Weird place the North of England at times...
Once saw a red brick church that was designed to resemble a red dragon from affar... also saw a wicker-man type effigy sports complex.
Take a train from Manchester to Sheffield and you can see both these sights at some point along the journey... I will take the trip again soon to localise them more precisely...
Also used to know an international spy recruiter who lived near Leeds....
