Dear friends,


The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela wishes to inform
you that a special envoy sent by the Venezuelan National Assembly will
be in London on 15 October 2007, to explain the contents of the
Constitutional Reform currently being discussed by the Assembly.
Consequently, it has been decided to cancel the event programmed for 4
October and defer it to 15 October 2007 so as to allow the
participation of the Venezuelan Members of Parliament who will be in
London on such occasion.


We cordially invite you for the discussion of the Project of the
