J-N-V were quite prominent at yesterday's march plugging this forth coming book by Milan Rai

I have only just started reading my copy, but from the introduction it is clear that the book assumes the guilt of the 4 'bombers', whilst studiously avoiding any detailed discussion or analysis of the events of the day in any meaningful way. Hugely disappointing given the narrative hasn't even been released. Its central premis is that the 'bombers' were radicalised by the Iraq War and it is in order to 'expose' this connection that the public requires a further inquiry. It smacks of limited hang out. Attempting to set the limits of any inquiry or campaign for an inquiry without asking truly awkward questions. Rachel cements her position as a prominent survivor's voice by penning a paragraph and featuring in the publicity blurb.
I will have more to post on full reading, but I wanted to flag this up. I suggest we need to attend the book tour and challenge Mr Rai and J-N-V's understanding of the basic evidence especially at the launch at Friends House on April 12 |

Hi Ian,
Yes ordered "Islam and the Iraq War" by the same author the other day from Amazon, and I will be interested to see what his opinions are on that too. Should be here any day now.
Thanks for the info on his latest book,
Peace,
Sonic. |

Yes
We should be at the Friends House meeting on April 12th and also at other meetings of the book tour around the country. Where can we get a list of details of those meetings?
