The Children Act submitted December 2006 permits the accumulation of information as well as laying down a broad blanket for other legislation or action.

It enables compulsory/total monitoring of the next generation by attacking children (it's depressing but worth making other parents aware

of how information will be increasingly accumulated through the health services etc.)
