Google & You Tube Ban Alex Jones [HQ] http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=578557873620
Both Google and its subsidiary company You Tube have banned Alex Jones and his websites, as attempts to curtail free speech widen. Within the past 2-3 weeks, Jones and his team have confirmed that after years of being listed under Google News, one of the largest platforms for news dissemination, that PrisonPlanet.com and Infowars.com have been blocked from its search results, effectively censoring their content from wide web coverage. Only smaller sites that re-post the content have appeared in Google searches since early November. In a separate matter, TheAlexJonesChannel on YouTube has learned that it will be either frozen or blocked from uploading new content for several weeks following a "Community Guidelines" violation decision. According to YouTube's support team, users from its site flagged a video on the channel that contained controversial video of the Apache helicopter "collateral murder" that occurred in Iraq in 2007 and was released by Wikileaks. When TheAlexJonesChannel attempted to challenge the removal of this video via YouTube's counter-notification form, it was subsequently told that the account would be disabled and new content blocked (apparently due to the challenge, as no other strikes exist on the account). The graphic content in the video-- which documents real events the Pentagon never wanted released-- has been posted by hundreds of other channels on YouTube, including major media outlets like CBS News and Russia Today without being flagged or removed, yet TheAlexJonesChannel has been told that its posting of a smaller portion of this incident is offensive or otherwise against its community guidelines. This appears to be double standard as even the age-verification barrier set-up for some of the postings was not offered for TheAlexJonesChannel version; it was simple deleted by user demand and YouTube mandate. It is evident that the system revels in any chance to dampen the loud voice that Alex Jones, Infowars.com/PrisonPlanet.com and its supporters have raised on the Internet, effectively challenging the status quo and mainstream media spin on major news and events. With the easy passage of the web censorship bill, it is further clear that what is happening now to Infowars.com and Alex Jones will soon happen to anyone without a politically-correct message, particularly when that message is capable of resonating throughout large parts of the globe. It is up to supporters and lovers of freedom to challenge censorship and oppression on the web, because only resistance can slow the attempts to curtail free speech and expression online. As Frederick Douglass said, "Find out just what the people will submit to and you've found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress." This will be prove to be more true than ever in the age of the Internet. US Government seizure of the internet has begun; DHS takes over 76 websites
Saturday, November 27, 2010
by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger
(NaturalNews) As part of a new expansion of government power over information, the Department of Homeland Security has begun seizing and shutting down internet websites (web domains) without due process or a proper trial. DHS simply seizes web domains that it wants to and posts an ominous "Department of Justice" logo on the web site. See an example at http://torrent-finder.com
Over 75 websites were seized and shut down last week, and there is no indication that the government will stop such efforts. Right now, their focus is websites that they claim "violate copyrights," yet the torrent-finder.com website that was seized by DHS contained no copyrighted content whatsoever. It was merely a search engine website that linked to destinations where people could access copyrighted content. Google also links to copyrighted content -- does that mean the feds will soon seize Google, too?
These seizures were conducted on the basis of language in the DMCA law, which is vastly overreaching in its powers (it was passed to appease the music recording industry and the RIAA). Even so, the U.S. Senate is right now considering passing yet another law -- COICA -- the Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act....

