrassing news of riots, Iran knows that rationing petrol is a strategic preparation for war.

A military cannot function without petrol. And Venezuela's Chavez knows he cannot supply Iran, but he can help starve the U.S. of oil (but not for long ...)

You've "connected the dots" so vividly the dots just disappear under the direct line, and the direct line ends in an arrowhead. The rhetoric from the White House has reached its logical (but insane) conclusion, bringing America to the verge of yet another concurrent war over lies.

And this war will probably be World War III.

And it's almost certainly too late to avert it.

And the top story in the news tonight will be that Paris Hilton farted.

Helen & Harry

Paris. Makes sense to me. When the Roman Empire was collapsing, the Emperor decided to avert the Mobs' attention by holding a year's worth of fantastic games and slaughters in the Coliseum. Meanwhile the Barbarians were on the border.

I tell you something if ANYONE starts world war 3 and they start slinging nukes around.

I watch a program tonight on UKTV History on the atom bomb that's was dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 and that was just a little baby compared to what they have now.

So if they start using those John White, Tony Gosling and all those on this forum can forget about their petty differences with people like Fred etc.

Because every man, woman, child and baby will only have a fraction of a second that's all.

Hard to belive i know that the millions of people in this country can all be wiped out in a matter of seconds.

That's the threat we'll be facing if world war 3 starts

The only country carrying the required kilotonnage is America. Their delivery systems are currently pointed at non NATO targets and are incredibly difficult to repoint, not just like swapping a PCB a la Russian delivery systems.

So yes, and no. Probably no.

And how many times has the IRG spotted the british going over the borders into iraq? the brits have been illegally occupying iraq for how long now? i think that its.......wait, whats that on the news,.... two iranian passports of al qaedas in iran has been found in the cars carrying 3 gas bottles and 6oz of nails.....and... another al qaedas in irans passport has been jetisoned out of the car at glasgow airport and been found 16 kilometers away by netanyu who was out for a stroll, along with a suicide letter in perfect english praising all the qaedas in iran, next to 4 korans and a detailed map of all the a go go bars in the surrounding areas.

of course i may have exaggerated a trifle with the above news scenario, but what out for some other massaged 'evidence' turning up in the run up to the summer ''carpet bombing window of opportunity''.

im suprised you think they need to go to those lenghts to fit up iran as being the culprit. they have arrested a man who was in flames shouting "allah allah" apparently. so he is now being held under the terrorism act i persume.

which of course means they are allowed to use torture to get a confession(or anything they want him to say because he just wants them to stop) as well as put forward evidence which cannot be challenged by the suspect. or have i got it wrong on how it works?

so if any iran link is made it will be from this. if all suspects had died then you would of had the things you mentioned like the paper passports flying out the car and landing in front of a police man who was buying a coffee inside the airport Rolling Eyes

however we are all sure whatever this man confesses to as being the group involved it will be through torture/intimidation tactics.

i just hope everything that comes out is the truth and not lies inorder to fit another country up to further the agenda of what many suspect is happening.

And again much speak of Iran Sad

http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2007-07/01/content_6313099.htm

BAGHDAD, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Iraq's Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday criticized the U.S. military operation in Baghdad's Shiite bastion of Sadr City, hours after the U.S. military killed 26 suspected militants in the capital's eastern neighborhood.

Maliki also ordered the Iraqi special forces not to take part in any military operation without prior approval from Iraqi military command.

In a statement, Maliki said that his government "vehemently rejects any military operation by the Multi-National Forces in any Iraqi province or city without prior approval of the command of the Iraqi military forces or coordination with the command."

The statement also urged the Iraqi troops to abide by orders, made by the higher national authorities, and warned against launching attacks against civilians.

The Iraqi government would seek clarification from the Multi-National Forces about the operation that was carried out in the Sadr City neighborhood at dawn today.

Earlier, the U.S. military said that 26 militants, believed to have ties with "Iranian terror network," were killed during raids on Baghdad's eastern neighborhood of Sadr City during pre-dawn hours on Saturday.

The troops detained 17 suspected militants, the statement said, adding that there were no U.S. casualties during the raids, a military statement said.

"It is believed that the suspected terrorists have close ties to Iranian terror networks and are responsible for facilitating the flow of lethal aid into Iraq," the statement added.

Sadr City is a stronghold of Mahdi Army militia loyal to radical Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr.

The U.S. military frequently accused Iran of providing Iraqi Shiite militia with weapons and parts for sophisticated armored-piercing bombs, which has been denied by Iran.

U.S. and Iraqi security forces have staged a security plan in the capital since Feb. 14 with an aim of putting rampant violence under control.
