An avalanch of spam has stopped people registering on this forum ever since the day, 1st January 2011, I posted my theory about Jo being possibly murdered in a ritual killing.
The ISP are supposed to be looking at it.

These seem to suggest that a "blood sacrifice" was required. As far as we know in Jo Yeates case there was no blood juat strangulation.
Former (Bristol) queen witch Doreen Irvine , in her book Witchcraft To Christ said that chickens were sacrificed and the blood used in the coven meets.

Pictured the night before his arrest: Vincent Tabak, 32, the man charged with the murder of architect Joanna Yeates
By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 11:08 PM on 23rd January 2011

The 32-year-old Dutchman is captured on CCTV walking past Cotham Stores in Abbotsford Road, Clifton, Bristol, at 6.15pm last Wednesday. Within hours he would be arrested over the murder of the architect.

Yesterday Tabak, also an architect, was charged with her murder after being questioned by detectives for three days. He will appear at Bristol magistrates court tomorrow.
Before arrest: Vincent Tabak is captured on CCTV at 6.15pm on the evening before he was held on suspicion of murdering Joanna Yeates. He is seen wearing a black coat and shoes walking past Cotham Stores in Clifton (so what?)

Detective Chief Inspector Phil Jones, who is leading the investigation, said: ‘We have charged Vincent Tabak with the murder of Joanna Yeates.
'I would like to pay tribute to Jo’s family and Greg Reardon [her boyfriend] for their assistance and dignity in the most difficult of circumstances. Their support has been invaluable.
‘I would also like to thank the general public for their help and the information they continue to provide to the investigation.’
Tabak is the second person to be arrested after 25-year-old Miss Yeates’s frozen body was found on Christmas Day in a country lane three miles from her home in Canynge Road, Clifton, Bristol. She had been reported missing six days earlier.
Accused: Vincent Tabak, 32, has been charged with murdering Joanna Yeates, the 25-year-old Bristol-based architect
Chris Jeffries, 65, Miss Yeates’s landlord, was arrested on suspicion of murder five days after her body was found. But the former teacher was released on bail two days later.
Police have been holding dramatic CCTV evidence that they believe shows the car in which they believe Miss Yeates’s body was being taken to be disposed of just hours after she was murdered.
The evidence captures what detectives believe to be the car containing her body being driven over Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol the morning after the killing of landscape architect Miss Yeates, on its way to dumping her body three miles away in a lane in nearby Failand.
The images were caught by cameras on the bridge on December 18, the day after Miss Yeates, 25, vanished. It is understood that Avon and Somerset Police have had the footage for three weeks.
Joanna's flat: Police officers put up scaffolding around 44 Canynge Road
Detectives interviewed the owner of the car earlier this month but eliminated him at that stage.
A source close to the investigation told The Mail on Sunday: ‘The investigation changed dramatically three weeks ago after this new CCTV footage came to light.‘The discovery of this car driving over the bridge shifted the case’s dynamics.

'Before this breakthrough the investigation was close to hitting a brick wall. They had interviewed Miss Yeates’s landlord but nothing materialised from it and there was no concrete evidence linking him in any way to the murder.
‘It appears he had brought himself under suspicion by making a series of comments which now appear to be irrelevant and innocuous. There was no case against him.’