“The more you tighten your grip, the more Star Systems will slip through your fingers.”
Over the past few days, the U.S. Justice Department, the Department of Homeland Security and nine U.S. Attorneys’ Offices seized 82 domain names of websites they claim were engaged in the sale and distribution of counterfeit goods and illegal copyrighted works.
Setting aside the due process concerns inherent in seizing any website without notice or appropriate recourse for the owner, it appears that the "raid" has swept up several sites that are hardly in the business of willful copyright infringement. For example, the the list of targets included OnSmash.com and RapGodfathers.com. Both sites are dedicated to promoting rap and hiphop, showcasing new artists and helping fans connect and share information about the music they love. According to the owners, they regularly and expeditiously process copyright infringement notices and take down links as appropriate. Indeed, OnSmash says the labels themselves are often the source of the links OnSmash makes available. In other words, they try to play by the rules. Moreover, the sites are not simply collections of links; rather, they provide a wide array of information and forums for speech, all of which was rendered inaccessible by the seizure.
This type of seizure is not unprecedented, but we haven’t seen it happen on such a broad scale before. This kind of mass action raises at least three concerns:
First, these seizures may be just a short preview of the kind of overreaching enforcement we’ll see if the Congress passes the Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA). That bill, which was approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Nov 18, gives the government dramatic new copyright enforcement powers, in particular the ability to make entire websites disappear from the Internet if infringement, or even links to infringement, are deemed to be "central" to the purpose of the site. Rather than just targeting files that actually infringe copyright law, COICA’s "nuclear-option" design has the government blacklisting entire sites out of the domain name system — a reckless scheme that will undermine global Internet infrastructure and censor legitimate online speech. As we’ve noted, one of the most pernicious effects of COICA is likely to be just what we’ve seen here: the takedown of legitimate speech.
Second, the seizures also show why this kind of enforcement doesn’t work; seized sites were available at other domain names within hours. If the United States government increases interference in critical DNS infrastructure to police alleged copyright infringement, it is very likely that a large percentage of the Internet will shift to alternative DNS mechanisms that are located outside the US. This will cause numerous problems — including new network security issues, as a large percentage of the population moves to encrypted offshore DNS to escape the censoring effects of the procedures outlined in COICA. Presumably the DOJ and the DHS should be committed to improving network security — not undermining it.
Third, it’s hard to believe that this kind of action is the best use of the Department of Homeland Security’s resources. What investigations didn’t occur while the DHS spent its time and energy pursuing the agenda of large media companies? Moreover, it’s highly unlikely that this publicity stunt will really help creators get compensated. The best way to help artists of every stripe get compensated for their work is to make sure that there is a thriving marketplace of innovative digital businesses to pay them — business like OnSmash, which is committed to promoting new and unheralded artists.
We hope the legislators considering COICA will take a hard look at these issues before they vote. In the meantime, government officials should take an equally hard look at their enforcement priorities before they spend more of our tax dollars chasing websites.

BitTorrent Based DNS To Counter US Domain Seizures
Written by Ernesto on November 30, 2010
The domain seizures by the United States authorities in recent days and upcoming legislation that could make similar takeovers even easier in the future, have inspired a group of enthusiasts to come up with a new, decentralized and BitTorrent-powered DNS system. This system will exchange DNS information through peer-to-peer transfers and will work with a new .p2p domain extension.
In a direct response to the domain seizures by US authorities during the last few days, a group of established enthusiasts have started working on a DNS system that can’t be touched by any governmental institution.
Ironically, considering the seizure of the Torrent-Finder meta-search engine domain, the new DNS system will be partly powered by BitTorrent.
In recent months, global anti-piracy efforts have increasingly focused on seizing domains of allegedly infringing sites. In the United States the proposed COICA bill is explicitly aimed at increasing the government’s censorship powers, but seizing a domain name is already quite easy, as illustrated by ICE and Department of Justice actions last weekend and earlier this year.
For governments it is apparently quite easy to take over the DNS entries of domains, not least because several top level domains are managed by US-based corporations such as VeriSign, who work closely together with the US Department of Commerce. According to some, this setup is a threat to the open internet.
To limit the power governments have over domain names, a group of enthusiasts has started working on a revolutionary system that can not be influenced by a government institution, or taken down by pulling the plug on a central server. Instead, it is distributed by the people, with help from a BitTorrent-based application that people install on their computer.
According to the project’s website, the goal is to “create an application that runs as a service and hooks into the hosts DNS system to catch all requests to the .p2p TLD while passing all other request cleanly through. Requests for the .p2p TLD will be redirected to a locally hosted DNS database.”
“By creating a .p2p TLD that is totally decentralized and that does not rely on ICANN or any ISP’s DNS service, and by having this application mimic force-encrypted BitTorrent traffic, there will be a way to start combating DNS level based censoring like the new US proposals as well as those systems in use in countries around the world including China and Iran amongst others.”
The Dot-P2P project was literally started a few days ago, but already the developers are making great progress. It is expected that a beta version of the client can be released relatively shortly, a team member assured TorrentFreak.
The project has been embraced by many familiar names in the P2P-community. Former Pirate Bay spokesman Peter Sunde is among them, and the people from EZTV have been promoting it as well.
“For me it’s mostly to scare back. To show that if they try anything, we have weapons of making it harder for them to abuse it. If they then back down, we win,” Peter Sunde told TorrentFreak in a comment.
Although the initiators of the project are still debating on various technical issues on how the system should function, it seems that the administrative part has been thought out. The .p2p domain registration will be handled by OpenNIC, an alternative community based DNS network. OpenNIC also maintains the .geek, .free, .null and several other top level domains.
On the other hand, there are also voices that are for distributed domain registration, which would keep the system entirely decentralized.
The domain registrations will be totally free, but registrants will have to show that they own a similar domain with a different extension first, to prevent scammers from taking over a brand.
The new P2P-based DNS system will require users to run an application on their own computer before they can access the domains, but there are also plans to create a separate root-server (like OpenNIC) as a complimentary service. It’s worth noting that the DNS changes will only affect the new .p2p domains, it will not interfere with access to any other domains.
It will be interesting to see in what direction this project goes and how widely it will be adopted. There are already talks of getting Internet Service Providers to accept the .p2p extension as well, but even if this doesn’t happen the system can always be accessed through the BitTorrent-powered application and supporting DNS servers.
If anything, this shows that no matter what legislation or legal actions are taken, technology stays always one step ahead. The more aggressive law enforcement gets, the more creative and motivated adopters of the Open Internet will respond. _________________ 'Come and see the violence inherent in the system.

