9/11 Imagery on the old US 20$ bill?

I suppose most people on this forum know about the all-see-eye on the one dollar bill

But there is supposed to be 9/11 imagery on both sides of the 20 dollar bill. It's folded into a plane shape and 9+11=20. It was released as tender in September 1998. It seems a little bizarre. Just thought I'd put it out there.
