I would like to request the following information in relation to the attacks of September 11, 2001
1. Information relating to the recovered debris and identification of debris of American Airlines Flight 11
2. Information relating to the recovered debris and identification of debris of United Airlines Flight 175
3. Information relating to the recovered debris and identification of debris of American Airlines Flight 77
4. Information relating to the recovered debris and identification of debris of United Airlines Flight 93 |
Received this reply in the post this morning:
FBI wrote: | The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure pursuant to Title 5, United States Code, Section 552, subsection (b)(7)(A). For an explanation of this exemption see enclosed Form OPCA-16a. Please note if this file is reviewed under FOIPA in the future, additional exemptions may be applied at that time. |
Note: No form OPCA-16a was included.
Which, unsurprisingly is exactly the same response that Ed Haas got when he enquired about the Fatty Bin Laden confession video.
