I've done extensive searches and i cant find any over here. Does anyone know where i can get some in the UK or Europe?

Dried food and canned fod? Pickles and so on also. what other you have in mind?

I'm after bulk. i.e. a years supply at least like you can get in the states, stored in big plastic containers which you put in your loft or somewhere.

I think it's freeze dryed for space.

I agree but storage for most would be a problem!
But yea Rice Beans and pulses last years as long as they don't get wet
I think there should be some sort of network in place also so people know who is likely to help out in troubled times. I Know it sounds all doom and gloom but with a network arranged beforehand, it will be alot easier if the S* does hit the fan Just my thoughts hell I was a Cub Scout

I'm also in the process of getting prepared but also found the UK well below par in its disaster planning department.

My prelimenary enquiries include:

Google for Food Quality Storage. This gives 30ltr, 60ltr, 210ltr size containers. MMR's may be more useful for a 'quick' grab rucksack getaway. Night optics, head mounted are an essential in my opinion. Rechargeable Batteries, Solar panels and Rechargeable hand crank or solar radio. Berkey water Filter, Mobile water filter, tablets, Iodine or Bleach. Firestarter, Bivvi bag arrangement. Seed Bank. NBC suits and gas masks. More specialist Clothing. CCTV equipment. Geiger counters. Water Purification tester. Quality Camping Stove. Rucksack. Boots. Knives.

Help welcomed on:
Iodibe tablets... anyone know where to get these?
'Decent' dentistry equipment, pain kill?
Other proper medications that may be needed?
Alternative Medicine? Rife, Colloidal, Zappers?
Where to buy grain in bulk?
Where to buy common foodstuffs in bulk?

I have also stored a vast amount of ebooks and literature from farming to Surgery.

This has become an increasingly expensive proposition, but its seemed increasingly sensible to me whatever happens. It has crossed my mind that a business opportnity exists here if anyone's interested.

Over the next few months as I gather this stuff I'll report anything interesting. Anyone add anything or suggest something is a bad idea please fire away.