MARINE VETERAN’S WEBSITE ‘HI-JACKED’

A Marine veteran’s blog site on MCAS El Toro Superfund was effectively taken off the Internet.
(SOMERDALE, NJ) – A Google blog site dedicated to reporting on the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, California was ‘hi-jacked’ by an unknown person.
I have used www.mwsg37.com for past three years to report on contamination at former El Toro and related news on Camp Lejeune. My website is no longer on the Internet. Oh, you can access www.mwsg37.com but it has nothing to do with the Marine Corps or me.
THERE’S NO COMPANY OR INDIVIDUAL’S NAME ON THE WEBSITE. THIS HAS ALL OF THE MARKINGS OF A GOVERNMENT ‘DIRTY TRICKS.’
Several years ago, I purchased a unique domain name and continued to pay the annual $10 fee for the privilege each year. MWSG-37 stands for Marine Wing Support Group 37, part of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing at former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro. The 200 acres of MWSG-37 occupied by thousands of Marines at El Toro just happened to be the most contaminated acreage on the base with 11 contaminated sites and the source of the TCE plume spreading into Orange County, California....

A television ad for EndofAmericaVideo.com that features Alex Jones' narration has been banned from broadcasting on nearly every major cable and satellite network. Its imposed blackout is due largely to its clarity and accuracy about the real current events covered in the free video it references, a video that mainstream outlets do not want people to see.
If you want to learn more and watch the FREE video the media doesn't want you to see, go to EndofAmericaVideo.com. Again, this is a free video, but the truths it contains are upsetting to the establishment at large.

