BRUSSELS - Ask a politician in any EU country what they would give for an extra 2 percent on their nation's economic output without any policy changes, and you are likely to be offered a couple of limbs and a body part.
Yet Eurostat is set to publish figures on Friday (17 October) showing that the bloc's GDP has grown by nearly 2.5 percent.
However, the apparent surge in economic growth is not the result of increased spending or output and will not make anyone feel richer. Instead it is the product of a new accounting system used by the EU's statistical agency to calculate economic activity which includes sectors ranging from research and development to drug trafficking and prostitution.
October is the first month that EU countries have to report data based on the revised regulation on the European System of National and Regional Accounts, known as ESA 2010.
The main innovation in ESA 2010 is that investments in research and development are classified as assets that will create value in future years, a move which, on its own, is worth an extra 1.9 percent.
"In a modern, more and more digital economy, R&D is an investment for the future even more important than buildings, trucks, or factories," said Eurostat in a briefing paper explaining the new regime.
The new methodology also classifies military spending as an investment in the future, and includes chunks of the grey economy and illegal activities such as drug trafficking, prostitution, and smuggling to be taken into account in the gross domestic product.
The UK's Office of National Statistics estimates that Britons' spending on prostitution and illegal drugs bolsters the UK economy by as much as £11 billion (€13.8 billion).
But the EU institutions cannot be accused of cooking the books since ESA 2010 is based on the most up-to-date accounting system used by the United Nations, which is in the process of being implemented across the world.
The US has been using the new rules since August 2013, with Eurostat estimating that this has inflated the US economic indicators by 3 percent.
The legislation putting the rules in place attracted almost no attention when it was adopted by MEPs and ministers in 2012 but will give the bloc its fastest economic growth rate since 2007.
The eurozone registered zero growth in the first six months of 2014 and has expanded by a mere 1.3 percent since 2010.
Finland and Sweden are expected to see the biggest change from the new system of reporting.
Finland's statistical office says that its GDP will go up by 4.3 percent, while Statistics Sweden expects that its figures will be "adjusted upwards by slightly more than 5 percent of which about 4 percentage points are an adaptation to ESA 2010."
Austria, the Netherlands and the UK are forecast to enjoy a 'growth' rate of between 3 and 4 percent, while Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania and Poland will benefit by less than 1 percent.

