I'm not the biggest fan of AJ, as anyone who has read some of my other posts regarding him can attest to, but I usually give his films a go anyway.
Endgame, really, didn't strike me as anything special. It seems to go over a lot of information that's already out there, and engages in no small amount of speculation... flashy graphics do not an argument make.
Overall, an ok film, and I can appreciate that AJ has toned down his approach somewhat.
Although, and I have to say this, the bit with him standing outside the governor's mansion and yelling through the bullhorn struck me as nothing more than Ooh, Look At What A Revolutionary(tm) I Am. What exactly was accomplished by that, beyond grandstanding for the video's audience and waking that guy up? _________________ "What about a dance club that only let in deaf people? Quite silly wasn't it.
Another bit where he's clearly losing it is when he brings up Plato as something like the father of totalitarianism.
Suffice it to say you wouldn't want to be a ruler in Plato's ideal state. _________________ Summary of 9/11 scepticism: http://tinyurl.com/27ngaw6 and www.911summary.com
