The thread on proposed national get-together is too long for those who want a clear statement of what they need to know about the conference. The organisers can use that thread to discuss detailed arrangements, but this is just what anyone contemplating coming needs to know.

BOOKING FOR NATIONAL CONFERENCE AND STOP THE WAR DEMO
To: All committed 9/11 activists;
You and your network are all invited to attend a weekend of activities in London on 24-25th September, including the Stop The War Rally on Saturday (where we intend 9/11 to be prominent), then our own first National UK 9/11 conference on the Sunday which will be an all-day event. More details to follow shortly. Please update your diaries at this stage.
*******Please note the 9/11 conference is not a public event*******
We plan to cover a lot, as well as have fun.
To help us organise we would be grateful for an estimate of numbers you know will participate in this event. To confirm your own attendance, send an e-mail to; sssohpal1@yahoo.co.uk,
Please put clearly in the subject box: 911 Conference
In your e-mail please state;
1. Who you are;
2. Which area you are from and roughly how many others will be coming to London with you, to reach us no later than 3pm Tuesday 20th
3. When you expect to arrive/depart London (Stop The War rally Saturday starts 12 noon, Parliament Sq.);
4. Whether you or members of your network need accommodation (we should be able to help, first come first served);
5. Any requests you would like to submit (deadline 23rd September 2005).
MEETING UP
We shall be meeting in Parliament Square. Look for our banner there, a huge white on black one reading: 9/11 Inside Job - Frame Up. At it you will find people to give you leaflets publicising our activities to distribute to fellow Stop the War demonstrators.
We will be congregating after the march for a movie screening and social gathering, venue yet to be arranged. (St Martins in the Field have cancelled our booking with them). We will send details of this later.

This is under discussion, but the focus will be on small group discussion workshops around how to develop our campaign from the nationwide foundations we have already established. If you have suggestions for a topic you would like to discuss please send them to Sukhvinder sssohpal1@yahoo.co.uk and Keith keith.mothersson@phonecoop.coop before the 23rd September (the earlier the better).
To help you prepare we have identified areas we aim to facilitate:
Team building;
Networking;
Development of National 9/11-truth strategy;
Development of 9/11 knowledge delivery methods (national & local);
Identification of needed resources for possible methods;
Development of fundraising strategies/avenues to meet need;
Campaigning ideas (possible cross over with other campaigns);
Remember, we want ‘outcomes’ – the truth must reach the people!
