Major moderator decisions

In the interests of transparency and according to the moderator policy all major moderator decisions should be acknowledged and if ask to do so justified. Editting the post of another user should only occur with the user's permission.

Major decsions include

Banning a user
Locking threads
Moving threads to the bin or from public view
Last warnings

I will start to post a record of any major moderator decisions I'm involved in and encourage other mods to do likewise. This way users will be able to see how the site is moderated.

This thread will just be for the use of moderators to inform users of their decisions and will otherwise be locked. Concerns over individual moderator decisions should be discussed first with the moderator/s concerned by email or PM. Discussion of individual moderator decisions on the forum is actively discouraged, although discussion of the overall performance of the moderators (collectively and individually) and the moderation policy itself is allowed provided it is conducted respectfully.