Microsoft Buys Skype for $8.5 Billion. Why, Exactly?
By Peter Bright May 10, 2011 | 9:00 am | Categories: Corporate, voip
Just days after reports that Google and Facebook were interested in partnering with, and possibly buying VoIP company Skype, Microsoft announced that it was buying the company for $8.56 billion in cash.
Last year, Skype had revenue of $860 million on which it posted an operating profit of $264 million. However, overall it made a small loss of $7 million, and had long-term debt of $686 million. This is the second time Skype has been bought out; after being started in 2003, it was purchased by eBay in 2005 for $3.1 billion. EBay then sold the majority of its stake in 2009 to a private investment group for $1.2 billion less than it paid.
The purchase was Microsoft’s biggest ever, surpassing even the $6 billion acquisition of advertising firm aQuantive in 2007. That alone makes it surprising; the company’s track record with large purchases is decidedly mixed. Danger, the exciting mobile technology company that produced the Hiptop, better known as the T-Mobile Sidekick line, was purchased for an estimated $500 million in 2008; the result of that purchase was the disastrous KIN phone and a complete failure to integrate the bought-in talent. The aQuantive purchase too had mixed outcomes, with Redmond unable to find a role for the Razorfish division before eventually selling it off in 2009; Microsoft continues to be unable to make a profit from online advertising.
Microsoft has in the last couple of years shied away from similar large acquisitions, sticking to buying smaller, easier-to-manage organizations, leading some to argue that this was a direct result of the digestive difficulties faced with the large purchases. A $7 billion Skype acquisition would show that perhaps Redmond believes it has resolved such problems.
Microsoft’s own software already has considerable overlap with Skype. Windows Live Messenger offers free instant messaging, and voice- and video-chat. It currently boasts around 330 million active users each month, typically with around 40 million online at any one moment. Microsoft has an equivalent corporate-oriented system, Lync 2010 (formerly Office Communication Server) that allows companies to create private networks that combine the communications capabilities of Live Messenger with corporate manageability. The underlying technology of both platforms is common, allowing interoperability between Live Messenger and Lync. The company also plans to integrate Kinect into Lync to create more natural virtual presences.
Skype, in contrast, has around a third the number of active users: 124 million each month. It also has fewer simultaneous online connections: typically 20-30 million. Its instant messaging and voice and video call features are broadly similar to those found in Windows Live Messenger, though arguably more refined.
Though the Skype user base is very much smaller than that of Windows Live Messenger, it does have one key difference: About 8 million Skype users pay for the service. Skype integrates telephone connectivity and is able to make both outbound and inbound phone calls, and while its online services are all free to use, these phone services cost money. Skype also has points of presence across the globe, making it easy to buy phone numbers in foreign markets to cheaply establish an international telepresence.
Skype certainly has some things of value. The telephony infrastructure would make a valuable addition to the Messenger/Lync platform. It could also tie in well with Exchange 2010, which offers voicemail integration. Adding telephony to Lync, Exchange, and Live Messenger is certainly a logical way to extend those products.
Perhaps more adventurous, integrating Skype-like functionality into Windows Phone would be something of a game-changer. Integrated multinational VoIP support would potentially be enormously disruptive to the cellphone market. However, as good as this might be to end-users, it would probably serve only to kill Windows Phone stone dead for carriers.
As much as telephony integration into Microsoft’s communications products and VoIP integration into its telephony product makes sense, it’s hard to make sense of the deal. The purchase price is a phenomenal amount of money to spend on a company that has long struggled for profitability, and it’s hard to believe that it’s truly the most cost-effective way of getting access to telephony and VoIP technology. Microsoft could build equivalent telephony infrastructure for much less, just as Google is doing for Google Voice.
Similarly, although Skype is in many ways a better instant messaging and voice- or video-calling client than Live Messenger, it’s hard to believe that it’s $7 billion better. The Skype client itself is written almost as if it were a piece of malware, using complex obfuscation and anti-reverse engineering techniques, and it would be disquieting for Microsoft to release something that behaved in such a shady way; at the very least, the client would surely have to be rewritten to avoid the obfuscation and outright hostility to managed networks that Skype currently has.
Even the access to paying customers is hard to justify. The terms of the deal mean that for each Skype customer, Microsoft is paying about $1,000. And on average, those customers are worth a profit of about $30, presuming most of Skype’s income comes from subscriptions and call charges. That’s a huge disparity.
Windows Live Messenger users have shown no propensity towards paying money, unlike Skype’s 8 million paying users, and it may be a challenge to convert them from nonpaying to paying. However, since at the moment they have essentially nothing to pay for, it’s difficult to use that as evidence that they wouldn’t pay if there were services worth paying for. Especially as there’s likely to be quite a bit of overlap between the customer bases: People aren’t giving Skype the money instead of Microsoft because they prefer paying Skype, they’re doing it because Microsoft simply doesn’t sell Skype-like telephony facilities. And Lync customers are already on the payment treadmill, so it should be far easier to extract further payments from them for additional services.
Ultimately, it’s hard to see how the Skype purchase is worthwhile from a technology or user-access perspective. The technology isn’t good enough and the users aren’t lucrative enough or plentiful enough to justify it. But that doesn’t mean it won’t happen — and the prospect of keeping the company out of reach of Google and Facebook may just make the purchase irresistible.

White House Adds New Position to Deal with Unfavorable Online Media
By Chris O'Shea on May 23, 2011 2:32 PM
The White House has named Jesse Lee to a new position within its communications department titled Director of Progressive Media & Online Response. According to The Huffington Post, Lee will essentially be responsible for building up Obama’s online presence as he prepares for his reelection bid, and squashing any negative stories:
The post is a new one for this White House. Rapid response has usually been outsourced to the Democratic National Committee (DNC), if not done on an ad-hoc basis by administration officials. And it signals that the White House will be adopting a more aggressive defense of the president and his policies as his re-election campaign gears up.
If you’re going to post something online about Obama that isn’t true, Lee is going to be the one to handle you. Considering that Lee’s first tweet about his new position included a picture of The Terminator, we suggest you watch what you say OR BE DESTROYED.
Okay that was a little dramatic, but you get the idea. _________________ 'Come and see the violence inherent in the system.