Last night Tabak’s brother Marcel said he was ‘shocked’ that Vincent had been charged. He said: ‘I would like to know, what evidence have they got? How can they be sure he’s the man they’re after?
‘We’ve heard nothing from the police about the charge. We need answers because we’re in the dark.
‘My mother is very old and this is not good news for her or any of us.
‘We still don’t believe Vincent has done this. This is a huge shock, we never for a moment expected him to be charged.’
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that Tabak was arrested on suspicion of murder after police received vital new evidence in a phone call last Wednesday.
It followed an emotional plea by Miss Yeates’s parents David and Theresa for anyone to come forward with information that may help catch her killer.
A source close to the investigation said the caller was in tears after watching Mr and Mrs Yeates’s appeal on BBC1’s Crimewatch programme.
More evidence of a disturbance on December 17 has also emerged. A resident living in the building directly behind Miss Yeates’s flat told police he heard a woman screaming ‘Help me’ on the night she went missing.
Reconstruction: An actress this week re-traced Joanna's steps on the night of her disappearance for BBC television programme Crimewatch
It is also reported that DNA traces have been found underneath Miss Yeates’s clothing, suggesting that she may have been sexually assaulted. They are thought to have come from the killer’s saliva.
Miss Yeates’s mother Theresa said last night that the family was ‘very pleased’ that someone had been charged with her daughter’s murder.
Speaking at the family home, Mrs Yeates, 58, said: ‘In the circumstances we are very pleased that Vincent Tabak has been charged with Jo’s murder. It’s given us some relief. Both David and I feel very much the same in this respect.
‘We were alerted by a phone call from our police family liaison officer shortly before the news was broken to the media.
‘Although I did not recognise Vincent Tabak when I saw his picture, I may have seen him once on one of my three visits to see Jo, as I did see people in the vicinity of his flat.
‘We have been told Tabak will appear in court on Monday but we have not yet decided if we will attend. The news will take a while to sink in and then we will decide.’
David Yeates last night revealed that his daughter and her boyfriend Greg Reardon had never mentioned Tabak.
Mr Yeates, 63, said: ‘It would be good if the person they have arrested is the right one this time. Then we wouldn’t have to go through it all again. It’s just the wondering.
‘Jo and Greg never mentioned him, they didn’t socialise. As far as I know their paths never crossed.’
Speaking at his £600,000 ( is this why the case was so high profile?--money) home in Ampfield, near Romsey, Hampshire, Mr Yeates also said he and his wife had been watching television news reports to keep up to date with developments in the case.
He said: ‘At this stage we know nothing more than you about the investigation. We keep watching TV to see if there have been any updates.
‘We don’t keep asking police questions because they are doing their job and they are always going to say, “We can’t tell you at this stage.” ’
The family were keen to point out that they themselves scripted their televised appeal for information.
Mr Yeates added: ‘There has been a suggestion the police put together what Theresa and I read out on television.

‘Firstly, I want to make it clear it was done under our instigation and, secondly, we wrote all the words and put it together. I don’t want to give the impression that police are manipulating us. It wasn’t the case – we asked for it to be done.’ ( ????)
Asked if Mr Reardon was planning to leave Bristol, Mr Yeates replied: ‘I don’t know what his plans are.’
Mr Yeates’s comments come as speculation grows over the relationship between Tabak and his girlfriend Tanja Morson, a financial analyst at Dyson Appliances in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
She has emerged as a crucial witness as detectives piece together Tabak’s movements at the time Miss Yeates went missing.
The couple rented their ground-floor flat adjoining Miss Yeates’s about 18 months ago. But they moved out as a huge police forensic operation got under way over Christmas.
It is understood Tabak was arrested last week at a flat a mile away, which belongs to his friend Emily Williams, an accountant. Miss Williams, 31, is on holiday in Chile.
Detectives want to establish whether Tabak and Miss Morson moved in to the flat together or whether they split to separate addresses.
Her Canadian father Jeffrey Morson, from Cambridge, yesterday denied they had separated. ‘I am not aware of any of this,’ he said. ‘Tanja is up in Bristol and this is a police matter. I am not aware that she had split up from Vincent.’
My Vincent was 'normal' on trip home says motherby DANIEL BOFFEY in Eindhoven

Dutch architect Vincent Tabak at work presentation in January 2009
The mother of Vincent Tabak broke her silence last night to back her son – insisting he was acting ‘normally’ in the week following Joanna Yeates’s death.

Mr Tabak left Bristol for a family holiday in Holland two days after Miss Yeates was reported missing.
He was only arrested last week after his return to the UK.

His mother, Sonja, who is in her 70s, admitted that she was very worried for her son. She claimed that his behaviour had been the ‘same as usual’ during his break in Holland with his brother, two sisters, nieces and nephews in a rented house in the countryside.

Mrs Tabak, who has lived alone in Arnhem since the death of her husband two years ago, added:
‘I saw Vincent between Christmas and New Year. He came home to Holland. We were all glad [to see him]. We see less of each other now that he is in England.

‘He was the same as usual.’

She added: ‘It’s a worrying time, it is very difficult for everyone. I am waiting for a call for someone to explain what is happening. It is difficult to talk to his girlfriend as she speaks English and I don’t.’

Mr Tabak lived with girlfriend Tanja Morson, 34, in a flat next door to Miss Yeates. He returned to the UK after the New Year, according to a friend.

