Assembling on the steps of Liverpool's Catholic Cathedral at 17:30 on the 31st March. Going down to the Philharmonic, a venue which has seen fit to entertain Ms Rice during her visit.
http://www.stopwar.org.uk/new/events/regional/nw.htm
I'm going to be handing out Loose Change 2 at the event. If there are any other people who are going, and would like to help me hand stuff out, please PM me for my details.
This would also be a good opportunity for anyone interested in the 9/11 truth movement in Liverpool to congregate and get to know others in the same situation, so a post-march visit to a pub might well be in order. |

An opportunity for 911 Truth activists to make a public stand and be seen and heard! Blackburn on Saturday looks favourite! This presents a tremendous opportunity for a breakthrough in the mainstream media!
Lets get organised and lets roll:- the banners, the megaphones, the T shirts, the regalia, the books.
Thanks to Justin who has sent the following on the network:-
http://www.stopwar.org.uk/new/events/regional/nw.htm
I suggest that we keep well away from the StW movement because IMO that movement has been infiltrated and controlled from the top!
Power to the people, lets show Gonzoleeza Rice and the world that truth matters and that we care!
Peace & truth

Hi Sinkey,
Several of the Cumbria and Blackpool group are up for Blackburn. Kenny M (Glasgow 911 Truth) intends to head south again and there appears to be interest brewing up from South of Watford gap!!!!!
These events could create a record gathering of 911 campaigners. What a pleasant thought!
The banners- Xmasdale (Noel) has sent an e mail message and he/the London group appear to have these.
There appears to be an info discrepancy on the Stop the war website.
On the front page it states Blackburn as Saturday 1st April but on the link to the NW statement its states:-
Quote: | Condoleezza Rice visits the North West as guest of Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, who intends to take her on a tour of Blackburn and Liverpool next Thursday and Friday (30 and 31 March). |
Can anyone clarify.
Liverpool appears to be definitely Friday 31/3/ but is Blackburn Thursday 30/3/ or Saturday, April fools day?.
There was a feature of the visit tonight on BBC Look North and it showed
Blackburn Rovers FC ground as well as the Phil and the regenerated Docks in Liverpool.
I'm just thinking what they showed on TV, it could be Saturday if Rovers are playing at home (can anyone verify?). Maybe Jack is planning on treating Condo to watch his beloved Rovers, if that is the case then if you got inside the ground you would have a 100 minute opportunity to face Condo, and it might even feature on Match of the Day!
We could create some sort of football chant asking her to arrange to release the video evidence of what happened at the Pentagon on 911!
We could also create an Argentinian ticker tape welcome without our £20 911 deception notes.
Look forward to meeting you guys and gals. Lets give Condosleeza a message to take back to George.
Peace & may the force of 911 truth be with you _________________ Pikey

It appears that she will visit Blackburn on the Saturday. From herel
She will visit Liverpool and Blackburn on Friday and Saturday with British Foreign Secretary Jack Straw, a Foreign Office spokesman said on condition of anonymity, according to government policy.
In Liverpool, Rice and Straw will tour the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA)_ based at McCartney's old school _ and see the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
In Blackburn, they are due to visit "a school and major industrial site." Both diplomats are scheduled to speak on foreign policy at the town's Ewood Park soccer ground, home of the Blackburn Rovers.
The site http://www.condiwatch.co.uk/ has some info.
The Liverpool Philharmonic (Hall/Orchestra)is apparently struggling to find someone willing to host the event in honour of the lying warmonger, Condoleeza Rice on Friday evening. Liverpool poet Roger McGough has pulled out of the concert.
Local protests have been taking place, with members of the North West TUC voted against the visit, Merseyside Stop the War Coalition were protesting around Liverpool city centre and outside the Philharmonic Hall wearing Guanatamo Bay-style orange jumpsuits, and T-shirts reading: "No Scouse for Rice" and "Leave the Iraqi People Alone (LIPA)", a reference to the planned visit to Sir Paul McCartney's fame school.
Let's show this warmongerer that she is not welcome in the great city of Liverpool. |