When Adolf Hitler was 17 years old, a radical change occurred in his life. A friend close to Hitler was deeply shaken by his voice. In his book called The Psychopathic God—Adolf Hitler, Robert G.L. Waite wrote: “After gazing intensely at his friend for a full minute, he began to speak. ‘Never before and never again have I heard Adolf Hitler speak as he did in that hour as we stood there alone under the stars as though we were the only creatures in the world.’ [August] Kubizek thought there was something strange about Hitler that night. ‘It was as if another being spoke out of his body, and moved him as much as it did me. It wasn’t at all a case of a speaker being carried away by his own words. On the contrary; I rather felt as though he himself listened with astonishment and emotion to what burst forth from him with elementary force. I will not attempt to interpret this phenomenon, but it was a state of complete ecstasy and rapture.’ What Hitler said that night has been lost, but one thing was burned into Kubizek’s memory. Adolf did not speak of becoming an artist or an architect. Now he saw himself, like Rienzi, as the messiah of his people. He spoke of a ‘mandate which, one day, he would receive from the people to lead them out of servitude to the heights of freedom. … He spoke of a special mission which one day would be entrusted to him’” (emphasis mine throughout).
We need to think about and let God interpret this very rare phenomenon. Hitler’s friend said another voice spoke through him! Both of them were stirred emotionally.
After that experience, Hitler no longer thought like a 17-year-old boy. He saw himself as “the messiah”! This is exactly the way the devil thinks! (Isaiah 14:14). Hitler knew he would receive a mandate—a “special mission” to lead his people. Something extremely rare and radical occurred that night.
The Sixth Head
When Benito Mussolini became the Italian leader before World War ii, he called his regime the Holy Roman Empire. Herbert W. Armstrong knew this was the sixth head of the Roman Empire (Revelation 17:. What Mr. Armstrong didn’t understand was that Hitler played the key role in the Holy Roman Empire—not Mussolini. More information has become available that Mr. Armstrong didn’t have. Satan was the real power behind the sixth head of the Holy Roman Empire (Revelation 13:4). But he gave the leading human role to Hitler. Hitler led the Holy Roman Empire, even though he didn’t openly call his regime by that name. However, the Third Reich has a similar meaning.
The Bible says this political beast is always guided, or heavily influenced, by a great church. However, much of this church connection is usually carried out behind the scenes. But the single unifying force is the devil.
“The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is” (Revelation 17:. The Greek word for “bottomless pit” is abyss, which means underground. That means this great empire has continued to survive from the original Roman Empire; it has just been “underground” at times. There have been valleys in between the mountain peaks. The last seven heads, or resurrections, were prophesied to be guided by a great church. That is how church and state get the name “Holy” Roman Empire.
The sixth head ascended out of the underground. That means most of the world was ignorant of its existence. After it was defeated by the Allies in World War ii, it went back underground where it began deceitfully working to regain power over the world. There is no final defeat in their thinking. A defeat is only a setback in their goal of world domination!
This empire will continue until God destroys it, because it is ruled by Satan.
The beast preys mightily on the world’s ignorance. Deceit is its greatest weapon. The Bible says this is how it crushes its “lovers”!
Satan keeps it alive to rule the world, and it is about to burst on the world scene again—this time with greater power than ever before. Worldwide, most people’s faces suddenly will turn white with unparalleled fear! This European power is about ready to shock the world—again!
Thankfully, it will be the last time.
We can understand the rising seventh head much better and more easily if we understand the sixth. The sixth head gives us a dramatic preview of what is to happen in the near future one final time. All we have to do is grasp what the sixth head did, then multiply it by about 20 or 30! The Bible reveals that the sixth head has a very close tie to the seventh.
Satan’s Power
“And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?” (Revelation 13:4). Satan is the power behind this European combine that is rising. His beast demonstrates its power by going to war. Satan is the master destroyer. He is about to aim his hate-filled power at the U.S., Britain and the Jewish nation. Those are Satan’s main targets among the nations. They are the people who have had a history with God.
The devil used Hitler and the Holy Roman Empire to destroy around 50 million people in World War ii. They brought intense suffering upon much greater numbers of people. We have repeatedly seen the many concentration camps on television. Edward R. Murrow rightly called them extermination camps—their main function was to exterminate people! That is only a small preview of what is about to impact this world again.
Satan already demonstrated his power in World War ii. We should receive that as a warning of what is about to happen again, but on a much larger scale!
But Satan has an even greater target spiritually. “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months” (verse 5). The world is about to be plunged into a 31/2-year tribulation—the “times of the Gentiles” (Luke 21:24). It will be the worst suffering this Earth has ever known (Jeremiah 30:6-7; Daniel 12:1; Matthew 24:21-22).
“And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven” (Revelation 13:6). This European combine speaks blasphemy against God. It has awesome power and satanic arrogance.
“And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations” (verse 7). Satan’s main war will be against God’s own saints. He overcomes, or kills, them. Right now most of the saints are rebelling against God. If they don’t repent before the Tribulation, they must sacrifice their physical lives to qualify for the Kingdom.
“And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (verse . Satan will force everyone under his power, by the threat of death, to worship his religion. Only those whose names are written in God’s book of life will refuse.
The world can’t even imagine how horrifying this nightmare is going to be!
We need to see how Satan worked through a man in World War ii. Then we can better understand how he will use a man to plunge the world into World War iii.
Hitler’s Religion
In 1926 Hitler said, “Christ was the greatest early fighter in the battle against the world enemy, the Jews .… The work that Christ started but could not finish, I—Adolf Hitler—will conclude” (John Toland, Adolf Hitler). He did not consider Jesus a Jew, but only a half-Jew, because He was begotten by God.
Hitler received revelation from his god about leading the Third Reich in World War ii.
He was obviously being used by the god of this world—Satan—and his demons (2 Corinthians 4:4). Most are ignorant of the spirit world because people refuse to know God and the devil!
Hitler said, “We are not a movement, rather we are a religion. … I’m going to become a religious figure” (Waite, op. cit.). Even Hitler’s “thousand-year Reich” was a religious belief based on the 1000-year biblical Millennium.
It is truly amazing that the world knows so little about the satanic power which was behind Hitler. So much has been written, but not understood. “The colossal Assembly Hall planned for his new capital of Germania should be seen as a secular cathedral rather than a civic building. The dome was to be large enough to encompass the dome of St. Peter’s seven times—a favorite number. As Albert Speer has noted, ‘It was basically a hall of worship. … Without such cult significance the motivation for Hitler’s main structure would have been senseless and unintelligible …’” (ibid.).
What is he saying? Albert Speer, a very intelligent and close associate to Hitler, clearly stated that Hitler was motivated by an extreme cult worship. That means we cannot understand what motivated Hitler unless we comprehend his radical religion! We must perceive why he planned to build a great “hall of worship” with such bizarre “cult significance.”
Those people close to Hitler have told the world about his satanic religion. Still, the world usually refuses to believe them!
The murderous fruits of Hitler’s regime should make us see a sickness beyond the human realm!
Humanity must learn the reality of Satan—either by word or by experience through suffering!
Hitler was prepared for his job. Satan is the great counterfeiter. As God uses one man to lead His Church, so does Satan. The devil has a “very elect” also. Mr. Waite comments on a telling statement of Hitler’s: “‘Above all, I have learned from the Jesuit order.’ Certainly the oath of direct obedience to the führer was strikingly reminiscent of the special oath that Jesuits swear to the pope. Moreover, Hitler spoke of his elite SS, who wore the sacred symbol and dressed in black, as his Society of Jesus. He also ordered SS officers to study the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola for training in the rigid discipline of the faith” (ibid.).
There is a combined church and state in the Holy Roman Empire. Notice what John Toland wrote about the close tie between Hitler and leaders in the Catholic Church: “By mid-1933 the majority of Germans supported Hitler .… ‘Hitler knows how to guide the ship,’ announced Monsignor Ludwig Kass, leader of the recently outlawed Catholic Party after an audience with the pope. ‘Even before he became chancellor I met him frequently and was greatly impressed by his clear thinking, by his way of facing realities while upholding his ideals, which are noble .… It matters little who rules so long as order is maintained.’ Pius xi subscribed to the same principles, as was proved on July 20 when a concordat between the Vatican and Hitler was signed. The church agreed to keep priests and religion out of politics while Hitler, among other things, granted complete freedom to confessional schools throughout the country, a notable victory for German Catholics. His Holiness welcomed Hitler’s representative, Franz von Papen, most graciously and remarked how pleased he was that the German government now had at its head a man uncompromisingly opposed to communism and Russian nihilism in all its forms.’
“The Vatican was so appreciative of being recognized as a full partner that it asked God to bless the Reich. On a more practical level, it ordered German bishops to swear allegiance to the National Socialist regime. The new oath concluded with these significant words: ‘In the performance of my spiritual office and in my solicitude for the welfare and the interest of the German Reich, I will endeavor to avoid all detrimental acts which might endanger it’” (op. cit.).
This illustrates how the church and state have cooperated during the six resurrections of the Roman Empire. Now it is happening once again in Europe.
Many Catholics today don’t like to admit Hitler’s connection with Catholicism. We have written often about how most of the Nazi leaders escaped after World War ii through the Vatican “ratlines.” That is a well-documented truth. The highest leaders in the Catholic Church helped the worst criminals of the 20th century escape! That is not a holy relationship. That truth alone ought to electrify people into an intense concern about what is happening in Europe today!
It’s more than a deep sleep that people are in—it is a coma! But not for long. The time of blindness is about over.
What Happened in Vienna?
Adolf Hitler said the foundation of his philosophy was laid in Vienna. Why Vienna? What happened there?
“He insisted … that his early years in Vienna were absolutely crucial to his career because ‘at that time I formed an image of the world and a view of life which became the foundation for my actions .… I have had to change nothing.’ …
“Albert Speer, who knew Hitler best during World War ii, was convinced that the führer’s intellectual development stopped with the world as he had known it in Vienna in 1910″ (Waite, op. cit.).
Hitler later wrote about this critical period in Vienna in his book, Mein Kampf: “This was the time in which the greatest change I was ever to experience took place in me. From a feeble cosmopolite I had turned into a fanatical anti-Semite.”
Waite then continues in his book: “It is difficult to overstate the importance to Hitler of his commitment to anti-Semitism. It meant almost everything to him.”
However, the biggest change in Hitler was not becoming a fanatical anti-Semite. That is only part of the story. This is where many people are deceived.
Much of the world looks upon the Jews as God’s chosen people. In Vienna, Hitler came to believe that God had replaced the Jews with the Germans and the Holy Roman Empire. He believed the Germans were God’s chosen people. This is why the crown jewels of that empire meant so much to him.
In 1938, at a rally in Nuremberg, “Hitler had brought from Vienna, after 140 years, the insignia of the First Reich—the imperial crown, the orb of empire, the scepter and the imperial sword. At the presentation of these symbols of imperialism he solemnly vowed that they would remain in Nuremberg forever” (Toland, op. cit.).
That was a strong statement. He “solemnly vowed” that the crown jewels of the Holy Roman Empire were to “remain in Nuremberg forever.” This is like a death-defying commitment to the Holy Roman Empire and his god! He made a vow forever!
The crown jewels were to be a key part of the Third Reich, as they were of the First Reich!
When and where did Hitler become so fiercely loyal to the crown jewels? Logic tells us it had to happen while he was growing up in Vienna. Much of that information has remained underground. The god of this world wants that truth to remain hidden until he is once again ruling this great beast power (Revelation 13, 17).
Hitler gave his most “inspired” speeches at the frenzied, torch-lit meetings in Nuremberg. That is where the crown jewels were. And where you find the crown jewels, Satan—the king—is near.
Again, who is the real king of the Holy Roman Empire? “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born” (Revelation 12:3-4). Satan is the ruler of those seven heads! He wore the six crowns of the Holy Roman Empire, and he is about to wear the seventh. He is the real king of the beast (see Revelation 13:4).
He has the kind of power that led one third of the angels to rebel (Revelation 12:4). How much more he can do to puny men!
When are we going to wake up?
Understand this significant truth! Hitler’s foundational lesson in Vienna was about the Holy Roman Empire! If we can’t learn that lesson by hearing God’s message, then we must learn it by becoming a victim.
In his book The Young Hitler I Knew, August Kubizek reveals a teenage Hitler talking about personally solving homosexuality and other “social problems” when he established his Reich. According to Kubizek, the young Hitler was “absolutely convinced that one day he, personally, would give commands whereby hundreds and thousands of plans and projects he had at his fingertips would be carried out.”
Hitler was discussing rule over the world, even giving specifics of how he would do it! How could such a young man, a teenager, think such thoughts? Because he knew it had been done many times before by the Holy Roman Empire.
Hitler was convinced that he alone understood the true meaning of world history. Waite quotes two of Hitler’s own speeches where he stressed his own importance. The first speech was given to the commanding generals of the Wehrmacht on November 23, 1939. Hitler said, “I must in all modesty say that my own person is indispensable. Neither a military nor a civilian personality could replace me. … I am convinced of the strength of my brain and my resolution. … The fate of the Reich is dependent entirely upon me.”
In another speech, given on February 15, 1942, Hitler said, “I have created a world power out of the German Reich. I am boundlessly proud that I was blessed by Providence with the permission to lead this battle.”
Hitler Heard Voices
Hitler considered the Jew to be the devil personified. In truth, the Jews have been specially commissioned to preserve the oracles of God (Romans 3:1-3). The oracles include the sacred calendar, knowledge of the biblical week, including the seventh-day Sabbath, and the Old Testament Scriptures.
Jews suffered at Hitler’s hand more than any other race. Historically, the main victim of the Holy Roman Empire has been the spiritual Jews—or God’s Church (Revelation 6:9-11; 17:5-6).
So Hitler’s hatred of Jews goes much deeper than the world has ever even imagined. The main force of this emotion is Satan’s hatred for God!
“Something clicked in the Pasewalk Hospital. It was there at the turn of the year 1918-1919 that Hitler resolved his identity problem and reached what he called ‘the most decisive decision of my life.’ For now, finally, he knew who he was and what he must do. He was the leader sent by destiny. He must answer the ‘voices’ that he said he heard—like Joan of Arc—distinctly calling him as he lay in his hospital bed. The voices told him to rescue his Motherland from the Jews who had violated her” (Waite, op. cit.).
On page 29 of his book, Waite wrote, “He told an aide that during the preceding autumn, as he lay wounded in a military hospital, he had received a supernatural vision which commanded him to save Germany.”
Hitler heard voices. He had a “supernatural vision which commanded him to save Germany.” Commanded? Of course he actually caused Germany’s destruction, but only because God intervened.
He obeyed the command of his false god! He listened to and heeded the supernatural voice of Satan! Hitler knew this voice was not from men. But most people don’t know it! Most still refuse to understand. When are we going to wake up and understand the god of this world? How much suffering will it take?
Hitler’s Eyes
Why did Hitler have such shining eyes with a “curiously hypnotic effect”? “The most impressive feature of his otherwise coarse and rather undistinguished face was his eyes. They were extraordinarily light blue in color, with a faint touch of greenish-gray. Almost everyone who met him mentioned his strangely compelling eyes. This includes Robert Coulondre, the French ambassador, and the German dramatist Gerhart Hauptmann, who, when first introduced to Hitler, stared into his famous eyes and later told friends, ‘It was the greatest moment of my life!’ Martha Dodd, daughter of the American ambassador, was not disappointed in the famous eyes, finding them ‘startling and unforgettable .…’
“He knew the power of his own slightly protruding, shining eyes, whose lashless eyelids added to their curiously hypnotic effect” (ibid.).
A boyhood friend of Hitler’s said his “eyes were so outstanding that one didn’t notice anything else. Never in my life have I seen any other person whose appearance—how shall I put it—was so completely dominated by the eyes. … It was uncanny how those eyes could change their expression, especially when Adolf was speaking .… In fact, Adolf spoke with his eyes, and even when his lips were silent one knew what he wanted to say. When he first came to our house and I introduced him to my mother she said to me in the evening, ‘What eyes your friend has!’ And I remember quite distinctly that there was more fear than admiration in her words. If I am asked where one could perceive, in his youth, this man’s exceptional qualities, I can only answer, ‘In the eyes’” (Kubizek, op. cit.).
Waite continues in his book: “Women in particular continued to be impressed and frightened by his eyes. Nietzsche’s sister, typically, was fascinated and disturbed by them: ‘They … searched me through and through.’ The penetrating quality remained to the end. A young military adjutant who saw his führer just before Hitler killed himself in 1945 was deeply shocked by the appearance of ‘a sick, almost senile old man.’ But the eyes were still effective: ‘Only in his eyes was there an indescribable flickering brightness … and the glance he gave me was strangely penetrating’” (ibid.).
H.S. Chamberlain, after meeting Hitler, later told him, “It is as if your eyes were equipped with hands, for they grip a man and hold him fast” (ibid.).
Waite wrote, “Hitler’s eyes were particularly important to him, and others began to notice them in early adolescence. His secondary school teacher, Dr. Gissinger, described Adolf’s eyes as ‘shining.’”
It is not natural to have shining eyes that can cast such a spell. Anybody who knows the Bible knows he was Satan- or demon-possessed.
In Ezekiel 28:11-14, God refers to an evil king and Satan interchangeably. That is because the king was either possessed or totally controlled by Satan—the god of this world. Satan has deceived the whole world about his power (Revelation 12:9).
From the above quotes, we find that Hitler’s eyes were “strangely compelling,” “shining,” “startling and unforgettable,” they caused fear, and “frightened” and disturbed people. His eyes would “grip a man and hold him fast.” They had a “curiously hypnotic effect.”
His eyes were not normal. Why? The first physical sign to indicate demon possession is through the eyes. How could such a ghastly experience not affect the eyes intensely?
Love can be shown through the eyes. So can hate. The Bible describes the evil women of Israel as having “wanton eyes” (Isaiah 3:16). The Hebrew means they are “deceiving with their eyes.” Also their “countenance doeth witness against them” (verse 9). Nothing about the human body is more revealing than the eyes.
People in this world see so much of Satan and know so little about him. He can be staring right at them and they don’t have a clue he is there.
A Willing Subject
“Hitler did not like to be told that the ways of God were not always revealed to him. On one occasion an aide noted that ‘God does not let people look at the cards He holds.’ Hitler immediately broke forth into such a paroxysm of fury that he himself feared a heart attack. He gave orders that the aide never repeat the offensive phrase.
“The feeling that he was being specially guided from on high grew more intense through the years. On September 16, 1935, he said, ‘What was denied to millions of men was given to us by Providence, and our work will be still remembered by the last members of posterity.’ In a speech in his hometown of Linz, March 12, 1938: ‘When once departed from this city, I carried with me the very same confession of faith that fills me today .… If Providence once then called me from out of this city … then Providence must thereby have given me a mission.’ …
“His convictions were reinforced by miraculous escapes from assassination. After the failure of the bomb plot of July 20, 1944, he told a naval aide, ‘Now the Almighty has stayed their [assassins’] hands once more’” (Waite, op. cit.).
In early October of 1923, “While motoring in his new car through the Bavarian hills with Rosenberg and the Hanfstaengls, fog unexpectedly enshrouded the highway and the open red Mercedes lurched into a ditch. No one spoke on the way back to Munich, then he turned to Helene. ‘I noticed you were not at all frightened by our mishap. I knew we would not be injured. This will not be the only accident which will leave me unharmed. I shall pass through them all and succeed in my plans’” (Toland, op. cit., p. 200).
In a speech in Munich on March 14, 1936, Hitler said, “I go the way that Providence dictates for me with all the assurance of a sleepwalker” (Waite, op. cit.).
This is a very disturbing statement—if you understand Satan and his powers. Hitler had no real control of his own mind! He totally depended on his god for guidance!
This is very common in history. Satan rules this world through people. As Hitler totally yielded to Satan, he was given great power.
“His effectiveness as a demagogue is attested by nearly everyone who heard him. The Munich police reports for November 1919 describe his performances as party orator as ‘masterful’ and note time and again that he was received with ‘tumultuous applause.’ Ernst Hanfstaengl, a sophisticated Harvard graduate, found Hitler ‘absolutely irresistible … a master of the spoken word.’ Konrad Heiden, then a university student and political opponent of Hitler who had heard him dozens of times, [said]: ‘Suddenly this man, who has been awkwardly standing around … begins to speak, filling the room with his voice, suppressing interruptions or contradictions by his domineering manner, spreading cold shivers among those present by the savagery of his declaration, lifting every subject of conversation into the light of history … the listener is filled with awe and feels that a new phenomenon has entered the room. This thundering demon was not there before; this is not the same timid man with the contracted shoulders. He is capable of this transformation in a personal interview and facing an audience of half a million.’
“Other opponents observed the same phenomenon: A limp, little man changed into a force of overwhelming power, the stream of speech stiffening him ‘like a stream of water stiffens a hose’” (ibid.).
Mr. Waite says that as a youth, Hitler ate two pounds of chocolates a day. He also generally followed a vegetarian diet. Hitler was physically weak throughout his life. But during his speeches, he spoke with awesome power.
After a speech at the Reichstag, an English observer, Maj. Francis Yeats-Brown, said this about Hitler: “During the rhetorical passages his voice mounted to the pitch of delirium: He was a man transformed and possessed. We were in the presence of a miracle” (Toland, op. cit.). It was a supernatural miracle!
Hitler was a “possessed” man. These events can only be interpreted by God. Writers usually attribute this power to Hitler the man. But they are dead wrong. That was power beyond the human realm.
Observers saw his “domineering manner” and noticed a “new phenomenon has entered the room.” “This thundering demon was not there before”! He was “possessed,” and it was a “miracle.” A “limp, little man changed into a force of overwhelming power”!
Men saw the effect but didn’t understand the cause. They should have. All they had to do was believe God and His Word.
Soon another man is going to appear on the scene with power even greater than Hitler’s. He will be possessed by a Satan full of wrath, a devil who knows he has but a short time before Christ returns (Revelation 12:12). What Hitler did was mild compared to what this man will do.
“And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up” (Daniel 8:23). He will have a “fierce countenance” and compelling, gripping, frightening, hypnotic eyes!
“And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people” (verse 24). He has a fearful power, but it is “not by his own power.” It is Satan’s power! And Satan is filled with his worst wrath ever!
He is going to “destroy wonderfully,” or mightily. God’s holy people—spiritual Jews—are his main target.
But what a glorious ending this black night has. “And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand” (verse 25). He appears to want peace. But it is only a deceit to suddenly destroy his lovers. Jesus Christ is going to destroy this evil empire forever.
It’s time for men to awaken out of sleep and know for certain what is coming! That time is almost here.
Supernatural Power
Clearly, Hitler’s power was beyond the human realm. But was his message from the Creator God? No, it was a religious message from another god—the god of this world. Herbert W. Armstrong said Satan is a thousand times more powerful than we are. But men refuse to even grasp Satan’s frightening power.
If they can’t learn by words, they are about to learn by becoming victims—like the extermination camp victims of World War ii!
Christ only prophesied of two great churches in the book of Revelation—His Church and Satan’s church, which rides the seven beasts of the Holy Roman Empire. Everything revolves around these two churches (see Revelation 12 in particular). God makes it very simple, while Satan complicates it and confuses deceived men. And yet the world is almost totally ignorant of both churches, to their own shame and terrible suffering!
Here is what Hitler said on March 4, 1938, after he had forcefully annexed Austria to the German Reich: “Providence has charged me with a mission to reunite the German peoples … with a mission to restore my homeland to the German Reich. I have believed in this mission. I have lived for it, and I believe I have now fulfilled it.”
Hitler believed that God led him to force Austria into the Third Reich. The world watched and did nothing. Many Jews were so fearful that they committed suicide before the German Army even arrived in Austria. And of course, hundreds more were slaughtered after the army entered.
Hitler was led to commit this bloody sacrifice not by the Creator God, but by the evil god of this world. All of this was done in the name of religion. This is where the great deceit lies!
When will we come to know the god of this world? Must we all become victims before we heed the warning?
Stirring the Whole Nation
Through deceit, the world is kept in ignorance. This makes Satan’s job very easy to accomplish. Still, only God can save us, as He saved the U.S. and Britain in World War ii. But there is no Winston Churchill being prepared to warn us this time.
Today the Germans and the European Union are once again focusing the people’s minds on the Holy Roman Empire. European Parliamentarian Otto von Hapsburg said, “The [European] Community is living largely by the heritage of the Holy Roman Empire, though the great majority of the people who live by it don’t know by what heritage they live.”
Notice, “the great majority” don’t know they are even now living by the heritage of the Holy Roman Empire! That is because it has been “underground”—just as God prophesied. But that is changing fast as the empire grows in power.
The people need a more specific focus to stir their imaginations. And they are getting just that. Mr. Habsburg, a descendant of the Habsburg dynasty that ruled the Holy Roman Empire for 400 years, talked about a crown in a museum in Vienna, Austria, which symbolizes a great deal to the Germans. He said, “We possess a European symbol which belongs to all nations of Europe equally; this is the crown of the Holy Roman Empire, which embodies the tradition of Charlemagne.” Charlemagne was crowned emperor of the Holy Roman Empire in a.d. 800—the First Reich. Can we see where Satan is taking them? It’s not necessarily a matter of where they want to go, it’s where Satan is leading them!
Mr. Habsburg failed to mention that the Holy Roman Empire also embodied the tradition of Mussolini and Adolf Hitler—leader of the Third Reich.
Europe is once again becoming mesmerized by the crown of Charlemagne—just as Hitler was.
Pope John Paul ii said he wanted “to save Europe and the world from the final catastrophe”—the nuclear annihilation of every human being. But Satan is actually going to use the Roman Empire to plunge the world into a nuclear holocaust!
That empire has always been used as a tool of great destruction. The end-time resurrection will be the most destructive ever—by far!
Only biblical Israel has a history with God. We are without excuse! We are about to be punished for our rebellious attitude—by our “lovers.”
Hitler provided only a small preview of the coming political beast that will initiate a nuclear holocaust.
That power will cause the U.S. and Britain to suffer more than any people ever have on this Earth! What an incredible price we must pay for our ignorance and rebellion!
Konrad Heiden wrote an introduction for an English translation of Mein Kampf. In it he made these statements: “Mein Kampf made Hitler rich. It became a best-seller second only to the Bible. The book may well be called a kind of satanic Bible .… The principle that men are not equal is the theoretical purpose of Mein Kampf .…
“That such a man could go so far toward realizing his ambitions, and—above all—could find millions of willing tools and helpers; that is a phenomenon the world will ponder for centuries to come.”
Actually, people will not ponder this for centuries. Soon they are going to be taught the truth and understand the Holy Roman Empire. The satanic bibles and diabolical empires are about to be destroyed forever. Unfortunately, that will happen after many millions of people are killed by the seventh head.
The Spirit of Charlemagne
What is happening in the European superstate is a mystery to most of the world. But that mystery is beginning to be removed. Bernard Connolly wrote a bombshell book in 1995 titled The Rotten Heart of Europe. For years he served at the heart of the Exchange Rate Mechanism for the European Union. He headed the commission unit responsible for monitoring and servicing the system. He labels the European superstate as rotten. Why so?
“It is the battle for control of the European superstate,” Mr. Connolly wrote, “in which French technocrats confront German federalists, both sides claiming to fight under the banner of Charlemagne. The ‘collateral damage’ from this battle lies mainly in the future, but it could be ghastly.”
Who is going to get control of this great superstate? The battle can be narrowed down to two nations—France and Germany. Do knowledgeable people really doubt who will win this battle? The nation that controls the money will reign supreme.
“Across the Rhine, successive German governments have, in their pursuit of a ‘European’ cloak for German ambitions, been prepared to accept an apparent cession of national monetary authority—as long as the new European monetary authority looks, sounds, smells and acts exactly as the German monetary authority now does” (ibid.).
The EU system has already been called a Trojan horse. Mr. Connolly says it is a “cloak for German ambitions.”
Just what are those ambitions?
“The Bundesbank began to use this opportunity to the full, overturning its obligation to ‘support the general economic policy of the government.’ In 1966, it deliberately engineered a recession that dethroned the chancellor, Ludwig Erhard, who, as finance minister, had overridden Bundesbank objections to [Deutschmark] revaluation in 1961. The Bundesbank president of the time, Karl Blessing, commented with evident satisfaction that ‘we had to use brute force to put things in order’—a formula not very different from those used by leaders of the military in Third World countries who summarily depose an uppity civilian leader before returning to barracks. It did not go unnoticed that the man who replaced Erhard, Georg Kiesinger, was, like many prominent figures in the Bundesbank at that time, a former Nazi Party member, however much or little significance that fact may have” (ibid.).
Here Connolly discusses just one German institution. In 1966 the Bundesbank had “many prominent figures” who were Nazis! Does this give us some idea of where the European superstate is headed? Are we afraid to face this book’s truth of what is happening in Germany and Europe? Do we fear to face Bible prophecy?
The Nazis know how “to use brute force to put things in order”! And not just in the finance system.
We are all aware of Hitler’s Third Reich. Mr. Connolly labels the empire of Charlemagne as the First Reich.
Most of the EU leaders are working to “recreate the empire of Charlemagne. It was no coincidence that the Belgian government housed the offices and meeting rooms of the EU Council of Ministers in the Charlemagne building in Brussels.
“It was no coincidence, either, that Giscard and Schmidt agreed to accept the Belgian compromise proposal at a bilateral summit in September 1978 at Aachen, principal seat and burial place of Charlemagne. The symbolism was heavily underlined in both France and Germany; the two leaders paid a special visit to the throne of Charlemagne and a special service was held in the cathedral; at the end of the summit, Giscard remarked that: ‘Perhaps when we discussed monetary problems, the spirit of Charlemagne brooded over us’” (ibid.).
The spirit of Charlemagne has returned. This past king who ruled the First Reich had to wade through a “sea of blood” to achieve his goal of ruling Europe.
The big question remains unanswered. “In the new empire of Charlemagne, who would play Charlemagne? Exactly the same question was implicit, and left unanswered, at Maastricht” (ibid.).
Soon the world will know who the modern Charlemagne is to be. You can be sure he will have Germany’s stamp of approval. His actions will shock the world far more than the original Charlemagne. He will lead the world into the greatest “sea of blood” that humanity has ever seen or even dreamed about! Whether we realize it or not, the Fourth Reich has arrived.
Sidebar: The Extermination camps
At first, to accomplish the mass murder of Jews, Nazis used mobile killing squads called Einsatzgruppen, consisting of four units of between 500 and 900 men each. By fall of 1942, they had murdered approximately 1.5 million Jews. But the death camps proved to be a better, faster, less personal method for killing Jews, one that spared the shooters, not the victims, emotional anguish.
The total figure for Jewish genocide, including shootings and the camps, was between 5.2 and 5.8 million, roughly half of Europe’s Jewish population. About 5 million other victims perished at the hands of Nazi Germany. The estimated death tolls for the camps are as follows:
Auschwitz 1,000,000 Jews;
1,000,000 others
Treblinka 750,000 Jews
Belzec 550,000 Jews
Sobibór 200,000 Jews
Chelmno 150,000 Jews

