Maybe not failings as such ?
From a report on CBC...
http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2001/07/04/opium010704.html
...on 4th June 2001 (3 months before 9/11) the United Nations Drug Control Program says...
Quote: | "The world's biggest heroin producing country, Afghanistan, has gone out of the drug business." |
Quote: | A UNDCP report to be released next month will say Afghanistan has completely eradicated cultivation of the opium poppy, the plant producing the resin which is refined into heroin. |
Funny then that the UN in todays report (link at top) put sole blame on the Taleban for increasing cultivation...
Quote: | The UN report links the Taleban to the increase in opiate production. |
An interesting graphic from another link off this BBC story...

I don't think stuff like this happens by chance, I would like to hear others comments. |

Whats to say? Taliban, post Russian occupation, reduce Poppy production drastically. CIA and co. don't like it so invade Afghanistan. Soldiers now guarding poppy fields and Afghanistan now evolved into full heroin production for the first time.
Taliban leadership agent provocateurs used to stir up trouble in surrounding countries.
Black Ops budgets retained, Middle east flareup on track, eugenics program via deliberate drug addiction on track, Police State 'Problem Reaction Solution' stored up, Arms sales at will, Immigration issue on the fringe. Soldiers hardened to civilian casualties.
Its a win, win and win again for the NWO. |

I like how they burn a tiny little ammount with the caption...
Quote: | The authorities are trying to eradicate opium crops |
... actually come to think of it, how come they know 6000 metric tons (from the graph) are being exported this year? If they know that much detail, why are they letting it be exported?
...that was a rhetorical question by the way! |
