Who`s having a laugh at whom?

Am I right in saying that having a sense of humour is not illegal yet.
If so, on that basis, does anyone know when George will be having his next reading lesson ? (maybe to answer the what next and when question).

It strikes me that, (may be obvious to others), when George was at that school in Florida he must have known what was about to happen.
Therefore, this is my question, WHO ELSE KNEW ??? he would be well away from strategic targets? (that would be conspiracy).
Also Charlie Sheen (one of the good guys) was right when he said they should have
whisked him away as though he was on fire.

It was too late for J.F.Kennedy but at least the car sped up to escape the scene.

So if George can be seen laughing about `mistakes` then his reading skills must be improving that`s 8 letters.

Note. I don`t mean this to be a flipant post but again if it grabs someones attention to look further I`m all for that.