Yeah the page here has been broken and derelict for a long while.
First Photobucket banned my image account, and then Youtube did the same.
My account had been paid in full in December 2009. It was about 5 years old, and everything I’ve ever posted online in all of my work was housed there.
The ‘discourse’:
Unfortunately your account has been banned because it violated our terms of service. These terms apply to both free and premium accounts.
Admin
Why?
This deserves an explaination.
No warning? No reason? Everything is for fair use educational purposes. I’ve created a major part of the content. The rest is all free speech related. I’ve never had any images removed for the years I’ve been with you. I’m a paying customer. I’m loyal. Please explain.
There wasnt any porn or anything like that in my account, unless it was hacked. I haven’t even uploaded much of anything at in a several weeks.
Dear Ignorance Isn’t Bliss,
Your account contained images which violate our Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the Public/Private setting of the account. When you created the account, you agreed to abide by these terms and we clearly explained the consequences of violating those terms.
Photobucket.com attempts to maintain a website that is absent of offensive, indecent or objectionable content. That is our general policy and your images were removed in accordance with that policy. The Photobucket.com Terms of Use, found at http://www.photobucket.com/terms, reflect that policy by giving Photobucket the right to remove content that, among other things, (a) it deems unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or hateful; (b) invades the privacy of any third party; (c) contains nudity, illustrated nudity, pornography, illustrated pornography, child erotica, or child pornography; or (d) Photobucket deems otherwise objectionable.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team
And then they responded again:
Dear Ignorance Isn’t Bliss,
Your account has been reported for fraudulent payments and the account will remain banned.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team
“offensive images”?
“fraudulent payments”??
This is madness.
What images were offensive? At leat give me filenames.
The account was paid last Decemeber. October a year later all of the sudden its fraudulent? This “fraudulent” payment wasnt caught a month after the successful payment? This is an outrage.
“Offensive” images? Which ones? With freedom of speech, you can piss people off. If there was porn, or something along those lines, sure, I get it, but thats not MY account. If I cant create and post images that might piss off some supporter of some politician, just because people don’t want to hear it, then your business is sunk. It’s over.
I’m responding the best I can with what you’ve given me, which is nothing at all.
It’s not like my account is only a few months old and is already posting adult content, or some odd exploit such as that.
Next response:
“Reported” “fraudulent” by who?!? What does that even mean?
Shutting me down without due process, and without details for my recourse, is very poor business practice.
Even the word “BANNED” is poor choice. I’m your customer. I promote you by using your services, and by being loyal. It should read ‘…your account has been disabled while under review…’. Something along those lines.
I’m still waiting to know, what content supposedly violated what terms???
It shouldn’t take a week to resolve this. Imagine if the power company shut down your main data center(s) and sent you a simple email stating “violated terms”, and it took a week to get any details about what the issue behind it even was. While I don’t make money off the Internet, or Photobucket, it doesn’t make the status of my content any less important to me. I’m your customer just like you’re the electricity company’s customer. If this were a free unpaid type account I could understand the lack of prompt response.
I also don’t understand why whatever content is in question couldn’t have just been disabled, and I would have just gotten an email stating why. In that case, it taking so long to get anything done about it wouldn’t be a big deal, but tyhis is my entire account you’ve shut down here.
Please help.
Dear Ignorance Isn’t Bliss,
The payment was blocked by the cardholder of the account you used to pay for your photobucket account. The account will remain banned.
Sincerely,
Your Photobucket Support Team
What are you talking about? You can’t block a payment made back in December. It was paid in full by a friend back in December, meaning you shouldn’t be attempting to rebill it this being only October.
Like I said, it was paid in full last December by a friend. No fraud there, no payments to discuss. Not only is it NOT time to to pay for next year, you were never authorized to rebill that card for next year. Even if that’s what you attempted to do, it shouldn’t matter because my account is paid into December, and it doesn’t require shutting down my account while it is resolved. Is this how you treat your paying customers? Give vague responses and not respond the further inquiry for days on end? Something seems wrong here. The first email said I had violated Photobucket terms, which doesn’t actually tell me anything. Then it said I violated content rules. Now it’s this, when you weren’t given the legal authority to rebill the card. It would have saved us all a lot of time if the first email simply said what the issue was and what needs to be done to clear up any misunderstanding, instead of merely informing me that my account has been “BANNED”. Switching off OLD and well used user accounts like this, while apparently arguably breaking the law yourselves, is bad business. I deserve better treatment than this, as even the word “BANNED” is over the top.
Then Photobucket staff stopped responding.
Around that time Youtube also shut me down.
Here’s what it says currently when I try to log in:
If you’ve been redirected to this page from the sign-in page, it means that access to your Google Account has been disabled.
Back around the time it happened they requested me to provide it my personal cell phone number, so it could text me an access code. Of course I declined.
So they effectively shut me down. It’ll take a month or two to attempt to fix maybe half of what I’ve done. This thought in considering returning to my work makes me want to crawl out of my skin.
From there I’m so behind on my various inventing, and ‘mad botany’ projects, and more, that it’s easy for me to procrastinate trying to do any of this here.
But once again it’s getting too hot even at night to do outdoorsie type stuff, and it might be time to return to publishing. I’m thinking first I’ll fix the images at the agimanhattanproject.com site, and then instead of blog I’ll just go straight to documentary production…