The document that follows is the English translation of the original German one as referenced under the World Catalogue OCLC number 31002821 and available in the public domain via various libraries, archives and websites. It is a document of great historical significance and essential to understanding the mindset behind the European Union and where the idea originated. It is the original blueprint for ‘the European Economic Community’ which would later become, as we know, the European Union. Created as a series of seminars by the Third Reich’s Economic Minister and various advisors to Adolf Hitler so that in the event the Nazis should fall to the allies and lose the war, they could complete their plans covertly by subversion, treason and sedition from ‘within each government’. In it you will find the proposal of a one united Europe with one currency, one transport system…and more importantly, the United Kingdom was to be “de-industrialised“, and used for a limited amount of agriculture and tourism. The plan was to usurp each nation’s sovereignty, including Britain, and create a Europe wide dictatorship; and for us, stripping out anything that put the “Great” into “Great Britain”.
Ironically - Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Fascism, and Corporatism have all turned out to be distracting labels for the same ideology and in reading this document, one will find it chilling that most of the changes that the Nazi’s had planned for the United Kingdom have already been implemented. Slowly, but surely, and by covert means, the followers of this ideology, these conspirators, backed by huge financiers, namely the international banking families, have succeeded in infiltrating Westminster through the political system and parts of the Intelligenstia over the last 60 plus years. They have ushered in the Acts and Treaties envisaged in this document – NATO 1947, The Treaty of Paris 1951, Jean Monnet 1952, The Treaty of Rome 1957, European Communities Act 1972, European Monetary System 1979, Single European Act 1987, The Maastrict Treaty 1991, Euro Currency 2002, The Lisbon Treaty 2009.

From Belgravia to Brussels, the howls of outrage over Boris Johnson’s observation that Hitler, like the EU, had tried to unify Europe under a single authority, grow ever louder.
Lord Heseltine described Johnson’s remarks as ‘preposterous’ and ‘obscene’. Donald Tusk, the president of the European Council, said Johnson was suffering from 'political amnesia’.
But if anyone is suffering from ‘political amnesia’ it is the EU grandees and their allies in the British establishment.
As a journalist and author who has studied in detail both the foundation of the European Union and the Nazis’ plans for post-war economic domination, and who has reported from all over Europe for more than 20 years, I believe that Johnson’s reference to Hitler was not only correct, but absolutely necessary.
The Nazis, like Napoleon, whom Johnson also referred to, are part of a historical continuum of European empire-building.
It is a story that goes back to the original Roman empire, through Charlemagne’s Holy Roman Empire in the ninth century, the Austro-Hungarian empire, and its Ottoman rival, the Third Reich, the Soviet Bloc in the east of the continent and today’s European Union.
And Johnson is being smeared. He had deliberately NOT drawn parallels between the methods and aims of the EU and those of the Nazis.
Of course the EU is not fighting a race war or organising mass exterminations. There are no parallels to be drawn between the way Brussels carries out its business and the Nazi approach in wartime Berlin.
What Johnson did do was to make an apt and timely historical observation about diverse attempts to unify Europe that have taken place over the centuries.
As Britain debates crucial questions about its future sovereignty, and an ever-more powerful Germany dominates the European economy, it is not only legitimate, but VITAL to dig deep into the origins of a united Europe wherever they are.
Nazi Germany, far from being a subject to gloss over in any debate on the EU, is one that has to be scrutinised.
For many senior figures in Third Reich wanted economic union in Europe - and it is incumbent on us to examine whether their hopes actually came to fruition.
The fact is that the Nazis drew up detailed proposals to ensure that, even if they were militarily defeated, Germany would continue to rule Europe, but through economic, rather than military means.
The evidence can be found in documents held in American intelligence archives, and at the Bank for International Settlements, the secretive ‘bank for central banks’ founded in 1930, and still located in Basel, Switzerland.
One US intelligence report, known as the ‘Red House Report’ recounts the details of a meeting of top Nazi industrialists and officials at the Maison Rouge Hotel, in Strasbourg, France on August 10, 1944.
Guards had been posted outside and the room checked for hidden microphones. Stamped ‘Secret’, the three page document was written by a French spy who had been present. It was judged credible enough to be sent by air-pouch to Cordell Hull, the US Secretary of State.
The meeting was chaired by SS Obergruppenfuhrer Dr Scheid. Scheid told the industrialists that they must realise ‘that the war cannot be won’ and the industrialists must, as a result, take steps ‘in preparation for a post-war commercial campaign’.
The Nazi businessmen, who included officials from Messerschmitt, Krupp and Volkswagen, as well as the Navy and Ministry of Armaments, agreed that with the military struggle all but lost, the next Reich would be an economic Reich.
Scheid then convened a smaller group and explained how the Nazi party would go underground. The German government would channel vast amounts of money abroad through the industrialists so that a ‘strong German empire can be created after the defeat’.
The closely-typed document reads like a thriller (and indeed inspired me to write one, The Budapest Protocol).
Another key document, ‘Economic Reorganisation of Europe’ is much drier, but makes for even more unsettling reading.
The eight-page memo, written by Walther Funk - the president of the Reichsbank, the German national bank - in 1940, is stored in the archives of the Bank for International Settlements.
Funk was later convicted at Nuremberg for war crimes; he served as Nazi minister of economics and also sat on the board of the Bank for International Settlements.
Boris Johnson has discovered that to merely hint at any similarities nowadays between the Nazis’ post-war plans for Europe and the present European Union is to invite ridicule and disdain.
And, to be fair, the post-war European integration project has contributed to opening the continent to free trade, stabilising a war-torn continent after 1945 and nurturing a new pan-European mentality among younger generations.
But the uncomfortable - and usually unspoken - truth is that the parallels between the plans of the Nazi leadership for the post-war European economy and the subsequent process of European monetary and economic integration are real.
The difference is, the plans have been imposed by stealth rather by war and genocide.
The new ‘European large-unit economy,’ wrote Funk, ‘must be an organic growth’ and will result from ‘close economic collaboration between Germany and European countries’.
The Reichsmark would be the dominant currency of this economy, but that was of secondary importance to the question of economic leadership. Conversion rates must be controlled and kept stable, to avoid wild currency fluctuations, before the ultimate of aim monetary union could be reached.
Meanwhile, the area of the Reichsmark would ‘continue to widen’, wrote Funk. There would be an incremental process of abolishing foreign exchange controls and a bonfire of regulations that slowed down trade and commerce.
‘The sense of common interest in the economic field must be strengthened among European peoples by collaboration in all spheres of economic policy (currency, credit, production, trade, etc.)...This united Europe will not accept the imposition of conditions of a political or economic nature from any extra-European group.'
The deciding factor in trade relations would be the quality of German goods for export 'and in this respect we really need have no anxiety'.
The central pillar of the post-war economy would be German needs. Other countries would plan their production on the German markets.
Much of what Funk predicted has come to pass. The Reichsmark evolved into the Deutschmark, which became the most powerful currency in Europe.
Behind the scenes at the Bank for International Settlements, technocrats laboured in secret for decades to harmonise different currencies’ exchange rates and prepare the ground for the launch of the Euro.
Foreign exchange and capital controls were abolished.
And while we tend to associate the EU with a mass of bureaucracy, the European Single Market did abolish what Funk called the 'mass of forms' previously needed to do business, so labour and capital could flow unhindered between countries.
Meanwhile, the Reichsbank’s successor, the Bundesbank, became Europe’s most powerful central bank, making Germany Europe’s most dominant economy.
Funk lived to see two of the most important milestones in European unity: the establishment in 1951 of the European Coal and Steel Community, Europe’s first supra-national institution; and the signing of the Treaty of Rome in 1957, the same year he was released from prison on ground of ill-health.
He died in 1960 but he would have applauded the launch of the European Single Market in 1993 as the culmination of his dream of a united continent, dominated by Germany.
Funk’s ‘European Large-Unit Economy’, would be better known today perhaps the Eurozone. Funk’s prediction that there was no need for anxiety about German exports has also come true: every second euro in Germany is earned by exports.
But for many smaller countries German economic domination has proved a disaster.
Germany’s mania for low inflation (rooted in the traumatic hyper-inflation of the Weimar republic after World War 1) has forced austerity onto weaker eurozone countries with disastrous results.
Today, parts of Europe face economic collapse. The Bundesbank and the European Central Bank, based in Frankfurt, have driven the mania for austerity that has already forced Greece to the edge and destabilised its neighbours.
From Oslo to Athens, the far-Right is resurgent, fed in part by soaring poverty and unemployment. The Euro might yet collapse and those with money seek safe haven in gold or property. Across the Mediterranean a whole generation has been thrown on the scrap-heap.
The answer to the crisis, say the euro-federalists, is more of everything: more integration, more shared sovereignty, more control over a central currency, more rule by unaccountable technocrats who caused the crisis in the first place.
In other words, allow the Bundesbank and its allies at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt – to take more control of eurozone nations’ economies.
Monetary union has been achieved, albeit at terrible social and economic cost.
And the long march to a fiscal and political union continues. Just as Walther Funk dreamt it would - in 1940s Berlin.

