NOT interesting at all. A short film about a teenagers complete ignorance. You could have interviewed any number of Adults and got the same response. Anyone doing anything to spread the truth knows about these people all too well already.

I disagree, I think it is interesting, although NOT unexpected.

It is interesting to see how news propaganda influences the opinions of our younger ones.

As I say it is not unexpected & as mentioned this line of reasoning displayed would be mimiced by a vast swathe of the population.

One of the methods I use is to reveal to people that what they have been told by the media is not the entire truth, litterally shattering their perspective & forcing them to question what they are being told.

To do this I ask them what happended on 9/11.

Usually the answer is that Terrorists or Al Qaeda flew planes into buildings.

Then I ask how they know this.

They might try to wiggle out of an answer (because they have never questioned it before) but they are FORCED to admit they "Know" because they were told by the news media.


From there I can reel of a list of other facts, asking if the media also told them about these, for example.....

Did they media tell you about the mass of troops around Afganistan in the previous months?

Did they tell about the Taliban negotiating in Texas for an oil pipe line & were threatned with a carpet of gold or a carpet of bombs?

Did they tell about Bin Laden being treated at a CIA hospital?

Did they tell you Bin Laden was created & funded by the CIA?

Did they tell you that High profile people got warnings not to fly on 9/11?

Did they tell you about the insider trading?

Did they tell you that one of the alleged hijackers could hardly fly a small plane?

Did they tell you a number of the hijackers have been found alive, despite being listed as terrorists who flew the planes?

Did they tell you the "terrorist" convienently left a will & flight manual in his car at the airport?

Did they tell you the head of Pakistani Intelligence meeting with a congressman the day before 9/11 wired $100,000 to the lead hijacker?

Did they tell you Osama Bin Laden twice DENIED responsibility?

Did they tell you Al Qaeda was the name given by the CIA?

Did they tell you of the excersise drills being carried out that day?

Did they tell you Norad did nothing on 9/11?

Did they tell you that a passport of one of the hijackers was reported to have been found in the rubble of the towers, some how surviving while the buildings were reduced to dust?

Did they tell you the Bin Laden family were whisked out of the country after 9/11 despite a no fly rule being in operation?

Did they tell you no other building EVER in the history of the universe have collapsed to due fire?

Did they tell you firefighters reported bombs going off in the buildings?

Did they tell you PNAC, including Cheeny called for a new pearl harbour event so they could dominate the middle east?

Did they tell you that they claimed Osama had a huge underground tunnell base, yet this was never found & neither was Osama...YET they luckily found a Confession tape by a FAT bin laden?

I could go on & on........

They did not tell you these because they are a bunch of fricking liars....wake up & go research....

Personally i like the clip. I did think it was insightful.

The kid was genuine and shows us that the youth in his area, are somewhat angry for unidentifiable reasons, are somewhat ostracising muslim peers without really knowing why, are somewhat confused over what occurred and who's to blame and are largely uninterested in debating the issue among themselves. When they do, it is common to resort to ridicule and verbal attacks of 'muslim terrorists' among their peers and no real debate is possible. We also learn that the media is the sole source of opinions.

All of that can be reversed. They need access to information, a reason to wish to access it and some respect giving to them that they are the masters of their futures and that they must take the opportunity and educate themselves because the system is deliberately failing them. They need to first see how negatively they themselves are being portrayed for them to empathise with their excluded muslim peers as though it was them in that position. They inherently understand this war is wrong. On the ground, it is them who will feel the full effect of new laws, as they will be the ones targeted on the streets for ill intents. It will be they who will be forced to accept biometrics and worse, for them to conduct themselves in their future lives. It is they who need to understand whats at stake and they, as is apparent dont even know it, and no one is going to teach them.

How do we? I dont know but an army of informed and pissed off hoodies is more than Blair's legacy of asbo's and respect laws could cope with. They are perhaps their own best bet.