It is understood he had separated from his girlfriend, but Mrs Tabak said she believed he had been enjoying his life in the UK – where he worked as a ‘people flow analyst’ for the firm Buro Happold in Bath.

Last night his brother Marcel, who lives in Doornenburg, east of Amsterdam, said: ‘His behaviour [at Christmas] was normal. He’s a lovely guy – mild-mannered and very friendly.’

"It is understood that Avon and Somerset Police have had the footage for three weeks."

Or it has taken them 3 weeks to produce the footage, edit it and alter the dates and times to suit their purpose.....

Maybe with Tabak arrested they could take his car, have it driven, by someone who looks vaguely like him, to the places they need, take the CCTV footage of that and then clock the dates back. Result?? If there were any questions the story would simply be they needed to examine his car for evidence. Cool

Its quite possible that Tabak would have driven over that Bridge most days to go to his workplace in Bath as it avoids going through Bristol city.

Comment: Hi, This is something you as the local newspaper should have been shouting about long before me.

Please ensure this message goes to Ann Reddrop, the prosecutor of Vincent Tabak in Bristol for the murder of Joanna Yeates and to Mr Justice Treacy, who is dealing with the case.

Vincent Tabak has been denied justice and his rights have been violated right from the start of his trial by his own lawyer Paul Cook, by Ann Reddrop and Mr Justice Treacy.

Please note that my interest as a citizen in this case is to ensure that he gets fairness and because the principle of innocent until proven guilty has been ignored by all branches of the judiciary. An innocent person charged with a serious crime is immediately at a very serious disadvantage and often his/her life depends entirely on the advice given by the only person available to him/her, namely one of a police panel of free legal aid lawyers who feed on the police supply for a living and who grovel to the judges rather than stand up for their client's rights. Until Mr Tabak is proven guilty before a jury I am assuming him to be innocent and want to make the following observations of failure of due legal process already doled out to this bewildered man who presumably had little or no knowledge of the law or that innocent persons get stitched up for murders by perverted police, assisted by equally perverse or useless lawyers and overseen by pervert judges to trick the public into believing that they have provided justice and fairness to the convicted criminal. He has been advised by Paul Cook his lawyer not to enter a plea and Reddrop is complicit in this obvious failure. Obviously judge Treacy is unfit for his job by not requesting the defendant to tell the court how he pleads. Surely he should know that his job is to ensure fairness and ensure corrupt police cannot pervert the system because he is the only man between corrupt lying policemen and a defendant's life. The public also are entitled to know if Tabak accepts guilt or if he pleads that he didnt do it right from the start. Cook had advised him to be silent and that is criminal negligence of the highest order, particularly if he told him already that he is innocent. His rights under the ECHR have been totally flouted in this case as well as under English common law, common sense, common morality and by any standard of reasoning. Cook failed to advise him to plead not guilty and the message by implication sent out to the public is that he did it. That is a CPS strategy which has been successfully used against Steve Wright in Ipswich and many other falsely accused people. Check out her how Ann Reddrop's CPS buddies stitched up Steve Wright on my website . http://www.suffolkstrangler.com/home.htm They are attempting a similar strategy in Bristol to solve a botched police investigation. The CPS and the judge are facilitating the police to get a conviction against this man rather than ensuring that he gets fairness and justice. The police after exhausting all their leads and suspects in a clearly botched investigation, have brought in forensic experts who will use low copy number DNA to try to link Vincent Tabak to the murdered girl. With low copy number DNA they could frame anybody who ever had contact with the victim in the past thirty years and there are two well known cases to prove that, namely Ronald Castree who was framed for the murder of Lesley Molseed and John Humble who was framed as the Ripper hoaxer using that technique to trick people. It is Ann Reddrop's aim and goal to ensure that Tabak is successfully charged and convicted on behalf of the police and his rights can easily be overlooked by her as in the Stefan Kiszko frame up. Despite attending a dedicated bail hearing, Cook failed to apply for bail after consulting with Reddrop and together they perverted his rights on this matter also. The judge acknowledged that no application for bail was made so it was a complete waste of time by Cook and a lost oppertunity for his client who was dumped back in a lonely jail cell in handcuffs. There again Cook gave a second signal to the world that his client was guilty and felt it was pointless seeking bail as the CPS viewed the risk of him leaving the jurisdiction too great so Cook just didnt fight for his client's liberty. He left his client, an innocent man in a cage like a convicted criminal because Reddrop applied pressure to keep him locked up to break his will by keeping him locked up for as long as she can. Cook is a man who is totally unfit to represent anybody in a court of law accused of serious crime. Thankfully their actions are on record and the internet can expose these perverse criminals to the world. Cook even opposed an application by the media to use twitter to broadcast the proceedings and the judge allowed it only because he knew that he couldnt prevent it anyway. Paul Cook has there again tried to bury his client. Tabak, a professional man with an unblemished record, was arrested by a gang of aggressive policemen just a few days ago and interrogated like a common criminal by a police force who have made a litany of blunders in this botched investigation. Anybody with a knowledge of murders can see that they fouled up all the forensic trails that were available, by their failure to preserve the scene, the mistaken arrest of the landlord and failure to eliminate suspects properly, and a litany of admissions of failure. Tabak is held in a cell with no phone, no friends, little food and terrified for his future. He has been given access to a useless lawyer who has already abused his rights and the right to due process to enter a not guilty plea and apply for bail immediately so that he could prepare a proper defence. We await and see how Cook will behave on Monday when the case is returned and a frightened hostage to fortune goes on trial for his life. Meanwhile Cook can go and dine out and get drunk in Bristol every evening for the week, while his innocent client has to endure hardship hour by hour in a prison cell. Vincent Tabak is like a lamb to the slaughter just because he was a next door neighbour of the victim.

