Its just blatant now. Clearly someones decided winning hearts and minds will be easier if there arent so many hearts and minds left alive. Yet people are still amazed the recent UK car bombings were apparently carried out by proffesional people, as if advanced education should make you immune to such outrages.

Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline

and negotiations for the construction of the pipeline are on-going with a view for completion by 2018
