Another shocking news story,
The US government is telling all universities that they will lose federal funding if they allow P2P filesharing and downloading by students.
To enforce this they will be required to pay for subscriptions to Napster or Itunes for EVERY student.
Or else lose all their funding.

This is not a joke. Really shocking
