The rain has been predicted and from the few news reports Ive seen, it seems in some parts of the country the rain is causing a lot of serious damage and death.

According to this and other companies it has been common practice to seed clouds since the 1960s.

b Targetted certain areas of the country to practice certain evacuation drills and exercises.
c To add to emotional and economical instability.
Am i paranoid? Please let me know your thoughts on this? Thanks
