That's good news Simon, it looks as though we might be able to get a small cross party group of MPs together who are brave enough to make 9/11 (and 7/7) a major issue for their colleagues to face up to. My own MP, Tim Farron, is definitely on board once a few more MPs agree to get things moving. Suggest you get your MP to meet up with Tim on this.
Well done

Yeah - my MP said he wanted to catch up with me again, maybe over a coffee or beer when we would have more time to talk. I can then make the suggestion then.
I will of course hope to post much more information, but only once I have gained his trust. I dont want to blow anything right now.

good work Simon.
Unfortunately my MP (Cheryl Gillan, Tory) simply refuses to discuss any aspect of 911. |

If you on about Mulholland then good one Si, he's been ignoring all the emails I've sent to him despite supplying my full personal details etc.
Were it him? |

Fantastic! good work.
Yeah. more people should get in touch with their MPs. It can't hurt and most of them don't know anything about 9/11 I think (apart from the official story tale). So it's only right we should fill them in on the details.
Even our 'minister responsible for our relations with the United States' (Ian Pearson) is unaware of the official explanation of WTC7s collapse it seems! Well he was until I wrote to him recently.
Impressed to see your MP has already done some research Si.

Try http://www.theyworkforyou.com.
The site can tell you a lot of info on your MP - how much they vote with/against government motions & also what is in their Register of Members' Interests & how their expenses claimed rank amongst all MP's. |

hmm. was just playing with that workforyou site and if you try and search MPs speeches for the phrase 9/11 or 7/7 you always get:
Apologies, there is currently a problem with displaying the latest data here, due to server load. Search above and Hansard should still be fine.
http://www.theyworkforyou.com/hansard/?d=2006-07-07
if you search for something else like 'iran', you get no problems. _________________ "During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act" |

I imagine that this is down to a problem with technology, as the page claimed - possibly an inability to handle a '/' in searches. I tried inputing 'B/W' and got quite a few results, then tried '9/11' and got the same error that you did. I then tried '1/3' and '1/2' and several other number and '/' combinations and they all reported the same error.
Interestingly, searching for 'September 11' just brings up a page which says:
House of Commons and House of Lords
Monday, 11 September 2006
The Houses of Parliament are in their Summer Recess at this time.
I think it hardly likely that neither house has ever mentioned September 11th or that Hansard failed to record it. |

Just figured it out - it is searching for that date ('9/11' being 9th November) in its calendar. |

MPs are naturally anxious not to get publicity which may be used to discredit them. Perhaps they would be prepared for publicity when there are enough of them on board, all to poke their heads above the parapet at once. The Loose Change screening in the Palace of Westminster seems to vascillate between being on and off according to reports we have received.
I propose that in order to keep our lobbying of MPs (and peers?)confidential and to discuss the strategy of it, we open a private area on the forum to do this.
Is that a good idea and, Jim/JHR can you set this up? We probably need a moderator for this area, to let interested and trusted parties into this area on request. Any volunteers to do this? Si perhaps?

Hello...
New here - lot to learn, not quite there yet.
The thing I noticed about the MP website is the field entry box has been trained to find certain words.
For example - enter "Yellow Lorry" and the search thread ends ?s=yellow+lorry
Now enter "Nine Eleven" and the tread ends - ?s=Nine+Eleven
Here's the interesting one...
Enter "September Eleventh" and you get - ?d=2006-09-11
Spooky huh!?!
Not really, they have pre detirmined that any questions about this topic will not be asked to just anybody!