Telstra, Optus to start censoring the web next month www.news.com.au
MOST Australian internet users will have their web access censored next month after the country's two largest internet providers agreed to voluntarily block more than 500 websites from view.
MOST Australian internet users will have their web access censored next month after the country's two largest internet providers agreed to voluntarily block more than 500 websites from view.
Telstra and Optus confirmed they would block access to a list of child abuse websites provided by the Australian Communications and Media Authority and more compiled by unnamed international organisations from mid-year.
But internet experts have warned that the scheme is merely a "feel-good policy" that will not stop criminals from accessing obscene material online and could block websites unfairly.

Conroy delays web filter plan
Perth Now, 9 Jul 2010
The voluntary scheme was originally proposed by the Federal Government last year as part of a wider, $9.8 million scheme to encourage internet service providers to block all Refused Classification material from users as an optional service.
The Government dropped its funding for the scheme last month due to "limited interest" from the industry, but a spokesman for Communications Minister Stephen Conroy said a basic voluntary filter was still on track to be introduced by Telstra, Optus and two small ISPs.
"The ACMA will compile and manage a list of URLs of child abuse content that will include the appropriate subsection of the ACMA blacklist as well as child abuse URLs that are provided by reputable international organisations (to be blocked)," the spokesman said.
System Administrators Guild of Australia board member Donna Ashelford said blocking these website addresses should not affect internet speed, but was only a "cosmetic fix" that was easily circumvented by criminals.
"The effectiveness will be trivial because you're just blocking a single website address (and) a person can get around it by changing that address with one character," she said.
"Child abuse material is more likely to be exchanged on peer-to-peer networks and private networks anyway and is a matter for law enforcement."
Electronic Frontiers Association board member Colin Jacobs also expressed concern at the scheme, saying the Government and internet providers needed to be more upfront about websites being blocked and offer an appeals process for website owners who felt URLs had been blocked unfairly.
"There is a question about where the links are coming from and I'd like to know the answer to that," Mr Jacobs said.
"We've been waiting to hear details on this from the Government. It they turn out to be zealous with the type of material that is on the list then we'd want to have a discussion about ways to introduce more transparency."

Starting on July 31st everyone's Google plus profile will go public. During the current testing phase you could keep the profile private but that's all about to change. So what happens if you don't make your Google plus profile public and reveal your identity to the entire internet?

Crooked judges are now issuing warrants to arrest, prosecute and jail anonymous video makers who create a South Park style videos that mocks the police.
The video you are about to watch is a hilarious anonymous South Park style parody of police officers having a conversation. It makes no reference to any individuals or even to a police station or a town.
The video parody contains anonymous characters and refers to ambiguous situations that could be occurring at any police station around the nation.
But the police state will no longer tolerated such mockery and have declared the making of such a video has now been declared a crime.
In fact the specific crime is term cyber stalking and a criminal judge has signed off on a search warrant so our fascists dictatorial police state enforcers can arrest, prosecute an hail to person who made this anonymous video.
Here is a YouTube version with my rant added to the beginning of the video.
Death Of The Freedom Of Speech - Making South Park Style Videos Mocking The Police Now Illegal
This is the ultimate suppression of freedom of speech and gives the police the right to arrest and jail anyone who utilizes parodies or another form criticism against the police, government officials or even corporations for that matter..
This is a Nazi style violation of the First amendment right to freedom of speech even though there really is no crime being committed.
The Gestapo will stop at nothing until all dissident voices are suppressed.
Now is the time to stand up and demand our fascist government respect our constitutional rights before the bill of rights, and the constitution, are abolished all together.
Now is the time to tune out the corporate controlled brainwashing media that censors us from reality.
There are seven more videos like this named in the warrant shown below.
Here are two more.

