Crikey - I'd be proper cringing if people had a recording of me sounding like such an arse and stuck it on the net. Killtown has my genuine sympathy.

The same reason Joe Nobody sticks his face into the frame with any minor celeb? It confirms their existence, especially if it can be Youtubed for their mates.
It was good to hear Killtown sounds just as whiny and loathsome on tape as he comes across in print.
Especially loved the witness with the wildly swinging over-faked background illustrating that the original footage was real.
Nice touch.
I think that was a BSFred clip - are these boys confused or what?

There is one thing I am wondering:
If we assume cameras behave in the strangely inflexible manner described and that the 'anomalies' reported are anomalies, why then would 'the perps' (just who is responsible for that daft phrase?!) choose to insert whirling backgrounds and (as previously asserted) moving bridges and big platters for the wtc?
Perp HQ:
"This witness is looking pretty good but, I dunno, it lacks something..."
"Ok, get this - we make the CGI backdrop spin around! It'll look great!"
"Oh yeah!"
"And - hear me out here - we'll heighten the drama by putting the wtc complex on a giant revolving platter! With moving bridges! Way cool!"
"Hang on a sec - my planes are white, but yours look dark"
"So? white planes are dumb. I'm doing dark evil looking ones"
etc.

Everybody - perp tech or not - wants to be a pop video director these days.
About 20 years too late, but, well, you can see how popular it is in the research community. I often think that's their main reason for doing it.
I had to admire genghis' Bergmanesque disregard for convention by just having an ordinary radio playing in the background drowning everything out though.
That was truly ... er... experimental.

dear genghis, although from what I've seen of your - cough - "research" you seem to be a nu metal fan, i heard an awesome mix by the plump djs over the weekend that would be perfect for your next video. could you maybe do a slo-mo of the CNN shot showing the plane's approach and beat-match the music and video frames? that'd be, like, rilly cool....
btw - have you looked up "perspective" in the dictionary yet?