Plans to enhance the military role of the European Union, potentially paving the way for a future EU army, are being held back until after the UK referendum, according to reports.
The plans, which have only been shown to EU diplomats, are understood to include proposals or new European military structures, including a headquarters.
According to The Times, which has seen extracts of the plans from diplomatic notes, the proposals will not be sent to national governments until after Britain’s EU referendum on 23 June to avoid giving succour to the Leave campaign.
Similar plans were vetoed by the UK in 2011, and the Government has repeatedly insisted that Britain will never be part of any EU army.
However, it is understood the plans, drawn over 18 months by EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, are supported by other leading EU countries, and refer to powers set out in the 2009 Lisbon Treaty, which could allow nine or more member states to embark on their own plans for an EU military headquarters.
The draft paper states that “in turbulent times, we need a compass to navigate the waters of a faster-changing world” adding that the EU can “step up its contribution to Europe’s security and defence", according to a diplomatic note seen by The Times.
However, Ms Mogherini’s spokesman told the newspaper the defence plan “would in no way aim to set up the EU army”.
A Ministry of Defence spokesman said: "We will never be part of an EU army. The U.S. intelligence community was responsible for usurping Europeans' right to self-government, in an effort to impose what Obama recently called “one of the greatest political and economic achievements of modern times.” As British voters prepare to vote on secession from the European Union super-state, the Obama administration's bizarre intervention to support the pro-EU side has sparked a fresh examination of the shadowy origins of the controversial European regime.
Under scrutiny is the critical backing the EU and its predecessor outfits received at every step of the way from top globalists within the U.S. government, and in particular from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its predecessor. The real goal was always what globalists called an "Atlantic Union," and eventually, a global government. And as the Obama-backed U.S.-EU merger known as the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) moves forward, that remains the case today, just under a new name and new marketing slogans.
While the information about the CIA's major role in foisting the superstate on Europe is not new, it is back in the headlines. The latest large-scale exposure and discussion of the facts came from the U.K. Telegraph's Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, a seemingly establishment-minded journalist who occasionally veers into the truth about what happens behind the scenes. Referring to the “shattering intervention” of the Obama administration in the British Exit (Brexit) debate on the EU, the columnist noted that the supranational regime “always was an American project.” “It was Washington that drove European integration in the late 1940s, and funded it covertly under the Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon administrations,” he explained, citing official documents and other sources.
While Evans-Pritchard does not go into detail about the broader globalist agenda, he is right about the EU having always been a CIA project. There can be no doubt that top U.S. globalists worked to unite Europe under a single government. In fact, the evidence is all over the congressional record. The role of the CIA and its predecessor, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), is also indisputable at this point. As highlighted again in the Telegraph report and elsewhere, official documents from the agencies, declassified in recent decades, show that the shadowy “intelligence” outfits pumped vast amounts of money and resources into the creation of the European federalist movement across the 1950s and 1960s.
One 1950 declassified memorandum, signed by General William Donovan, the former head of the OSS, even details the plot, as well as instructions on imposing a “European Parliament” on the formerly sovereign nations and peoples of Europe. Today, the rubber-stamp pseudo-Parliament is a reality. Indeed, despite the wishes of Europeans as expressed in numerous referendums, the superstate just keeps usurping more and more power, with a bogus fig-leaf of public accountability provided by the Soviet-style “Parliament” that does not even create legislation.
Another declassified CIA memo, this one from 1965, calls on the vice-president of the “European Community,” as the proto-superstate was then known, to impose a single currency on the nations of the continent. Today, the widely unpopular and practically failed single currency is a reality, too, and is known as the euro. Back then, U.S. officials warned their lackeys in Europe to impose the scheme by stealth, and to avoid public debate until the “adoption of such proposals would become virtually inescapable.” The plot appears to have been followed. And it worked.
Ensnaring Britain in the superstate was also a high priority, the declassified documents confirmed. As the new Telegraph report put it, there are “declassified documents from the [U.S.] State Department archives showing that U.S. intelligence funded the European movement secretly for decades, and worked aggressively behind the scenes to push Britain into the project.” Again, the plot succeeded, with the once proud and independent British people ruled largely by bureaucrats in Brussels, with little to no say over their own destiny as a thousand years of advancements in individual liberty get thrown by the wayside.
The so-called American Committee for a United Europe, founded in 1948, was a crucial vehicle for the U.S. government's secretive machinations in bringing about today's increasingly totalitarian superstate. The outfit was chaired by Donovan, by then the “former” OSS chief. Its vice-chair was globalist Allen Dulles, who led the CIA in the 1950s. And the board of directors was packed with “former” OSS and CIA officials.
All along, the CIA-run front group was funding the so-called “European Movement,” described in a 15-year-old article in the Telegraph as “the most important federalist organization in the post-war years.” “In 1958, for example, it provided 53.5 per cent of the movement's funds,” the paper reported in its 2000 article about the declassified CIA documents. The “European Youth Campaign,” also a tentacle of the CIA-controlled outfit, was entirely funded and controlled by U.S. officials, too. In exchange for selling out his nation's sovereignty, the outfit's director was even receiving payments into a “special account.”
Of course, it was not just the CIA, and not all of the scheming was secret, even back then. The congressional record during those decades is literally packed with testimony from top U.S. State Department officials openly outlining the policy of Washington, D.C., to promote and finance ever-closer “integration” among European nations into a federal union. Numerous resolutions and bills advocating precisely such a scheme were introduced, and some even passed. U.S. taxpayer funding was used to advance the effort, both overtly and covertly. But the agenda was even broader than just imposing a single, unaccountable regime over Europe to crush self-government and national sovereignty.
In essence, the globalist-controlled U.S. State Department believed that unifying Europe under one government beyond control of voters was needed to advance the next stage of globalism — what they called an “Atlantic Union.” From presidents to congressional leaders, the idea was all the rage. Among the most important reasons why so many globalists in the United States and Europe felt the unification of European nations under a single regime was so crucial to imposing an Atlantic Union: many Europeans, especially those from smaller nations, were worried about being dominated politically and economically by the overwhelming power of the post-World War II United States.
In the mid-1960s, Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs John M. Leddy summed up the reason for promoting an EU-style regime in very explicit terms. “The simple, but decisive, fact is that our Atlantic allies do not wish to move forward any type of federal political relationship with the United States, even as an objective,” he said. “The fundamental reason why there is little European interest in federal union with us at this time is, I think, self evident. It is that Europe fears that it would be swallowed by a more powerful United States.” A single regime might change that, even though, ironically, many Europeans were convinced to surrender their sovereignty under the guise of being able to more successfully stand up to America.
Other senior U.S. officials also acknowledged the goals of support for European integration. On September 20, 1966, for example, then-Under Secretary of State George Ball, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), testified before Congress on the State Department’s view on forming an “Atlantic Community,” essentially merging the United States with Europe. “I find little evidence of any strong interest among Europeans for any immediate move toward greater political unity with the United States,” he explained. “They fear the overwhelming weight of U.S. power and influence in our common councils.... We believe that so long as Europe remains merely a continent of medium- and small-sized states there are definite limits to the degree of political unity we can achieve across the ocean.”
The end goal of unifying Europe under a single regime, then, was to eventually build a transatlantic union merging the United States with the European superstate. In fact, that is the very same agenda envisioned in Obama's extraordinarily unpopular “Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership,” or TTIP, with the EU. If approved by the U.S. Congress and European officials, the transatlantic regime created under the TTIP would serve as the nucleus of a future EU-style "Atlantic Union" government to rule over both the United States and the EU.
And that was the idea all along. “Whatever power they can achieve as two separate unions — a United States of Europe and a United States of America — they can achieve far better by forming one union,” explained influential globalist Clarence Streit in testimony before the U.S. Congress' House Committee on Foreign Affairs in 1948. The eventual goal, though, was to continue strengthening the UN until the various “unions” could be merged into a single global government, Streit explained. Back then, globalists were often more open about their agenda.
And for decades, that was hardly a fringe idea. On July 4, 1962, for example, President John F. Kennedy called publicly for a “Declaration of Interdependence.” “I will say here and now, on this Day of Independence, that the United States will be ready for a Declaration of Interdependence, that we will be prepared to discuss with a united Europe the ways and means of forming a concrete Atlantic partnership, a mutually beneficial partnership between the new union now emerging in Europe and the old American Union,” he said. “For the Atlantic partnership of which I speak would not look inward only, preoccupied with its own welfare and advancement. It must look outward to cooperate with all nations in meeting their common concern. It would serve as a nucleus for the eventual union of all free men —those who are now free and those who are vowing that some day they will be free.”
Even as far back as the 1940s, the globalist-influenced U.S. government was pursuing the subjugation of Europe under a single, ultra-powerful regime controlled by globalist interests. In 1947, then-U.S. Secretary of State George Marshall (CFR) — a key player in handing China to Chairman Mao's murderous communists, and perhaps mass-murdering dictator Joseph Stalin's most important ally in the world — strongly suggested in a speech that European “economic cooperation” was a precondition for the desperately needed American aid after the war. The scheme eventually became known as the “Marshall Plan.”
“It is already evident that, before the United States Government can proceed much further in its efforts to alleviate the situation and help start the European world on its way to recovery, there must be some agreement among the countries of Europe as to the requirements of the situation and the part those countries themselves will take in order to give proper effect to whatever action might be undertaken by this Government,” said Marshall, the man after whom the scheme was named. “The initiative, I think, must come from Europe. The role of this country should consist of friendly aid in the drafting of a European program and of later support of such a program so far as it may be practical for us to do so. The program should be a joint one, agreed to by a number, if not all European nations.”
The Committee of European Economic Cooperation, chaired by then-British Foreign Secretary Ernest Bevin, officially responded with a major report that was ultimately transmitted approvingly by the State Department to President Harry Truman. Signed by government representatives from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and more, the committee outlined efforts to create a customs union that could eventually lead to even further “cooperation.” U.S. officials were pleased.
Members of Congress, especially Representative Walter Judd (R-Minn.), even tried to get language in the statement of purpose for the original Marshall Plan bill of 1948 explicitly declaring that it was the policy of the United States to encourage the economic unification and the political federation of Europe. In the end, language calling for the development of economic cooperation was included instead. The next year, the “political federation” amendment was pursued again, with the result being the addition of the sentence: “It is further declared to be the policy of the people of the United States to encourage the unification of Europe.” By 1951, Congress finally came out and said it openly, with a clause included in the 1951 Mutual Security Act stating that the goal was “to further encourage the economic unification and the political federation of Europe.”
The U.S. government has similarly supported integration in Africa, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. The eventual goal remains the same: merging all of the regional superstates into a single global system often referred to by globalists in both parties and all around the globe as the “New World Order.” Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger spelled it out clearly in his new book World Order: “The contemporary quest for world order [world government] will require a coherent strategy to establish a concept of order [regional government] within the various regions and to relate these regional orders [governments] to one another.”
As regular readers of this magazine know well, the CIA has been involved in everything from overthrowing governments and arming dictators with WMDs to drug trafficking and weapons smuggling. The U.S. State Department has also been lawlessly waging war on freedom around the world for decades. Just consider as one example its decisive efforts to bring the bloody Castro dictatorship to power in Cuba, as explained by then-U.S. Ambassador to Havana Earl Smith, under the phony guise of supporting a “freedom fighter.” The backing for a transnational regime to rule over Europe and eventually the United States should be considered in that light. The people of the United States and the United Kingdom must resist the agenda. And voting in favor of a “Brexit” would be an excellent first step.

DECLASSIFIED American government documents show that the US intelligence community ran a campaign in the Fifties and Sixties to build momentum for a united Europe. It funded and directed the European federalist movement.
The documents confirm suspicions voiced at the time that America was working aggressively behind the scenes to push Britain into a European state. One memorandum, dated July 26, 1950, gives instructions for a campaign to promote a fully fledged European parliament. It is signed by Gen William J Donovan, head of the American wartime Office of Strategic Services, precursor of the CIA.
The documents were found by Joshua Paul, a researcher at Georgetown University in Washington. They include files released by the US National Archives. Washington's main tool for shaping the European agenda was the American Committee for a United Europe, created in 1948. The chairman was Donovan, ostensibly a private lawyer by then.
The vice-chairman was Allen Dulles, the CIA director in the Fifties. The board included Walter Bedell Smith, the CIA's first director, and a roster of ex-OSS figures and officials who moved in and out of the CIA. The documents show that ACUE financed the European Movement, the most important federalist organisation in the post-war years. In 1958, for example, it provided 53.5 per cent of the movement's funds.
The European Youth Campaign, an arm of the European Movement, was wholly funded and controlled by Washington. The Belgian director, Baron Boel, received monthly payments into a special account. When the head of the European Movement, Polish-born Joseph Retinger, bridled at this degree of American control and tried to raise money in Europe, he was quickly reprimanded.
The leaders of the European Movement - Retinger, the visionary Robert Schuman and the former Belgian prime minister Paul-Henri Spaak - were all treated as hired hands by their American sponsors. The US role was handled as a covert operation. ACUE's funding came from the Ford and Rockefeller foundations as well as business groups with close ties to the US government.
The head of the Ford Foundation, ex-OSS officer Paul Hoffman, doubled as head of ACUE in the late Fifties. The State Department also played a role. A memo from the European section, dated June 11, 1965, advises the vice-president of the European Economic Community, Robert Marjolin, to pursue monetary union by stealth.
Illegal migrant trafficking and forced mass Immigration (into European Nations only) is now creating chaos throughout much of Europe, especially in Germany and Sweden, including parts of France and many other European countries too. A constant flood of boats arriving from mainly Africa reveals a structured network of pre-planned routes into Europe, with the eventual goal of completely displacing Europeans from their homelands, and replacing them with cheap labour from all over the third world. European Nations and their populations have already been dramatically transformed by decades of mass Third World immigration and the relentless promotion of ''diversity'' and multiculturalism by the mainstream media and it's ''progressive'' agenda.
This is no coincidence, and was all planned many years ago as laid out in the Coudenhove-Kalergi plan, which is a plan for the systematic genocide of the native peoples of Europe.

The Coudenhove-Kalergi plan – The genocide of the Peoples of Europe
Mass immigration is a phenomenon, the causes of which are still cleverly concealed by the system, and the multicultural propaganda is trying to falsely portray it as inevitable. With this article we intend to prove once and for all, that this is not a spontaneous phenomenon. What they want to present as an inevitable outcome of modern life, is actually a plan conceived around a table and prepared for decades, to completely destroy the face of the continent.
The Pan-Europe
Few people know that one of the main initiators of the process of European integration, was also the man who designed the genocide plan of the Peoples of Europe. It is a dark person, whose existence is unknown to the masses, but the elite considers him as the founder of the European Union. His name is Richard Coudenhove Kalergi. His father was an Austrian diplomat named Heinrich von Coudenhove-Kalergi (with connections to the Byzantine family of the Kallergis) and his mother the Japanese Mitsu Aoyama. Kalergi, thanks to his close contacts with all European aristocrats and politicians, due to the relationships of his nobleman-diplomat father, and by moving behind the scenes, away from the glare of publicity, he managed to attract the most important heads of state to his plan , making them supporters and collaborators for the “project of European integration”.
In 1922 he founded the “Pan-European” movement in Vienna, which aimed to create a New World Order, based on a federation of nations led by the United States. European integration would be the first step in creating a world government. Among the first supporters, including Czech politicians Tomáš Masaryk and Edvard Beneš and the banker Max Warburg, who invested the first 60,000 marks. The Austrian Chancellor Ignaz Seipel and the next president of Austria, Karl Renner, took the responsibility for leading the “Pan-European” movement. Later, French politicians, such as Léon Bloum, Aristide Briand, Alcide De Gasperi, etc will offer their help.
With the rise of Fascism in Europe, the project was abandoned and the “Pan-European” movement was forced to dissolve, but after the Second World War, Kalergi, thanks to frantic and tireless activity and the support of Winston Churchill, the Jewish Masonic Lodge B’nai B’rith and major newspapers like the New York Times, the plan manages to be accepted by the United States Government. The CIA later undertakes the completion of the project.
The essence of the Kalergi plan
In his book «Praktischer Idealismus», Kalergi indicates that the residents of the future “United States of Europe” will not be the People of the Old Continent, but a kind of sub-humans, products of miscegenation. He clearly states that the peoples of Europe should interbreed with Asians and colored races, thus creating a multinational flock with no quality and easily controlled by the ruling elite.
Kalergi proclaims the abolition of the right of self-determination and then the elimination of nations with the use of ethnic separatist movements and mass migration. In order for Europe to be controlled by an elite, he wants to turn people into one homogeneous mixed breed of Blacks, Whites and Asians. Who is is this elite however? Kalergi is particularly illuminating on this:
The man of the future will be of mixed race. The races and classes of today will gradually disappear due to the elimination of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-negroid race of the future, similar in appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples and the diversity of individuals. Instead of destroying European Judaism, Europe, against her will, refined and educated this people, driving them to their future status as a leading nation through this artificial evolutionary process. It’s not surprising that the people that escaped from the Ghetto-Prison, became the spiritual nobility of Europe. Thus, the compassionate care given by Europe created a new breed of aristocrats. This happened when the European feudal aristocracy crashed because of the emancipation of the Jews [due to the actions taken by the French Revolution]
The recent massive leak of TTIP documents and its intentions over GM foods came as a shock to those who had been lulled into assuming that the European Union were the ‘good guys’ in this debate, compared to our own politicians in the UK. But we wouldn’t have been so wrong-footed if we’d been taught our history correctly.
The warm and fuzzy story that we’ve been getting on the mainstream media – about Jean Monnet coming up with the idea of the European Union to help prevent war in Europe – is leaving out some unsavoury but enlightening information, according to Dr Matthias Rath of the Rath Health Foundation.
Dr Rath found that the EU has been conceived, birthed and nurtured by the guidance and blueprint of Nazi war criminals who had been top executives at the huge chemical companies which supplied the concentration camps. These men were tried for crimes against humanity, at the Nuremberg Trials, and many of them were sentenced.
He says that these Nazis designed the EU as a sort of “Politburo” of the pharmaceutical industry’s postwar rule over Europe, and to wipe out any alternative opposition to it – in their own words, “from Lisbon to Sofia.”
Much of what Rath believes is supported in a very well reviewed book, Europe’s Full Circle: Corporate Elites and the New Fascism by Rodney Atkinson.
If they are both correct, then it would seem that the dark shadow of this inauspicious birth hangs over the EU today – in the form of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership. They might deny it – although so far, they haven’t responded – but we have to judge a tree by its fruits, and these fruits are covered in chemical pesticides.
As we’re beginning to realise, like panzer divisions rolling roughshod over the welfare of the people, the TTIP solely represents the interests of the multinational corporations that seek control over ever-increasing areas of our lives. And this includes patenting genes – in order to gain control over the very molecules of inheritance and life – as well as patents on genetically modified plants so that they control what we eat, how we live … and how we die.
As Dr Rath says:
“As a direct result of the influence of these interests, the decisions of the European Parliament have little, if any, influence on the laws and on the so-called ‘EU directives’ that are imposed on the lives of 400 million people in Europe.
“The elections for the European Parliament are little more than a masquerade, deceiving the people of Europe by portraying the EU structure as a democratic system,” as the diagram below illustrates:

Unmasking the Big Chem cartel running the EU
Dr Rath believes that the only way to ensure the survival of mankind is to publicly unmask the plans of the pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical cartel behind the European Union, to enable the people of the world to look behind its curtain of deception.
Following are extracts from his speech to Holocaust survivors from Auschwitz in 2007.
In this speech, Rath described how, with the beginning of the Cold War, some of the IG Farben executives that stood trial at Nuremberg were reinstated into the highest positions of German industry.