Still no proper explanation for the manslaughter rather than murder plea - much of the prosecution evidence appears to be based on mass surveillance data rather than interviews

Jo Yeates: Vincent Tabak 'searched body decomposition'
A Dutch engineer accused of murdering Bristol woman Jo Yeates searched the internet for how long it would take a body to decompose, a court has heard.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-15240284

addition
This is IMO the most important aspect of the case - but not allowed as evidence and when someone tweeted about it they were arrested!

BBC wrote:
Vincent Tabak 'viewed violent web porn'
By Chris Kelly - BBC News - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-15534053

Tabak viewed violent internet porn before and after he strangled Jo Yeates

Vincent Tabak viewed violent internet pornography depicting men holding women by the neck in the weeks after he killed his Bristol neighbour Jo Yeates, it has emerged.

During legal arguments in his trial, prosecutors revealed videos and pictures found on his laptop and work computer depicted a man holding a woman's neck during sex and images of other women tied up in car boots.

Prosecutors believed that the pornographic films showed why Tabak held Miss Yeates by the neck - which led to her death.

Nigel Lickley QC wanted Tabak's internet usage to be included in the Crown's case against him but this was blocked by Mr Justice Field and the jury was not told about it.

Tabak admitted Miss Yeates's manslaughter but denied murdering her and during his trial at Bristol Crown Court he insisted he had not meant to kill the 25-year-old landscape architect.

In legal arguments without the jury present, Mr Lickley said the pornographic films and images depicted "violent images of women being held by the neck".

He added: "We submit that these images explain why he held Miss Yeates by the neck."

Tabak, the prosecution claimed, favoured films showing submissive women and others being bound and gagged and watched some more than once.

But on the eve of the trial, the judge agreed with defence QC William Clegg that the disclosure of Tabak's internet use following Miss Yeates's death could not prove the killing was premeditated.
Escort agency

While Tabak's defence team had said the killing was "a few seconds of madness" and portrayed Tabak as a quiet man who had only had one girlfriend - the police had a different view.

During a business trip in Los Angeles during autumn 2010, the Dutch national contacted an escort agency shortly before withdrawing $200 from a cash machine. He then checked into a different hotel where he was staying under the name of Francis Tabak.

Jo Yeates's disappearance led to a search which ended with her body being found on Christmas Day

On his return to a snow-covered England it was a chance encounter - a glance through a kitchen window - which would ultimately lead to Miss Yeates's death.

She and boyfriend Greg Reardon had only recently moved into the neighbouring Clifton flat to Tabak and did not know the Dutch national.

On the night of 17 December, Greg Reardon had gone to visit family in Sheffield while Tabak's girlfriend Tanja Morson had left for a Christmas party in Malmesbury.

Miss Yeates visited the Bristol Ram pub and went home early to bake cakes. Next door, a "bored" Tabak decided he would go to Asda to buy treats.