I was at a STW meeting last night in the Gladstone Hotel, Liverpool regarding planned protests at the visit of the Whoar on Terror to Liverpool & Blackburn.
What is known is as follows (bearing in mind that there may be contradictory info put out for ‘security’ purposes).
She is flying into Liverpool Airport today (Thursday 30the March)
She is staying at the Hope Street Hotel (above the London Carriage Works Restaurant) in Hope Street, (about 70 metres from the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall), on THURSDAY & FRIDAY night 30th-31st March.
She will be attending the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts (LIPA) at 1pm on Friday 31st March at 1.00pm & then a concert at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall commencing around 7.30-8.00pm on the Friday.
At the STW meeting it was stated that there will be press present from Japan, USA & that ITN will be sending a film crew to televise the event.
The Merseyside STW coalition are mobilising with lots of T-shirts, orange Guantanamo style boiler suits/hoods etc available.
We need to have a 911 truth presence - I will be present distributing 911 leaflets (& hopefully DVD’s).
I think this protest is going to be a big one……..
Further info sourced from the www:

The demo was a well attended success. At the peak there must have been over 2500 people there.
A good humoured noisy demonstration definately made clear that Condi Rice was not welcome in the city of Liverpool.
Accompanying music & public speakers from the broad coalition of Stop The War, Respect, Muslim Association of GB & a local Lib Dem Councillor kept the crowd united & cheering against the unwelcome visit of The whoar of terror. A 1 minute silence was held for the dead of the Iraq war & then red ballons were released & the march commenced along Hope Street led by a symbolic coffin held aloft by Guantanamo style orange suited protestors.
A samba band played loud drums & whistles outside the concert hall, so those inside knew that there was a protest presence outside.
If I'm not mistaken (it was difficult to see, as we were kept accross the street from the Philharmonic hall entrance) Rice did not enter or leave by the front door.
Catching the 10 o'clock news tonight - the story made the national reports & more details were on the regional North West bulletins. I took some but I still haven't got the facility to upload here.
Forum member Pap & I & some other handed out 100 911 Truth DVD's & hundreds of leaflets - the DVD's went really quickly - we could have distributed over 500 easily! (Get these burners working for Saturday)
Condi rice is back in Liverpool tomorrow afternoon visiting the Maritime Museum at the Albert Dock. There will be more protest there.
The 50 DVD's arrived from Kenny today, so there will be more distributed tomorrow.
People were receptive to the 911 info distributed - It would have been good to have walked under a 911 Banner though, to draw more attention to the cause.
Let's hope that the 911 tuth will spread from this demo & the Blacburn one tomorrow (Saturday). |

Glinty-eyed serial mass-murdering whore Condi and her blood-drenched gigolo Straw were seen waving and smiling at phantoms outside Blackburn Town Hall, Saturday, unless it was at the police marksmen perched on roofs
Because the only other members of the public present were extremely loud and extremely hostile
As well they should be