Fritz ter Meer was released from prison after only four years and, just six years after that, he was chairman of the supervisory board of Bayer again.

During the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, 24 managers of IG Farben were tried for crimes against humanity and many of them were sentenced.
“According to the US Prosecutor Telford Taylor, without IG Farben, the Second World War would not have been possible,” Rath continues.
“Then there’s Hans Globke, who co-authored the Nuremberg racial laws. He was also responsible for writing the new laws of the Greater European ‘Reich’ in the countries occupied by the Nazis during World War II.

“Globke became minister of the Chancellery in German Chancellor Adenauer’s office after the Second World War. As the ‘gray eminence’ and outside of any parliamentary supervision, Globke controlled essentially all aspects of political life in post-war west Germany, from the Secret Service to the continuation of the plans of the oil and drug cartel to conquer Europe under the newly constructed EU.
“Walter Hallstein, a prominent law professor under the Nazis stated in a speech in 1939: ‘One of the most important laws (in occupied European countries) is the Protection Law of German Blood and Honor ….’

There are some nowadays who hold differing opinions about World War 2. There are those that say that one man’s war criminal is another man’s war hero; that these monickers are often dependant upon which side wins the war and gets to write the history of the event.
There is now also evidence that the CIA got involved at the end of the war, and covertly funded this cartel of Big Pharma companies calling itself the EU. The graphite was hardly dry on the Brexit ballots when TVP Info, a Polish broadcaster, leaked a 9-page document drawn up by the German and French foreign ministers calling for an EU superstate, complete with an EU army, integrated border controls and common taxation. The German foreign minister discussed the plans — which are being described as “an ultimatum” — with his counterparts in the Visegrad Group of countries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia) this week.
The document, bearing the Orwellian title of “A strong Europe in a world of uncertainties,” lays out the exact tyrannical plans that the EU’s critics have been warning about for years. After identifying key areas of uncertainty and concern affecting Europe — from spreading [false flag] terrorism to [manipulated] cultural tensions to [engineered] economic hardships — the document proposes three new areas for expanded EU cooperation:

A European Security Compact, including an expansion of internal “security” through a strengthened Europol, and expansion of external “security” in areas like North Africa and the Middle East through coordination with the African Union, G5 and other globalist counterparts.
A Common European asylum and migration policy, including the expansion of FRONTEX with permanent, dedicated EU-supplied staff, and the creation of a European Asylum Agency tasked with standardizing the registration of asylum seekers and hosting joint EU-controlled databases.
A Completed Economic and Monetary Union, including “convergence between member states” in strategic sectors of the economy, the development of a European Monetary Fund presided over by EU parliament, and continued moves toward “common taxation.”
Even more stunningly, the paper actually proposes a standing EU-directed military chain of command, up to and including standing European armed forces:
“The EU will need to take action more often in order to manage crises that directly affect its own security. We therefore need stronger and more flexible crisis prevention and crisis management capabilities. The EU should be able to plan and conduct civil and military operations more effectively, with the support of a permanent civil-military chain of command. The EU should be able to rely on employable high-readiness forces and provide common financing for its operations. Within the framework of the EU, member states willing to establish permanent structured cooperation in the field of defence or to push ahead to launch operations should be able to do so in a flexible manner. If needed, EU member states should consider establishing standing maritime forces or acquiring EU-owned capabilities in other key areas.”
Of course absolutely none of this will come as news to my long-time readers. I laid out in these very pages how last December’s proposal for a European Border and Coast Guard was the first step to the EU superstate. And I also told you how last November’s Paris false flag paved the way for EU President Juncker to call for an EU standing army. And I’ve been warning over and over for years now that the crisis in the Eurozone was going to be used as a way for the banksters to fail forward by claiming that the ECB needs even more powers to wreck Europe’s economy. So none of these proposals are that shocking individually.
What is shocking is to see them stacked together like this in a single document penned by Jean-Marc Ayrault and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the foreign ministers of France and Germany. It is also shocking that they would be presented as a type of ultimatum to the Visegrad Group, especially since “the EU” (which even the New York Times can now admit means Berlin, not Brussels) has chided these countries quite openly in recent months. Germany and its sidekick France (politely referred to as “the EU”) cannot expect that this attempt at strong-arming will go down well with countries that have openly bucked and brayed at the EU yoke thus far. Which can only mean that they don’t expect it to.

Firms can ban workers from wearing religious symbols under a landmark ruling by the European Union's top court.
The European Court of Justice gave its verdict today in the cases of two women who were dismissed for refusing to stop wearing Islamic headscarves.
The court said a ban on religious symbols was justified - if it covered all religions equally.
But the case arose directly because of the treatment of women wearing Islamic dress.
And it comes as a far-right party attempts to make gains in tomorrow's Dutch elections.

Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders once called for a tax on the traditional dress, causing outrage by dubbing it the "head rag". Controversial bans on Islamic dress have also been made in France.
Alan Price, director of employment law at Peninsula, said the ruling will apply to Britain at least until Brexit in 2019.
The ruling comes as far-right Geert Wilders attempts to make gains in Dutch elections
He added: "Whilst discrimination laws could potentially be reversed post-Brexit, it is unlikely that, in doing so, the Government will overturn a decision by the ECJ which gives flexibility to UK employers to have their own rules on dress codes and religious observance."
Tory MP Maria Miller warned the ruling “overturns important existing law” from the European Court of Human Rights.
The chair of Parliament’s Women and Equalities Committee told the BBC: "I think it's clear that what a woman wears is her choice and it should never be the choice of a court either here in the UK or the European Court of Justice.
"The Government really does need to make sure it is absolutely clear to employers that it is not legitimate to simply say on a whim that people are not allowed to wear outward signs of religious belief - whether it's a headscarf or a cross - that there is a need for any such policies to be legitimate and to be clear on what grounds they would be found to be legitimate.

"Given the level of discrimination that particularly Muslim women face, I do think the Government should make a statement on this urgently."
Employment lawyer Sarah Peacock, of firm Blake Morgan, said the ruling was “significant” but firms would still have to “tread very carefully”.
"By its very nature, what is 'neutral' can be subjective, and down to a specifically Western cultural interpretation,” she added.
Today's verdict took its first step in 2003 thanks to Samira Achbita, a Muslim woman who was working as a receptionist for G4S in Belgium.
She was told not to wear a traditional headscarf because of a ban on "visible signs of political, philosophical or religious beliefs".
She refused to stop wearing the headscarf and took her case to a court in Belgium after she was dismissed in 2006.
But the Court of Justice today said the rule was justified - because it was about all political and religious symbols, not just Islam.
"The Court of Justice finds that G4S’s internal rule refers to the wearing of visible signs of political, philosophical or religious beliefs and therefore covers any manifestation of such beliefs without distinction," the ruling said.
"The rule thus treats all employees of the undertaking in the same way, notably by requiring them, generally and without any differentiation, to dress neutrally.

"It is not evident from the material in the file available to the Court that that internal rule was applied differently to Ms Achbita as compared to other G4S employees.
"Accordingly, such an internal rule does not introduce a difference of treatment that is directly based on religion or belief, for the purposes of the directive."
The ruling went on that a rule like G4S's did not constitute "direct discrimination".
But it went less far in a second case, that of a French woman who was told her headscarf might "pose a problem" with some customers.
The ruling said that without a formal rule covering all religious symbols, simply wanting to "take account of the wishes of a customer" was not enough to ban headscarves.
It "cannot be considered an occupational requirement that could rule out discrimination," the ruling said.

'The EU: The Truth About The Fourth Reich - How Hitler Won The Second World War' argues the single currency, the free market and even the phrase "United States of Europe" were all dreamt up by high ranking Nazis, including the Fuhrer himself.
It also claims the only country which benefits from the EU is Germany - just as Hitler planned.
A spokesperson for the Liberal Democrats - which its leader Nick Clegg describes as the "party of in" when it comes to the EU - dismissed the authors of the book as "peddling outlandish myths".
The book, co-written by Daniel J Beddowes and Falvio Cipollini, says: "What is the EU for? Who really benefits? And the answer is of course Germany.
"It is no coincidence that just about every country in the European Union is getting poorer while Germany continues to get richer and richer.
"We may think we won the Second World War. But we lost. It is no surprise that we are all living in the Fourth Reich.
"Knowingly or not those who support and defend the European Union are supporting the Nazi legacy."
Under a chapter heading 'The EU was inspired an designed by Nazis', the authors claim: "Hitler was the man who gave bones to the dreams first expressed by Charlemagne and Napoleon but the finishing touches to the EU as we know it were put in place during World War II by a man called Walther Funk, who was President of the Reichsbank and a director of the Bank for International Settlements.
"It was Funk who predicted the coming of European economic unity. Funk was also Adolf Hitler's economics minister and his key economics advisor."
It continues: "The Nazis wanted to get rid of the clutter of small nations which made up Europe and their plan was quite simple. The EU was Hitler's dream."
The book argues it is no coincidence that the EU is so close to Hitler's plan for post-war Europe.
According to the authors: "In 1945, Hitler's Masterplan was captured by the Allies. The Plan included details of his scheme to create an economic integration of Europe and to found a European Union on a federal basis.
"The Nazi plan for a federal Europe was based on Lenin's belief that 'federation is a transitional form towards complete union of all nations'.
"It is impossible to find a difference between Hitler's plan for a new United States of Europe, dominated by Germany, and the European Union we have today."

The book also claims Conservative Prime Minister Ted Heath - "a self-confessed liar and a traitor" - was paid £35,000 to take Britain into the European Economic Community in 1973 and Nazi Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels would be proud of the BBC's support of the EU.
The final part of the book lists "73 things you ought to know about the EU (Facts the BBC forgot to tell you)".
In amongst concerns about immigration and the Common Agricultural Policy, the authors argue "The EU is making DIY illegal", "EU law forces pig owners to apply for walking licences" and "The EU wants to control the music you listen to".
It also claims: "The EU has forced us to use light bulbs which are more dangerous and more expensive than the old ones.
"The first problem with the new EU light-bulbs is that the light produced by them is so poor that people have difficulty seeing where they are going - let alone being able to see well enough to read or work."

According to the book, European Commission vice-president Viviane Reding crystallised "Hitler's dream, Hitler's words" earlier this year when she "called for a 'true political union' and a campaign for the European Union to become a 'United States of Europe'."
A Liberal Democrat spokesperson said: “People have been peddling outlandish myths about the EU for decades and this book is an example of that. Some of the suggestions made are completely ludicrous. Winston Churchill called for a “United States of Europe” and I doubt the author would call him a Nazi.
“The Liberal Democrats want Britain to stay in the EU because we are fighting for a stronger economy – fighting to defend millions of British jobs which are linked to our trade with the EU.
"Being in Europe gives us more strength when negotiating trade deals with global players on the world stage.”
It is not the first time the EU has been described as a German plot to take over Europe.

EU must become a United States of Europe by 2025, says Angela Merkel's planned coalition partner Martin Schulz
Social democrat leader says countries that do not adopt new treaty should be kicked out of EU

The leader of Germany’s main centre-left party has said he wants to establish a United States of Europe by 2025.
Martin Schulz, a former European Parliament president, said a convention should be set up to create a new constitution for Europe and that any country that did not adopt it should automatically be kicked out of the EU.
His comments come as he seeks permission of his SPD party to enter coalition talks with Angela Merkel, who has been unable to form a government without his support following elections in September.
“I want a new constitutional treaty to establish the United States of Europe. A Europe that is no threat to its member states, but a beneficial addition,” he said.
“A convention shall draft this treaty in close cooperation with the civil society and the people. Its results will then be submitted to all member states. Any state that won’t ratify this treaty will automatically leave the EU.”
Mr Schulz was speaking at the SPD’s convention in Berlin, where delegates will vote on whether to start coalition talks.
The party leader, who took the SPD to its worst performance at a German election in its recent history, had previously ruled out doing a deal with Ms Merkel and said the party needed to return to opposition to rejuvenate.
But months of talks between Ms Merkel’s CDU, the liberal FDP, and the Greens collapsed after the FDP pulled out of talks. If the SPD does not join a coalition then the most likely outcome will be new elections.

Mr Schulz also used the speech to take a swipe at Ms Merkel’s former austerity-loving finance minister, adding that “The EU cannot afford another four years of German policy towards Europe à la Wolfgang Schäuble”.
The plan for a United States of Europe outlined by Mr Schulz included the creation of a eurozone finance minister to coordinate spending across the bloc, as well as a European-wide framework for setting minimum wages to stop the undercutting of salaries.
Addressing the SPD’s poor election result, Mr Schulz said his party “didn’t manage to answer the question what social democracy stands for in the 21st century”. He said many voters saw the SPD as “part of the establishment”. The party was previously part of a grand coalition with the CDU.
The SPD won 20.5 per cent in the 2017 elections, down from 25.7 per cent four years earlier. It trailed in second place behind Ms Merkel’s CDU/CSU, which won a combined 33 per cent of the vote.
If the SPD enters government with the CDU it will leave the far-right AfD party, which won 12.6 per cent of the vote, as the largest opposition pary. The FDP won 10.7 per cent, the Left party 9.2 per cent, and the Greens 8.9 per cent.

