No, not at all - he is referring to how difficult is is to pull off these manouvers - he doesn't say it's impossible - he says he knows he couldn't do it, so he knows a hijacker with no experiennce of flying commercial aircraft couln't do it.

If the plane was under remote control however...

is it easier for a remote control plane to perform such manouvers?
if so, why are not all planes operated by remote control?
