Could 9/11 be linked to Russia?

ive been thinking about this for a while

almost 13 months before 9/11

the kursk sank there was possible new evidence russia found on the kursk when russia raised the kursk at a torpedo hitting it

america also had a number of subs in the area around that time

if u think about the time line

kusrk sunk

takes around a year to raise then they find out its been hit by torpedo

month later 9/11

some more facts ive heard of

at the time russia raised its alert to almost max
a month or so after the kursk there was debt relief by usa( maybe a pay off)
china was there looking at the new torpedos

the us record of friendly fire it was probably the usual american accident
and yes they probably did pay the russians off looking to avoid an incident

but russia has absolutely NOTHING to do with 911

911 was American, Israeli, Pakistani, Saudi Arabian, Kuwaiti.