In the cd “The Nazis and Fascists who founded the European Union”…Rodney Atkinson tells the detailed story of an unmentionable truth — that:
“The EU was founded and initially led by ‘former’ Nazis and Fascists, as was the Charlemagne Prize awarded to Tony Blair, Edward Heath, Roy Jenkins and others for their role in removing democratic sovereignty from the nation states of Europe.” No wonder, says Atkinson, that the EU has today reproduced the policies and structures of 1940s Europe and shows all the characteristics of a totalitarian anti democratic corporatist Empire — for that is what its fascist founders intended.
In this speech — delivered at a public meeting held at The House of Commons on Tuesday 26th February 2008 — Atkinson describes in detail the backgrounds of those Nazis and Fascists who were so prominent in founding and supporting that “European Union” which now governs Britain — he describes how, among many others:
Walter Hallstein, a “Nazi Leadership Officer” who promoted Nazism in Universities and the Law became the First President of the European Commission in 1957.
Paul Henri Spaak openly rejected the democracies in favour of the fascist powers and warned the Allies not to attack Germany through Belgium. He became a Founding Father of the European Union.
Walter Funk was a Minister under Goebbels at the Nazi Propaganda Ministry and as [the] Reich’s Economics Minister was responsible for dispossessing Jews of their property. He wrote the economic blueprint for a united Europe adopted by the European Union. He was employed in the Lower Saxony Education Ministry from 1957 to 1960.
Hans Josef Globke drafted the Nuremburg Race Laws and then became Director of the German Chancellor’s Office from 1953 to 1963 when the European Economic Community was created.
Lady Diana Mosley, the Hitler-admiring wife of [Oswald] Mosley (a supporter of the European Union and leader of the British Union of Fascists) expressed her admiration for the European Union in a BBC interview shortly before her death.
No wonder, says Atkinson, that “The EU has promoted the ethnic cleansing of 1m people in the Balkans, mainly Serbs, Jews and gypsies, from Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo which all provided Waffen SS divisions for the Nazis in the 1940s.”
“Either what those political elements wanted in the 1940s was reasonable, in which case we should not have fought the Second World War to prevent their “integrated Europe,” or they were extremely dangerous people and we must reject the European Union which they helped to create and which [has] their ideological stamp today.”
Atkinson also describes a number of post war political figures…who have framed modern Europe and whose suspect political beliefs made inevitable the grave crisis facing democrats and freedom-loving peoples in Europe today.

There has been a coup against the people of Britain and those nation-states of Europe which were liberated from Fascism in 1945 and from Communism in 1989. This has been a coup against the sovereignty of the voters, the very definition of democracy. Those who sought to destroy democratic sovereignty knew they could not succeed if they were open about their intentions. And they could not succeed if they attempted their coup within one democratic system. They therefore acted behind the democratic system and across national borders. They established in the European Union a bureaucratic corporatist state so monolithic that most can be intimidated into silence by the very size of the project, and emasculated by the necessary remoteness of the powers involved.
The plans for this essentially fascist process were laid and carried out by, among others, many leading Nazis and Fascists after the second world war, and realized in the European Union today. The fact that many naïve constructors of today’s Europe had good intentions does not mitigate the fact that they have summoned up the hated regimes of the fascist past and created structures built on the ashes of democratic nationhood, all of which coincides with the plans of the very Euroepan fascists they thought they were expunging.
Now that their hitherto secret aim of turning the democratic nation-states of Europe into a gigantic corporatist empire is imminent, the new dictators have grown bold. Now they can act as if the voters do not exist, for they know the voters have no power. Although the European Constitution was thrown out comprehensively by the people of France and the Netherlands, it has been reintroduced in the form of the so-called Lisbon Treaty, and EU governments have been intimidated into avoiding referenda of their peoples. Having blocked such referenda, the European Commission had the unmitigated gall to launch a new initiative under the heading “Debate Europe: Giving Citizens a Voice.” Ninety-five percent of the member states of the European Union denied their peoples the right to vote on the massive loss of democratic rights in the Lisbon Treaty. No wonder that according to Eurobarometer tests of public opinion, only 50% of the people of the European Union now support the European Union at all. Even more disgracefully, the Irish may have changed their minds on Lisbon because they were frightened by the collapse of their economy. How ironic, because that collapse was due to German financial exploitation of their banks and because Irish membership of the Euro prevented them from controlling their own exchange rate and interest rates in a recession. The Lisbon Treaty establishes a new legal country to which EU member states are subservient. It makes future constitutional change possible even without consulting them. It removes the EU’s founding principle of free and undistorted trade. It both bans and then reintroduces the death penalty for riots and upheavals, permits the restrictions of rights and freedoms to serve the interests of the European Union, and allows EU armed forces to enter any country. The Irish, destroyed by the Euro and under intolerable pressure, voted yes to all that. The European Union now knows that all they have to do to finish off the constitutions of EU member states is to finish off their economies first. And frightened voters will then kowtow.
The European Union is based on the Nazi plans of 1941, published as they were in Berlin in 1942. The EU was founded by, among others, leading Nazis and Fascists, as was the Charlemagne Prize, awarded to Tony Blair, Edward Heath, Roy Jenkins and others for their role in removing democratic sovereignty from the nation-states of Europe. As in the 1940s, we’ve witnessed today the breakup of Yugoslavia, and Czechoslovakia and the re-creation of the petty states of Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Albanian Kosovo. These states were all Nazi allies during the 1940s and each provided Germany with a full Waffen SS division.
Europe’s post-war leaders have repeated virtually word for word the beliefs of the leaders of Fascism in the 1930s an 1940s. For a comprehensive demonstration of the parallels, see my books Fascist Europe Rising and Europe’s Full Circle. The European Union has promoted and funded the ethnic cleansing of a million Europeans in the Balkans, mostly Serbs, Jews and gypsies. From Croatia, Kosovo and Bosnia, realizing the ambitions of fascist organizations in those countries. It is of course the European Union, embraced by both Labor, liberal democrat and conservative parties alike, which has resurrected Croatia, a country with the most blatant fascist traditions in Europe, whose football supporters today form swastikas on the terraces and whose leading pop star calls himself Thompson, after a machine gun used against the Serbs, and whose supporters give Nazi salutes. Croatia was of course guilty of the greatest ethnic cleansing in Europe for decades, when they drove some 300,000 Serbs out of their historic homeland in the Krajina in 1995. The links between Croatian fascists and German Nazis in the modern day is well documented. I quote here from a book Fuhrer-Ex, written by Ingo Hasselbach, a former German neo-Nazi who was intimately involved with German Nazis and Croatian fascists as Croatia fought to break up Yugoslavia throughout the 1990s. In this they have an indirect support of the German Army and the German government, who of course were President Tudjman’s principal backers and the first to recognize the illegally created state of Croatia in 1991. Hasselbach writes:
The then government in Croatia under President Franjo Tudjman was reviving the tradition of the Ustashi and in many other ways honoring the former fascists. Units of the Croatian Army were flying swastika flags and many more were flying the old Croatian fascist symbol. Croatia had become the first European government since World War II to openly embrace these symbols. All of the West German neo-Nazis saw it as a powerful opportunity, but Nero Reisz, the barking anti-Semite from Hesse, was particularly pleased. The problem for him was that there weren’t enough Jews being killed, but Serbs would do.
There are today 27 former nation-states of Europe who have no constitution, no elected government, and citizens who can be arrested and passed from country to country without prima facie evidence of any crime or recourse to the traditional protections of jury trial or habeas corpus. How has this happened and who is responsible?
You only really know a political institution by the kind of people who support it. By that measure alone, the fascist origins of the European Union are difficult to deny. I set out here the names of the prominent Nazis and Fascists of the 1930s and 1940s who then became prominent political leaders of European countries and of the European Union itself, where they helped to construct the European state which rules us today.
Walter Hallstein. Hallstein was State Secretary for Foreign Affairs under Eisenhower. He established the Hallstein Doctrine which denied diplomatic recognition to those states which recognized East Germany. He had been a member of many leading Nazi organizations, the most significant of which were the National Socialist University Lecturers Association…where he qualified as a Nazi leadership officer, enabling him to join the army as an officer in 1942. And he was also a member of the National Socialist League for Protection of the Law…Such organizations were not like being a mere member of the Nazi Party. They were central cadres of Nazi rule, to which only the most committed would have been admitted. The French president General De Gaulle summed up Hallstein in the following words: “If Dr. Hallstein is a convinced European, it is because he is first and foremost an ambitious German.”
His ambition during the Nazi period was evident from his intimate involvement in the preservation of Nazi doctrine in universities and the promotion of Nazism in German law.