Thanx to Pen from the Westmorland & Lonsdale (Cumbria) group who has asked me to paste her report of the protesting at Liverpool:-
Quote: | Report on Friday march 31st. 2006 Demonstration in Liverpool.
As I had never been to Liverpool before, I booked a cheap day return on the train and travelled in the morning in order to do a bit of sight seeing. I was not disappointed as there was so much to interest a soul such as me who enjoys art, architecture, economic history and the like.
Also, I found it very rewarding to hunt the 'Illuminati influence' and it was everywhere, as the evidence of wealth and opulence was heavy with the feeling that huge amounts of money which flooded into the port years ago, was often tainted with human suffering and poverty.
Cursing rather, as my bag laden with '9/11 campaigning publicity goodies' was full and bulging and very heavy, I managed to do a whirlwind tour of a couple of art galleries, museums and a trip on the ferry with Gerry and the Pacemakers belting out their unforgettable song in their scouse accents, which immediately evoked feelings of being back in the 60's. Ahhh .... nostalgia time!!
With an eye on the time, I made my way to the Anglican Cathedral and was pleased when David Boyle phoned to say that he was on the way with a similar bulging bag of deception notes to hand out. He knew the Bishop of Liverpool and managed to talk the guide into unlocking the chapter house which contained a wealth of Masonic symbolism and a dedication message carved in stone, as the money donated by the Masons was used for the construction of the room together with its fine stained glass windows.
Glancing at the table which displayed publicity brought in by any old Tom Dick or Harry, my eyes immediately picked up the following leaflet and I was surprised and very pleased. This shows that the cathedral is broad minded and open to all events which carry a message of peace, even though they are controversial to some people.
The leaflet read :-
DIOCESE OF LIVERPOOL
AN EVENING PRESENTATION
NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH
9/11
AND UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
Venue: Southport College
Date : 7.30 p.m. - 9. 30 p.m.
Leader:
Reverend Dr. Rod Garner
Diocesan Theological consultant
Visiting Lecturer :
Daniel Garner M.A.
Since the tragic events in New York on September 11th. 2001, it seems clear that the official accounts of the worst terrorist attack in America's history leave many unanswered questions. Key facts remain unexplained, statements at the highest level have been shown to be confused or contradictory and the recent 9/11 Commission Report running to 567 pages, manages to obscure rather than unearth the truth.
The attack has lead to wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, enormous loss of life, significant restrictions to civil liberties in the United States and a growing unease on the part of some commentators concerning the plausibility of the explanations provided by the Bush administration. All of this matters, particularly in view of the religious requirement to seek the truth - 'and the truth shall set you free,' (John Ch. 8 vv32.)
The presentation will draw on the recent work of David Ray Griffin, Professor of Philosophy and Religion at the Claremont School of Theology, California, as well as examining other recent publications and developments.
Professor Griggin is the author of 'The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions and distortions (2005).
The presentation will be given by Daniel Garner who holds degrees from the University of Lancaster and is currently engaged in PhD research studies at the University of Manchester.
Location: Conference Room
1st. Floor, Southport College.
Fee £4 (£3 unwaged/retired.) including refreshments and papers.