As he walked from his flat he passed Miss Yeates's window, where the pair caught each other's eye. Tabak claimed in court that Miss Yeates invited him in.

In the witness box, Tabak claimed a "flirty comment" led to him attempting to kiss Miss Yeates, which caused her to scream. Tabak held his hand over her mouth but when she screamed a second time he strangled her.

Prosecutors told Tabak's trial there was a struggle - a pathologist found 43 separate injuries on Miss Yeates's body.

After strangling Miss Yeates, Tabak put her body in the boot of his car and drove first to Asda and then to remote Longwood Lane where he left her body.

That night, much of the UK had been blanketed in heavy snow and Bristol was no exception. A huge search was launched after Mr Reardon returned and reported Miss Yeates missing but her body went unnoticed under the snow for eight days.

Tabak claimed he caught Jo Yeates's eye through her kitchen window

In the following days police arrested Miss Yeates' landlord Christopher Jefferies but he was soon released and was never charged.

And DNA evidence soon led them to Tabak.

Microscopic splatters of blood in the back of the Dutchman's car would go some way towards trapping him but, crucially, DNA on his victim's body would also link the pair.

Tabak had gone on holiday with his girlfriend to the Netherlands over Christmas and - amid the media storm surrounding the story - she had called Avon and Somerset Police to tell them where they had gone.

Officers visited the pair in Holland where both voluntarily gave DNA samples. They returned to the UK a few days later.

But on the morning of 7 January - weeks after Miss Yeates's body had been found - Tabak searched for "Jo Yeates" on Google, minutes before moving on to the violent pornographic sites.
'Top pulled up'

"Some of those films contained images of a woman again being held by the throat," Mr Lickley told Bristol Crown Court.

And some recovered images showed a petite blonde woman with her top pulled up in a similar fashion to how Miss Yeates was found.

"That suggests he derived sexual pleasure from them," said Mr Lickley.

"He received a text message from his girlfriend but continued watching the pornography."

Jo Yeates and Vincent Tabak lived in two garden flats in Canynge Road, Clifton

Tabak's arrest, on 20 January, took place not in Clifton but a few miles away at the flat of a friend in Cotham.

The weight of evidence had stacked up against him and led to charges and an admission he had killed her.

Under arrest Tabak told police he did not know Miss Yeates and kept replying "no comment" under interview.

His silence even extended to his own defence lawyers.

He accepted during the trial he should have called police but after his arrest, according to Ann Redrop from the Crown Prosecution Service, he gave no reasons for the killing.

"We heard nothing more following his guilty plea to manslaughter until we received a defence case statement which very briefly said 'yes, I was invited in, I killed her, I moved her body'."

"But the why and the wherefore was completely lacking."

You are a liar Mr Port, a liar.
Totally unfit to run Avon & Somerset Police.
It as your responsibility to investigate these leaks which you have entirely failed to do.
You cannot honestly draw your pay when you fail to take responsibility for the criminal actions of your force.
You line manage Avon & Somerset police communications dept.
I notice the next down the communications food chain Amanda Hirst and Victoria Tag were not at the Leveson enquiry today.
If you had any integrity you would resign.
You are Avon & Somerset's lord of misrule.
A man of lawlessness.

Quote:
Paragraph 13 now. This is Mr Wallace again, in paragraph 11 of his statement:

5 "The police also give more general guidance to the
6 press. When Mr Jefferies was arrested on 30 December,
7 the content desk informed me that (off the record) the
8 police were saying that they were confident Mr Jefferies
9 was their man. It is not uncommon for the police to
10 give such an indication. I believe that our coverage of
11 this news story should be viewed against that
12 background."
13 What do you have to say about that, Mr Port?

14 A. It's absolutely outrageous. The assertion -- I have
15 been, as pointed out by the chair, a police officer for
16 a long time. I've never done that. It's not my job to
17 pass opinion on these issues. We don't give
18 off-the-record briefings and to behave in a collusive
19 manner is just abhorrent.

This story makes NO REFERENCE to Tabak being Jo Yeates murderer!!
Ruled 'inadmissible' at original Jo Yeates murder trial. Probable MAIN motive was Vincent Tabak's porn addiction http://www.westerngazette.co.uk/Vincent-Tabak-set-stand-trial-child-po rn-charges/story-26037533-detail/story.html
