There is no special police licence to injure or kill. If they injure or kill, the police need to rely on the same law as the rest of us. It is no defence in law that the killing was authorised by a superior officer. A superior officer who authorises an unlawful killing is an accomplice.......

I tried to get a copy of this '7/7/07' special of Global Outlook, but found no London bookshop which stocked it (Bookmarks the socialist bookshop once did). The British library doesn't stock it, and could find no london library which kept them. Its a wonderful mag when you can get it! Also notice how the articles here included (from TG's list are all dated to around August 2005 which seems rather peculiar.

Just for the record, I tried to find a copy of Michel Chossudowsky's, 'America’s ‘War on Terrorism’ 2005 2nd Ed. (Last chapter includes an analysis of July 7th) and likewise the British library didn't stock it nor could they find any library which did. So this Canadian stuff is quite hard to get.