The YouTube Community has flagged one or more of your videos as inappropriate. Once a video is flagged, it is reviewed by the YouTube Team against our Community Guidelines. Upon review, we have determined that the following video(s) contain content in violation of these guidelines, and have been disabled: 8/5/2011 — Weather manipulation via frequency = Explanation on Scalar Squares and HAARP rings -- (dutchsinse)
here is the video in question: download and watch.. sorry for the large file size.. but this is the video exactly as I uploaded it to youtube... Watch for yourself and decide if this video is "objectionable" or "violates youtube community guidelines".
I have obtained legal representation and will, hopefully in the end, get my account restored. Anyone who watches my videos knows that I used my own content along with public agencies RADAR, earthquake analysis and volcano eruptions.
I had NO OTHER PEOPLES work up or videos up without direct permission from the video maker.. only a few examples on that really .. like the Fukushima theory Finnish scientist video (mirrored with permission) and the Sakurajima volcano videos (also mirrored with permission).
The rest of the videos are mine, therefore no one can claim a copyright against.. and nothing was objectionable or in violation of community guidelines.. but some how this went through WITHOUT ANY KIND OF NOTICE BEING SENT TO ME AS WHY...
The description says ... multiple violations of community guidelines AND/OR copyright violations.
I do not know which I am accused of.. I lost 712 videos today with no explanation from youtube.
This is outrageous, and comes on the heels of weeks (and months) of persecution on youtube with NO HELP FROM THEM AT ALL —-
This past month, has been the worst month in my life... hands down.. no holds barred.
Youtube allowed patrioticspace to upload (and keep up) videos with clearly illegal taped phone calls.. youtube still allows videos organizing CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST ME.. for stopping trolls from uploading and ruining videos they illegally stole from me. Youtube allows threatening videos , harassing videos against me (dutchsinse).. and then they terminate my account for WHAT? I still do not know.

dear citizens of the internet
citizens of free speech
citizens of the United States
We are Anonymous
Over the past month we have been examining the actions taken by the United States Chamber.
We have paid close attention to one new bill in particular, the Protect IP act.
This bill would allow the United States Government to force ISP's and search engines to censor websites they do not like under the guise of "copyright protection". Instead of reducing piracy, this bill endangers the free flow of information. Through Domain seizures, ISP blockades, search engine censorship, and the restriction of funding to accused websites, this bill takes internet censorship to a new level.
The internet is a place where anyone and everyone can come together freely to share information and opinions. The freedom the internet provides has served us well, and driven our intellectual progress, sparked revolutions and changed the lives of many, all of which has been accomplished without the interference of corporations, governments, or any other global institutions until now.
We must unite and stand up to those who wish to censor the internet
We must protect what is rightfully ours
We must attack in defense of our homeland

URGENT ACTION:
Election Tampering to Block Ron Paul
Hi Aron,
Joseph Stalin once said, "The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything."
Media pundits are already trying to discount a 1st place win for Ron Paul in Iowa and they're already saying the voting machines could possibly be hacked to change the outcome.
With that in mind for the past few months our friends at Revolution PAC have been developing an online utility to ensure YOUR vote for Ron Paul is properly recorded. Launched last week, the site has been shared to Facebook almost 10,000 times already! But that is not going to provide us with the stats we need should we have to challenge the outcome with our online record.
RevPAC has built the tool, now we are asking for your help to get the word out and pledge.
Thank you for standing with us to remain vigilant for liberty by pledging your vote for Congressman Ron Paul.
In Freedom,
Gary Franchi
National Director
PS. These simple steps may seem small but in reality they could save the election if we could get EVERY Ron Paul voter to pledge at http://bit.ly/VoteRonPaul-US