Paul Henri Spaak. Spaak joined the Belgian national government as foreign minister in 1936 and with Henri de Man developed the Belgian National Socialist Party. One of his notable acts was to refuse assistance to the legal Spanish Republican government then locked in civil war with Franco’s Fascists. In 1938, Spaak said, “Some people wish to lead us into a policy of solidarity with the democracies against the Fascist states. I refuse to stick to such a policy. He concluded, “If Great Britain and France want to help Czechoslovakia by invading Germany through Belgium, they will be treated as invaders.” In fact, as the memoirs of Sir Alexander Cadogan, the pre-war British cabinet minister, note, that is exactly how the British forces seeking to defend Belgium against the invading Nazis were treated.
Paul Henri Spaak became one of the EU’s founding fathers and secretary general of NATO.
Walter Funk. Funk joined the Nazi Party in 1931 and promptly became not only Hitler’s personal economic adviser, he was also Reich press chief and minister under Goebbels of the Propaganda Ministry. And finally, he became the Reich’s economics minister in 1938. He was the principal liaison man between the Nazi Party and the large industrialist group from whom he obtained financial and political support on Hitler’s behalf. On the 3rd of December 1938 Funk again advanced the policy of economic extermination by signing a decree which provided that owners of Jewish enterprises could be ordered to sell or liquidate their enterprises. Jews could be ordered to sell and were prohibited from acquiring any real estate. Jews were forced to deposit all stocks, mining shares, bonds and other securities with specially designated banks, and accounts had to be marked “Jewish.”
Funk was convicted at the Nuremberg trials. And on his release in 1957 he was employed by the Lower Saxony Education Ministry, where he helped to propagate the new European economic community to German schools and universities. Although Funk died in 1960, his blueprint for the European economic community, drawn up in Berlin in 1941, is virtually indistinguishable from the structure of today’s European Union.
Hans Josef Globke. By now you’ll have gathered that most of the Nazi functionaries continued in public life, either as officials or as politicians. Dr. [Konrad] Adenauer, Germany’s post-war chancellor, appointed a man called Globke as his state secretary, that is director of the Chancellor’s Office in Bonn. Globke was the man who had drafted the Nuremberg race laws. It was on Globke’s advice that Adenauer made his senior appointments. Globke helped to formulate the emergency legislation that gave Hitler unlimited dictatorial powers in 1933. He had also written a law commentary on the new Reich Citizenship Law, the Nuremberg race laws which revoked the citizenship of German Jews.
After the war, Globke became director of the Federal Chancellery of West Germany, between 1953 and 1963, and as such was one of the closest aides to Federal Chancellor Konrad Adenauer during the plans for and foundation of the European Union. Globke’s key position as a national security adviser to Adenauer and his involvement in anti-Communist activities in post-war West Germany made both the West German government and CIA officials wary of exposing his Nazi past. This led for instance to the withholding of Adolf Eichmann’s alias from the Israeli government and Nazi hunters in the late 1950s, and CIA pressure in 1960 on Life Magazine to delete references to Globke from its recently obtained Eichmann memoirs.
Alcide De Gasperi. The then journalist De Gasperi belonged to that Catholic world of the early days of the Mussolini Regime in Italy with which the Vatican collaborated and maintained close contact. On the day Mussolini came to power, truckloads of nuns paraded through the streets of Rome giving the Fascist salute, which indicates the attitude of the Vatican in which De Gasperi worked in the 1930s. He was librarian in the Vatican as it became the first state to recognize the Nazi regime and sign its notorious 1934 Concordat with Hitler’s Germany.
Even during the Nazi occupation, De Gasperi was involved in intrigues against parts of the Resistance in order to break up left-wing Catholicism and Communist partisans. In 1943 as the war turned against the Fascist powers, De Gasperi tried to reinvent himself by founding the Italian Christian Democrat Party. After becoming Italian president in December 1945, De Gasperi pleaded for an end to the criminal prosecution of Mussolini’s Fasicst supporters. In 1952 he was awarded the Nazi-founded Charlemagne Prize, the principal prize for those constructing the European Union.
Lady Diana Mosley. Like several aristocratic families and like so many politicians of all parties during the 1930s, the Lady Mosley was charmed by Fascism. Like Lloyd George, she admired Hitler. Like the liberal Lord Lothian or the socialist Arnold Toynbee she would certainly have joined a Nazi-based government of Britain. Like Labor’s Lord Allen of Hurtwood, she would have argued for a little more African colonies for the German Reich. And like conservative Sir Samuel Hoare, she would have tried to get rid of Churchill in order to prevent war. Her husband, Sir Oswald Mosley, founded a Fascist newspaper called The European. Lady Diana Mosley in an interview with the BBC shortly before her death poured scorn on British Euro-skeptics and gave total support to the European Union. Strange that the BBC should so recently interview a lifelong Fascist. But perhaps not, when we consider that the BBC kept Churchill off the air for 28 months, between 1937 and 1939.
Alfred Toepfer, the founder of the Alfred Toepfer Foundation. Toepfer’s business interests in the 1940s provided slake lime for the mass graves in the Lodz Ghetto and was involved in the industrial exploitation of occupied France. In the final days of the war, Heinrich Himmler and other leading Nazis gathered at Toepfer’s estate, Kalkhorst, a Nazi Reich leadership school. Foreign collaborators with the Nazis were trained to take over governorships of the German Reich in the conquered Euro states. The founder himself, Toepfer gave race lectures at Kalkhorst. After the war Toepfer supported financially Thies Christopherson, the author of the book The Auschwitz Lie, which denied the extermination of the Jews. The Toepfer Foundation has since the war demanded further compensation for their lost Nazi land in the east. The former Nazi possessions comprise several hundred hectares and are the subject of dispositions made by the 1945 Potsdam Agreement. The Toepfer Foundation today has claimed the protection of the European Human Rights Convention. The foundation is today a highly influential political movement. The notorious foundation belongs to an influential group of German ethno-organizations and enjoys direct contact with the German government. Former Minister of State in the German chancellery Christina Weiss, social democrat, worked under the auspices of the Toepfer Foundation.
Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. Originally the German Prince Tualiper Bisterford. Prince Bernhard, who was the co-founder of the Bilderberg Group and one of the original promoters of the European Union had also been an SS intelligence officer before the war. He had been attached to the Nazi conglomerate I.G. Farben, which promoted Nazi interests around the world and spied for the German state. I.G. Farben was so dangerous that it was broken up by the Allies after the war. Although many of its successor parts like the ASF are particularly active in promoting the European Union today.
This information about Bernhard and the company he worked for was confirmed by evidence of Max Ilgner, the former head of I.G. Farben, at his trial in Nuremberg. Despite continuous denials after the war that he had ever been a Nazi Party member, Bernhard was revealed in 1995 thanks to details released from U.S. archives and published in the Netherlands to have been a member of the Nazi Party, from an early date, along with no fewer than 11 members of his family. A copy of his resignation letter is in the national archives in Washington, DC. The letter ended ‘Heil Hitler.’ Hardly a renunciation of Nazism.
According to many, including British academic Dr. Richard Aldrich, Prince Bernhard’s Bilderberg Group was far more important than the European movement in creating the European Union.
George McGhee, later ambassador to Germany, and who in fact had been my father’s tutor at Oxford in the 1930s confirmed that the Treaty of Rome which brought the European Community into being was nurtured at Bilderberg meetings. There was an interesting British press cover-up in 2002 when The Daily Telegraph printed an obituary of Prince Claus of the Netherlands on the 8th of October. Mention was made of his father-in-law, Prince Bernhard, having steered clear of the Nazis in the 1930s. I wrote an obituary letter pointing out Prince Bernhard’s longstanding membership in the Nazi Party, his role as an SS intelligence officer attached to I.G. Farben etc etc. The editor referred me to the letters editor but she refused to publish the letter. After detailed correspondence with Charles Moore of The Daily Telegraph, the paper still refused to publish the facts, i.e. to correct their complete falsehood about Prince Bernhard. The Times, The Daily Mail and The Evening Standard refused to cover the story.
Kurt Georg Kiesinger. Kiesinger was an early member of the Nazi Party, and as early as 1934 became a member of the Sturmabteilung [SA — storm troopers]. In April 1940 he joined the German Foreign Office and became the head of the department responsible for the Nazis’ radio propaganda, not a function left to anyone other than a convinced Nazi. He was responsible for propaganda in the occupied territories, promoting the German military and political forces in France, Belgium and Greece, where he broadcast via the Nazi Radio Patrice, encouraging chaos, murder and sabotage by the population against the Greek state.
Despite his consistent representation of the Nazi totalitarian state, after the war in 1945, and with the support of two Nazi colleagues in the German Foreign Office, he was able to take up his career again. The German Foreign Office was notorious under Adenauer as having hundreds of ‘former’ Nazis long after the war.
In 1966 Kurt Georg Kiesinger, as leader of the German Christian Democrat Party, became chancellor of Germany.
Theodor Heuss. Heuss was a former designer of concentration camps and supplier of slave labor to the B2 project, as Tom Bowie in his book “Blind Eye to Murder,” testifies.
Heuss voted for Hitler’s infamous Enabling Act in 1933, which gave the Nazis the power to override both houses of Parliament, the source of Hitler’s absolute power. Heuss became federal president of Germany in 1949. He was therefore intimately involved in the creation of the European Union.
The Federal Union of European Ethnic Groups [FUEV]. The FUEV is an anti-Semitic, Nazi-supported, German-dominated promoter of ethnic regional politics. And that very regional principle now being embraced in Britain by the Labor government.
Both the Welsh nationalists and the Cornish separatists are associated with the FUEV. One ethnic group is excluded. As an early statement of the FUEV’s principles established, Jews are excluded from ethnic rights enjoyed by other nations. Today that organization is active throughout Europe and in particular among German minorities in Germany’s neighboring countries: Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, etc. The FUEV pursues the goal of a Federal Europe of the Regions, which means in their own words the end of the unitary and centralized nation-state, but not of course the end of the centralized European superstate.
Since the 1950s when Hans Joseph Graf Matuschka of the European Union of Germany, as it then was, succeeded in linking the FUEV to the German Foreign Office, the organization has had the financial support of the German government. It is involved in the European Union’s Committee of the Regions and the European Council’s Congress of Communities of Regions and since 1995 it is represented in the UN itself.
It is no mitigation of the above to say that most of those individuals are long gone, for the institutions they helped to found are not only active today, but the constitutional structures they created now govern most of Europe. They do so indeed by virtue of European treaties which refer consistently in truly fascist style to their “irrevocable and irreversible” provisions.
The Charlemagne Prize. The prize was originally founded by the Nazis, but was then re-founded in 1949 by the efforts of the Aachen textile merchant Kurt Pfeiffer. Pfeiffer, who had previously been a member of the Nazi Party and of five other Nazi organizations, maintained that he had always tended to be a fundamental believer in Europe. And the Charlemagne Prize Society was to be associated with the imperial idea Reichsidee of the Emperor Charlemagne. The post-war image of Charlemagne as unifier of the Christian west was preceded by his Nazi portrayal as a unifier of the German tribes. Charlemagne had been compared with Hitler, his Reich and Greater Germany. This is clearly exemplified by the career of the Aachen professor of philosophy Peter Mennicken, who took over the professorship previously occupied by an expelled Jew, and who after the war had authorized influence over the symbolism of the Charlemagne Prize and the liturgy of its award ceremonies.
Mennicken had joined the SA, the storm troopers, in 1933 and the Nazi Party in 1937. He used his lectureship at Technical High School of Aachen in the service of expansion as ‘western research,’ and worked for two so-called “societies for international understanding,” which were informal offshoots of the Nazi Propaganda Ministry used for German propaganda in the Netherlands and Belgium.
It is therefore not surprising, considering those who were involved in the foundation of the European Union, that its top prize the Charlemagne Prize should have had such well authenticated Nazi roots.
But now let us consider some post-war European British and American figures who were influential in establishing the now powerful European Union and its rule over 27 nation-states of Europe.
George Kennan. Kennan, who died in 2005, was possibly the leading post-war U.S. foreign affairs expert and an authority on Russia. Left-wing super-nationalist with excessive sympathy for authoritarian regimes in Germany, Spain and Italy, and a critical influence on U.S. foreign policy of the 1950s. Kennan was a regular attendee at the Bilderberg Group, which nurtured the creation of the European Union. Kennan found Nazi Germany so palatable that he studied in Heidelberg in the 1930s, and stayed even until the early 1940s when he was interned at Bad Nauheim. There he even lectured, obviously with the approval of the Nazis. German magazine Der Spiegel reported on the 5th of December 1951 that lecturing there he had claimed that Germany’s defeat would extinguish the 2000-year-old history of European civilization. He attacked the Allies for not enforcing a greater circumspection on the Nazi regime and caused it to proceed more slowly with the actualization of its timetable. After the war, Kennan was particularly influential in stopping the de-Nazification program initiated in 1945. A recent biographer chronicles Kennan’s baffling appreciation of Europe’s dictatorships — Mussolini’s in Italy, Dollfuss’s in Austria, and Salazer’s in Portugal. Kennan believed that their kind of authoritarian government was a healthy and welcome alternative to inefficient parliamentary democracy.
Kennan [suggested] in the 1950s that the U.S. change its longstanding hostility to Franco’s fascist regime in Spain in order to secure U.S. influence in the Mediterranean. Kennan thought the First World War had not been worth fighting. He said in an interview with the New York Review of Books in 1999: I would like to see our government gradually withdraw from its public advocacy of democracy and human rights.
Giuliano Amato was a former prime minister of Italy and became vice chairman of the European Union’s Constitutional Convention, which drew up the the European constitution, which of course was thoroughly rejected by the French and the Dutch referenda, but has been reintroduced in the so-called Lisbon Treaty.
In the Italian newspaper La Stampa of 13th of July 2000, Amato wrote, “Sovereignty lost on a national level does not pass to any new individual. It is entrusted to a faceless entity, and those in command can neither be identified nor elected. As a matter of fact, the metamorphosis is already here. All we need are a few corrections here and there along with a great deal of cunning. Their place will be taken by a multitude of authorities, each of which will be at the head of different interests.” This of course is a classic element of fascism. And he continues: “Different interests that possess ambiguous levels of power, by moving the power we are used to, will disappear.” In other words, the democratic power we are used to will disappear. Indeed, as we all know, it has disappeared.
Amato continued in his La Stampa article: “In Europe one needs to act as if. As if what was wanted was little, in order to obtain much. As if states were to remain sovereign, you can convince them to concede sovereignty. The commission in Brussels, for example, should act AS IF it were a technical instrument in order to be able to be treated as a government, and so on by disguise and subterfuge.” What a very good summary that is of the fascist process behind the substance of the European Union.
Now let’s look at Kenneth Clarke, the former Conservative Home Secretary and Chancellor of the Exchequer. It was Kenneth Clarke who as a young student in the Cambridge University Conservative Association invited Oswald Mosley, the leader of the British Union of Fascists to speak. And the young Michael Howard, who became leader of the Conservative Party, resigned from the association in protest. Many political and corporate beliefs unite a Euro-fanatic anti-democrat like Kenneth Clarke and the former leader of the British Union of fascists Oswald Mosley, so perhaps the invitation was not surprising. Mosley had said, “At a moment of supreme crisis the will to [unite] a nation can arise everywhere from the soil of Europe like a primeval fire. First must come the idea.” There is little difference between that which Oswald Mosley as an individual and the 1962 fascist National Party of Europe set out. An idea which Kenneth Clarke, a so-called conservative of today, believes and which European treaties since 1957 have achieved. That explains why Clarke voted recently to prevent the British people having a vote on the Lisbon constitutional treaty. Although I note that he was chairman of the Conservative Party’s Democracy Task Force. To say that the European Union’s combination of modern corporatism and historic fascism may sound extraordinary, but I have laid out substantial evidence for this in my two books Europe’s Full Circle and Fascist Europe Rising, and I will provide more evidence in my forthcoming book Into the Fire. So finally you might like to guess which of these quotations of European leaders stem from the fascist 1930s and 40s and which from the heyday of the European Union’s construction in the 1980s and 90s:
“Might is right in politics and war.”
“Genocide is a natural phenomenon; it is recommended, even commanded by the Almighty.”
“Many Jews survive today thanks to the circumstance that they were forced laborers. Germans are tired of philo-Semitic overcompensation in the media and sterile grief rituals by politicians.”
“The Jews should consider whether they would have behaved heroically if they had not been victims of persecution.”
“Germany should now, as it has become peaceful and reasonable, get all that Europe and the whole world has refused in two gigantic wars, a sort of smooth hegemony over Europe.”
Well in fact ALL the above quotes are from European leaders of the 1980s and 1990s. They were, in the following order: Helmut Kohl, Chancellor of Germany; Franjo Tudjman, president of Croatia; Lutz Niethammer, adviser to German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder; Klaus Von Dohnanya, former mayor of Hamburg; and finally Joschka Fischer, former German Foreign Secretary. No wonder, as Newsweek noted on the 6th of June 1997, that German troops who marched into [Croatia] after the breakup of Yugoslavia, were greeted with cries of “Sieg Heil!” And no wonder the Kosovo Albanians said as NATO troops marched in that they were pleased to see the fascist armies. And they meant it in complimentary fashion.
We live in very dangerous times. But let us be in no doubt what has happened to the United Kingdom as it surrendered to the rule of those who have for centuries sought our destruction. Nothing has happened which our Parliament and our governments did not freely do to themselves, albeit behind the backs of the true sovereigns, the voters. And if our MPs and government wish to survive, there is no power on earth which can stop them restoring the sovereignty of a free British people. But so long as they refuse to do so, they are and will be seen to be guilty of the enslavement of Britain by those very imperialist and fascist European powers which 50 million deaths and two world wars apparently failed to defeat.

An additional excerpt from the German former neo-Nazi Ingo Hasselbach’s book Fuehrer-Ex, with an introduction by Atkinson:
We quote here from a book “Fuehrer-Ex” written by Ingo Hasselbach, a former German Neo Nazi who was intimately involved in the co-operation between French and German Nazis in their aid of Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War and between German Nazis and Croatian Fascists as Croatia fought to break up Yugoslavia throughout the 1990s. In the latter endeavour they had the indirect support of the German Army and the German Government (who of course were President Tudjman’s principal backers).
This kind of co-operation proves even more conclusively what this website has already exposed — that “German Europe” has broken up both Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia into precisely the same petty nationalist and religiously extreme statelets which 1940s Nazism and Fascism created in those countries. That process has had the same results — murder, ethnic cleansing and the persecution of Serbs, gypsies and Jews. And the putting on trial, not of the supporters of Fascism and Nazism but their opponents, as we witnessed in the trial of Milosevic in The Hague “Court”.
As regards modern Nazi involvement in the Gulf War there are long standing German links with Ottoman Islam (Turkey was a German ally in the First World War and Germany set up an officers’ training school in Baghdad. Hitler received the Grand Mufti in Berlin as an anti-Semitic ally). Baathism which underlay Saddam’s dictatorship in Iraq and Assad’s in Syria was created by a French educated Iraqi who admired both Hitler and Stalin!
Needless to say these are the kind of people who naturally gravitated to supporting Croatia, Bosnia and Albanian Kosovo, just as their predecessors did in Germany, Austria and the Vatican in the 1940s — and against whom the Serbs and their much maligned leader Milosevic struggled from 1990 to the present day. That the values of Nazi and Fascist Europe of the 1940s are well represented in the EU of today is made even clearer in the Balkans. Indeed throughout Europe we see resistance to the Euro-State hegemony from precisely the same countries who resisted Nazism in the past - Yugoslavs, Czechs, Norwegians, Danes, British, Poles and Swiss. On the other hand we see the most avid supporters of the modern “European Project” as the most convinced Nazis of the past - Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovakia - or Fascism - Spain and Italy. Let us see how a modern day Nazi (now reformed!) saw these recent developments:
…As international preparations for the war progressed that fall, many neo-Nazis saw it as their great chance to get involved in a fight against Israel. Michael Kuhnen and Michel Faci, the French Fascist, founded an “Anti-Zionist Legion” of German neo-Nazis to fight in the Gulf on the Iraqi side. IN THE SPRING of 1991, the civil war in Croatia began. The Movement saw it as the perfect chance to give those who wanted it real experience killing people. Moreover, there was a historical tie: during World War II Nazi Germany had played an active role in Yugoslav ethnic politics; the Nazis had supported a puppet dictatorship in Croatia, the Ustashe, that had built concentration camps in which mostly Serbs but also Jews [and gypsies] were killed.

A system was set up whereby potential recruits for Croatia were first trained in paramilitary camps in Germany, then passed on to middlemen who were responsible for arranging their transport, clothing, and food on the way to the front.
The way it worked was first through a word-of-mouth network. We had to be careful about doing any advertising because hiring mercenaries was strictly illegal in the Federal Republic. It was simply known in the scene that you could go to Croatia, if fighting was your trip, and that in Berlin I was one of the contacts. The other main contact people in Berlin were Arnulf Priem and Oliver Schweigert. Once we’d checked out recruits to make sure they weren’t spies, we took them to a paramilitary camp to get tested and trained. We were mainly interested in whether they were physically fit to go down there. Mental fitness didn’t interest us much.
I knew one guy from the GDR [German Democratic Republic — East Germany] who’d been loosely involved in the Movement for about a year and then went down to Croatia…In a documentary some television team made at the front, he was interviewed and he talked about how many Serbs he’d killed and how much he’d learned about weapons. Less than a year later, he was killed himself.
But the more sane and careful ones came back after a few months or a year with valuable training in weapons and explosives. They’d of course also learned what it was like to kill people. Many stayed down there, living in the hills, constantly involved in skirmishes no one ever heard about, and are only now coming back into Germany and Austria and forming the basis of the most militant and dangerous neo-Nazi cells.
The effort to organize young German neo-Nazis and send them to Croatia to fight and kill for the Ustashe — as the SS had once done — was organized largely by the Movement representatives in Hesse, Bavaria, and, for logistical reasons, as it was directly on the border with Yugoslavia — Austria. The main man in charge in Germany was Nero Reisz. He organized transport and took care that everyone got uniforms and weapons. Then Michel Faci and his right-hand man, Nikolas, organized most of the Croatian neo-Nazi units, training both young Croatians and Germans who’d come down for the ride.
Faci trained Croatians as young as ten years old (NOTE that both Muslim and Croat armies did this — which explains why “men and boys” died around Srebrenica in the normal course of battle, not necessarily as the result of a “massacre” out of which the fascist powers made and continue to make so much anti-Serb propaganda - Atkinson) to kill “Communists” while teaching them the basics of Nazism. With his childish antics, he is good at making murder seem like a game.
The neo-Nazis mostly fought independently from other units, as a legionnaire corps. But they received arms and ammunition, even tanks, from the Croatians (who were in turn funded by the German State - Atkinson)…(in one form or another the Bosnian Muslim, Croatian fascist and Kosovo Albanians recreated the systems, and often the names, of the Nazi Waffen SS divisions which fought the Serbs… - Atkinson) They kept track of how many Serbs they killed and tried to collect per body pay from the Croatians, but they actually got hardly anything, apart from invaluable experience.
I NEVER WENT down there. Personally, I wouldn’t have gone to Croatia for anything in the world. I saw no reason to risk my neck for another nation. I was only interested in the potential of getting battle-hardened recruits back from the front. The actual fight in Yugoslavia didn’t interest me.
So I organized paramilitary camps and helped provide training and tested the recruits with the help of a few sympathetic people from the Bundeswehr. There was a lot of physical training-jogging, crawling, scaling. Recruits learned how to use firearms and how to dismantle, clean, and reassemble them. There was explosives training and practice in throwing grenades and using bazookas. We modelled our course on Bundeswehr training exercises and what we could piece together about the old Waffen SS training with the help of training manuals and the memories of our retired SS supporters.
But the basic source for our training was the West German Federal Army…