I plan to phone this guy and see where he is coming from etc. Do network this info. as it looks to be a real breakthrough - especially as the leaflets were displayed in one of the biggest Anglican cathedrals in the country..
Off we had to go as time pressed and we made our way towards the rallying point of the R.C. Cathedral passing by the Beatles Fame School, where there were masses of police who had cordoned off a large area.
Now, we were able to exercise our campaigning skills to the full and the bag of £20 deception notes definitely took a bashing, much to the delight of university students, security guards, Jo and Jane Public etc. etc. Together with the Bristol Group's leaflet illustrating the £4,000 cash prize competition and the new 9/11 UK leaflet, every outstretched hand was filled to overflowing and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the giggles and laughs from really delighted folk. Great stuff!!
We were on a roll now and David even persuaded a police chappy to take a deception note, although the rest of the 'mob' were po-faced and didn't react. (Perhaps one of the horses would take one and toss it up to their robust, arrogant rider??) More about the horses later on in the story....
Rounding one corner of the cordoned off, day-glow jacketed protected area, we came upon a core of protesters who were shouting and waving placards. Having so enjoyed the warm up, David and I entered into the spirit and successfully gave out masses of publicity. We were so engrossed that we didn't notice how close the contingent of police horses, complete with riot protection for their noble heads, were being ridden towards us. We were with a number of other people who were protesting non-violently, yet volubly and Condi Rice was spied coming out of the Fame School.
Instead of the police asking us to move somewhere else, they simply rode their large horses straight at us and many of the horses began to shy and jump around, as it is against their nature to do what they were being asked - no matter how they have been trained. This was downright dangerous and this is where David and I became separated as I jumped up on some railings, which is the one thing the police didn't want me to do - although I was only securing a safe position for myself. (Are they thick or what??)
Unbeknown to me, David was telling the superintendent off in no uncertain terms as he was watching the situation unfold and realised just what the police were up to!! (If you have time David, do post your version of the spectacle...)
I just managed to dodge safely the flying hooves and huge heavily muscled bodies of the horses and their irresponsible riders and then deliberately took my time to stroll along the road the police were trying to clear, handing out publicity to as many people as I could. (That was one in the eye for the 'terrorists.')
Condi Rice, her entourage and 'poodle' Strawman could not help but receive the messages that the protesters were shouting, as yells such as "Murderer!" and 'War Criminal!" were rending the air......!!
I strode valiantly on towards the steps of the RC church and the arresting sounds of a large crowd as well as rallying speeches gathered volume, until the full view of the peace protestors came into view. They were thronged in a colourful array at the base of the steps and as I looked up, I could see the placard and banner waving crowd thickly adorning every step, as though they were waiting at the gates of heaven itself. Mind you the church building looked like a sophisticated space ship and I wouldn't have batted an eyelid if a little B. Connolly like creature hadn't waddled out of the door - looking for the Tardis!!
This is the point in the story where the positivist really takes a downward turn. As I handed out my 'goody' handful to a tall, young, bearded chap who was obviously supporting 'Stop the War Coalition,' he took what I was offering and his eyes lit up strangely as he demanded to know why I was offering him such publicity. When I told him, he became extremely angry and intimidating and I really was worried, as he obviously believed the Bin Laden story and nothing would shake him from it. I have no problem with that, but his attitude was very aggressive and he followed me around becoming more angry - until I fled up the steps two and three at a time and hid among the crowd, my heart thumping!!
This episode seems to back up what Justin and David (Shayler) have said about some of the core elements of the 'Coalition,' in that they do not want to shift their perspective from their belief of who the real terrorists are!!
I was extremely relieved when a gentle chap sporting a placard with words on it like - 'Love - not war,' touched my arm, as he had noticed the £20 deception notes. He introduced himself as Steven from Liverpool and thankfully we stuck together until I caught my train home.
I began to relax somewhat and within a very short time, we both met Paul - quite by chance - and he gave me some DVD's of 'Loose Change 2' which he had copied himself. He had put a printed note in the cover which reads :-
'Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq? Lie.
World a safer place? Lie.
No civil war in Iraq? Lie.
The US and UK governments are waging wars in our name.
9/11 started it all.
What makes you think they're telling the truth about 9/11?
Loose Change 2nd. Edition
Directed by Dylan Avery
liverpool911truth@googlemail.com
www.nineleven.co.uk
I tried to e-mail the address given here, but this computer put up a notice which said it wasn't a valid e-mail address!! If anyone has better luck, let me know.
Steve and I managed to join the march for a short way from the RC Church, but it stopped for an age and as we were at the back and couldn't see what was happening, I decided to leave to make a dash for Lime Street Station. (Paul had to go off to meet a friend.)
That's about it folks. It was an exciting and eventful day and I wish I could have stayed later, but the train journey took 2 and a half hours back to dear old Grange-Over-Sands.
I listened to half of the Dimbleby interview this morning with Condi and Strawman (who would have done a 'Big Brother Michael Meacher act,' I am sure and licked up milk from Condi's shoe if he had had half a chance....!
Jonathan asked some salient questions, but missed the whole key issue of who the terrorists are. |

It is very strange, this anger from the Stop the War people. I think about this a lot and can only surmise, ungenerously and unfairly I am sure, that they enjoy protesting so much that the last thing they really want is a radical shake-up that would result in an immediate end to the wars started after, and in response to, 911. |

Yes, I followed a small vocal STW follow up reclaiming the streets for the people demo following the dispersal of the main Blackburn demonstration, and these guys have a liberty-expressing energy which is quite likeable albeit many of them would espouse a gatekeeper like state of denial in their personal belief systems
However, I would suggest we need this informed kind of driven collective energy to take this system apart
You know, we need this resistance energised as well as well-informed to take this genocidal and oppressive society apart, brick by brick |

Pikey,
Thanks for posting Pen's report on the Liverpool Demo. I didn't bump into anyone other than Pap distributing any 911 stuff, but we then got split up by the sheer amount of people present. It's good to see that lots of material was distributed.
You asked when the Soutport Church was holding the meeting on 911 Truth. From a Google cached search here, the date of the Not The Whole Truth: 9/11 and Unanswered Questions talk is on
Tue 9 May at the holy Trinity Church, Hoghton Street, Southport.
I must say, it is encouraging that this talk is taking place here.
I may pop along on the night........... |

I posted above that the 911 talk in Southport on Tuesday 9th May is at the Holy Trinity Church.
The date is correct - I mistakenly gave the Church address - it is being held at Southport Collesge, details further up this thread. The contact phone number is incorrect - it read 01740 538560 - it SHOULD read 01704 538560.
I have made a calender entry here with all the correct details. |
