Ben Sliney on Radio 2

I was listening to Jeremy Vine on Radio 2 today and heard an interview with Ben Sliney, FAA National Operations Adviser on 9/11. He was the man who grounded all aircraft on the day. He also plays himself in the film United 93.

I haven't had time to listen again to this item but the interview he gives is very confusing especially his description of the way the FAA dealt with the situation and what protocols were in place on that day.