It’s reported that more than a million recorded people reached Europe through irregular means in 2015 alone. French government officials and Turkish authorities are also reported to have been caught red handed selling life boats and equipment to refugees in Turkey. And there is another deeply flawed double standard in the argument for enforced unlimited immigration and multiculturalism. A great deal of the world’s non-European populations are mono cultural/mono racial. Why aren’t self proclaimed progressives insisting that these countries should be forced to accept open door immigration, to become more multicultural and more ethnically diverse? Why aren’t they demanding that China, Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia and African countries become unquestioning multi cultural and multi racial societies? Why is it that, at the present time, it’s only the indigenous European nations that should unequivocally accept enforced unlimited immigration and multiculturalism?
Many will protest to rightly defend Tibet and Palestine from displacement and colonisation because the liberal progressive media has told them that this is acceptable to do. But the same people won’t defend the same rights held by European nations. Here the inconsistency and hypocrisy of enforced immigration and multiculturalism is exposed.
But it’s exactly this kind of flawed logic that the western so called liberal progressive elite seem to revel in – the promotion of sovereignty in the west as being an inherently racist concept. This is nonsense. Racism is defined as persecution or demeaning of other races based on the idea of racial superiority. But if the left / right terminology has to be used for the sake of explaining then so be it. His father was an Austrian diplomat named Heinrich von Coudenhove-Kalergi (with connections to the Byzantine family of the Kallergis) and his mother the Japanese Mitsu Aoyama. Kalergi, thanks to his close contacts with all European aristocrats and politicians, due to the relationships of his nobleman-diplomat father, and by moving behind the scenes, away from the glare of publicity, he managed to attract the most important heads of state to his plan , making them supporters and collaborators for the “project of European integration”.

The graphite was hardly dry on the Brexit ballots when TVP Info, a Polish broadcaster, leaked a 9-page document drawn up by the German and French foreign ministers calling for an EU superstate, complete with an EU army, integrated border controls and common taxation. The German foreign minister discussed the plans — which are being described as “an ultimatum” — with his counterparts in the Visegrad Group of countries (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia) this week.
The document, bearing the Orwellian title of “A strong Europe in a world of uncertainties,” lays out the exact tyrannical plans that the EU’s critics have been warning about for years. After identifying key areas of uncertainty and concern affecting Europe — from spreading [false flag] terrorism to [manipulated] cultural tensions to [engineered] economic hardships — the document proposes three new areas for expanded EU cooperation:
A European Security Compact, including an expansion of internal “security” through a strengthened Europol, and expansion of external “security” in areas like North Africa and the Middle East through coordination with the African Union, G5 and other globalist counterparts.
A Common European asylum and migration policy, including the expansion of FRONTEX with permanent, dedicated EU-supplied staff, and the creation of a European Asylum Agency tasked with standardizing the registration of asylum seekers and hosting joint EU-controlled databases.
A Completed Economic and Monetary Union, including “convergence between member states” in strategic sectors of the economy, the development of a European Monetary Fund presided over by EU parliament, and continued moves toward “common taxation.”
Even more stunningly, the paper actually proposes a standing EU-directed military chain of command, up to and including standing European armed forces:
“The EU will need to take action more often in order to manage crises that directly affect its own security. We therefore need stronger and more flexible crisis prevention and crisis management capabilities. The EU should be able to plan and conduct civil and military operations more effectively, with the support of a permanent civil-military chain of command. The EU should be able to rely on employable high-readiness forces and provide common financing for its operations. Within the framework of the EU, member states willing to establish permanent structured cooperation in the field of defence or to push ahead to launch operations should be able to do so in a flexible manner. If needed, EU member states should consider establishing standing maritime forces or acquiring EU-owned capabilities in other key areas.”
Of course absolutely none of this will come as news to my long-time readers. I laid out in these very pages how last December’s proposal for a European Border and Coast Guard was the first step to the EU superstate. And I also told you how last November’s Paris false flag paved the way for EU President Juncker to call for an EU standing army. And I’ve been warning over and over for years now that the crisis in the Eurozone was going to be used as a way for the banksters to fail forward by claiming that the ECB needs even more powers to wreck Europe’s economy. So none of these proposals are that shocking individually.
What is shocking is to see them stacked together like this in a single document penned by Jean-Marc Ayrault and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the foreign ministers of France and Germany. It is also shocking that they would be presented as a type of ultimatum to the Visegrad Group, especially since “the EU” (which even the New York Times can now admit means Berlin, not Brussels) has chided these countries quite openly in recent months. Germany and its sidekick France (politely referred to as “the EU”) cannot expect that this attempt at strong-arming will go down well with countries that have openly bucked and brayed at the EU yoke thus far. Which can only mean that they don’t expect it to.
You see, the 3D chess players of the New World Order are smashing the chessboard right now. This is the only way for them to achieve their goals in the long run. But in order to do this, they have to let their mask slip. The EU is acting like the would-be empire that it is.
This leads us to one of only two conclusions:
-The globalists are dumb enough to believe that they can consolidate their power now and achieve the EU superstate.
-They are deliberately setting the EU up for the inevitable populist backlash and chaos.
The hot potato of immigration – a perfectly reasonable debate for citizens of any country to have but one that many from all political persuasions are often unable to have without resorting to hysteria and polarisation.
Natural and sustainable immigration happens organically. Economic immigrants, whether legal or not, can’t be blamed or demonised for looking for a better quality of life. And genuine asylum seekers who escape war zones and civil wars created by any aggressor including western/Nato countries should expect our sympathy and help and be given refuge in the nearest safe country or countries as set out in international law.
But it isn’t that simple. Sadly there are political leaders and planners who seek to create and use mass immigration and the forced movement of people for their own nefarious purposes. Not many people have heard of the The Kalergi Pan European plan for Europe. In the 1920s, Free Mason Count Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi wrote a book titled “Praktischer Idealismus,” (Practical Idealism) which set out his views on how he believed the abolition of the right of self-determination and the elimination of European nations should be accomplished with the formation of an European Union.

After publishing the book, Kalergi received help from Baron Louis de Rothschild who put him in touch with one of his friends, banker Max Warburg. Warburg then supported Kalergi with considerable funds to help form his European movement. The main problem lays with the fact that what Kalergi called for was not only the destruction of European nation states but also the deliberate ethnocide of the indigenous, mostly Caucasian race of the European continent. This he proposed should be done through enforced mass migration to create an undifferentiated homogeneous mass of serfs to be dominated by a wealthy self electing elite.

This, Kalergi stated, should be a plan run for and by the racial and spiritual supremacy of ‘blood aristocracy and Jewry’. These are all his crude racialist words, not mine. People should be free to mix and settle with a partner from whatever race or ethnicity they choose. But what Kalergi and the Pan European plan specifically calls out for is the deliberate use of enforced and disproportionate mass immigration, especially from non-European countries, in order to bring in a Pan European single state dictatorship and destroy the indigenous pink/white nationalities, and therefore resistance, of Europe.

The Rothschilds are said to have been funding both sides of wars and other major world events and revolutions since the bloody French revolution, profiting from such events whatever the results. It was to Lord Rothschild that Arthur James Balfour promised the whole of Palestine in his infamous Balfour declaration letter of November 2nd 1917, not to any nation or peoples. It’s also very important to note that the cabal working behind the internationalist bankers have been at it for a very long time indeed. Numerous historians and writers state that this evil conspiracy goes back to the dawn of mankind. In his excellent book ‘Pawns in the Game‘, author William Carr describes how a small group of ‘false priests and money lenders’ have been at it since before Biblical times trying to create a new world order and to gain full control over its inhabitants. He describes them interchangeably as Illuminati, Pharisees and of the Synagogue of Satan. Carr adds that blaming the Jewish and/or Semitic people as a whole is of little use as the small group of extremist false priests he mentions cared little for any one nation, people or race and, contrarily, “intended to use the hate engendered amongst the Jewish people as the result of persecution, to serve their vile purposes, and further their secret totalitarian ambitions.” – something World Zionist Organisation figurehead Theodor Herzl also propogated in his extremist ramblings in the 19th century and which others continue to do in the same vein in the present time.

It might be an idea for our rarely heard of MEP’s to start asking EU Parliament supporters of the Charlemagne Prize why it is that they give such a prestigious prize every year in honour of such a racist supremacist genocidal maniac as Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi.

It’s reported that more than a million recorded people reached Europe through irregular means in 2015 alone. According to Frans Timmerman, Vice-President of the European Commission, it’s estimated that around 60% of those coming in to Europe from the Middle East and Africa are economic migrants using asylum-seeker status as a cover. Even this 60% figure seems to be a conservative estimate from looking at other various reports.
It’s long puzzled many how so many poverty stricken refugees escaping from war-torn countries can afford to pay the 10,000 or so Euros needed to cross the Mediterranean into Europe. Austrian intelligence officials have revealed that US government agencies are paying for the transport of a great deal of these migrants in to Europe. French government officials and Turkish authorities are also reported to have been caught red handed selling life boats and equipment to refugees in Turkey. Many will protest to rightly defend Tibet and Palestine from displacement and colonisation because the liberal progressive media has told them that this is acceptable to do. But it’s exactly this kind of flawed logic that the western so called liberal progressive elite seem to revel in – the promotion of sovereignty in the west as being an inherently racist concept. This is nonsense. Racism is defined as persecution or demeaning of other races based on the idea of racial superiority. But if the left / right terminology has to be used for the sake of explaining then so be it. To paraphrase a commentator on the Craig Murray blog; whilst economic issues have definitely lurched sharply rightwards in recent years, social issues have moved sharply to the left. Remoaner Twitter lost it again yesterday, after Brexit Party MEPs turned their backs in the European Parliament as musicians performed Ode to Joy, the EU’s not-quite-national anthem, to mark the beginning of the new parliamentary session. Some prominent Remainers were literally crying, decrying the BP’s protest as an affront to Western civilisation itself. Others were busy making demented Nazi comparisons.
But so far we’ve heard nothing from these staunch defenders of EU ‘democracy’ about the behind-closed-doors appointment of the EU’s top jobs. After weeks of wrangling, the European Council appointed new EU leaders yesterday. Belgian PM Charles Michel will be president of the European Council. Ursula von der Leyen, of Germany’s CDU, has been put forward to be president of the European Commission, subject to parliamentary approval. And the International Monetary Fund’s Christine Lagarde looks set to take the reins of the European Central Bank.
These people, who most European citizens will never have heard of, let alone voted for, are set to take up offices of incredible power at the nod of EU leaders, with no proper, direct mechanism for voters in EU countries to dismiss them or hold them to account. This is what EU ‘democracy’ looks like, and it ain’t pretty. This process of appointments and recommendations, made behind closed doors, is deeply undemocratic, and the appointees and candidates themselves are almost provocatively out-of-touch.
A busted flush in German domestic politics, Ursula von der Leyen is following in her late father’s footsteps – he was a high-ranking European civil servant. In 2011 she backed a ‘United States of Europe along the lines of federal states like Switzerland, Germany or the US’ – something most Germans don’t even want – and last year she voiced support for a European army. Charles Michel, who resigned as Belgian PM in December after losing a no-confidence vote, is set to become another second-generation Eurocrat – his father is a former EU Commissioner.
But the choice of Lagarde is easily the most galling. For an institution that has a reputation for corruption and cronyism, you’d have thought the EU would have had more sense than to pick her. The head of the International Monetary Fund was found guilty by a French court in 2016 of negligence for approving a massive payout of taxpayers’ money to a controversial French businessman. She avoided jail and kept her job, and it clearly hasn’t stopped her getting even more work.

As chair of the IMF since 2011, Lagarde was also one of the chief punishers of the Greek working class during the debt crisis. She publicly backed punishing austerity measures being enforced on Greece by the IMF and the EU in exchange for bailouts. My hypothesis:
- The reconstitution of the Roman Empire is more a Habsburg vector than a Vatican one per se

For the majority of Europeans, World War I meant the beginning of the end of the European civilization. The minority, however, drew the conclusion that Europe’s capacity to react to war depended on its ability to overcome the aggressive nationalisms that had dragged our continent to the catastrophe and to adopt the ideal of a united and peaceful Europe as a common project.
In 1923, the Austrian Count Coudenhove Kalergi founded the Pan-European Movement. In 1926, he managed to bring together diverse political figures in the First Pan-European Congress, held in Vienna.

The Paneuropean movement passed through its golden age in the second half of the 20s, the Concord Years, during which were signed the Locarno Treaty and the Pact Briand-Kellog.
In 1929, Aristide Briand, French Prime Minister, gave a speech, which was later to become celebrated, before the Assembly of the League of Nations at which he formulated the idea of a federation of European nations based on solidarity and on the pursuit of economic prosperity and political and social cooperation. The speech was greatly welcomed by the German government. Many economists, among them John Maynard Keynes, applauded Briand's view.
"I believe that a sort of federal bond should exist between the nations geographically gathered as Europe countries; these nations should, at any moment, have the possibility of establishing contact, of discussing their interests, of adopting common resolutions, of creating amongst themselves a bond of solidarity that allows them, on suitable occasions, to face up to serious circumstances, in case they arise. (...) Evidently, the association will take place mainly in the economic domain: this is the most pressing question..."

The League of Nations asked Briand to present a memorandum with a detailed project. The French politician submitted a Memorandum on the organisation of a system of European Federal Union in 1930. It was too late. The economic depression had begun to sweep away the ideas of solidarity and cooperation in international relations. People who went on advocating the European union, such as the French politician Edouard Herriot who published The United States of Europe in 1931, were a minority.
Adolf Hitler's rise to the post of German chancellery in 1933 involved the definitive end of the European harmony and the rebirth of the monster of nationalism in its worst form. Europe and, with her, the world were heading for a new catastrophe.

A meeting to consider the creation of a European Community of Defence is held in Paris. Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Germany attend the meeting alongside six observer countries - the United States, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
The Treaty of Paris, establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), is signed.

The United Kingdom re-applies to join the Community, followed by Ireland, and Denmark. General de Gaulle is still reluctant to accept British accession.
1972
Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom sign the treaties of accession to the European Communities.
A referendum is held in Norway on the country joining the European Communities. The majority is unfavourable to accession.

At a meeting of the European Council in Rome, ministers decide to establish a European Parliament elected by universal suffrage.
