THE EVIDENCE IS NOW PRESENTED TO SCOTLAND YARD FOR IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION!
NOW THAT THE NEW INCREASE in the BBC Licence Fee has been approved by the Very Dodgy Dimwits of Westminster, it is now revealed that the BBC has been receiving tens of millions of pounds every year from the Sinister Dictators of Europe - without the knowledge of the British Public!
DEPUTY ASSISTANT POLICE COMMISSIONER John Yates, Director of Intelligence at Scotland Yard has been asked to investigate the BBC’s sources and applications of money, excluding the Licence Fee, and evidence linking the BBC to the European Dictators has been provided in support of the allegation that the BBC has ‘sold-out’ to Shady Politicians.
THUS FAR, THE INVESTIGATION into the Financial & Political Mischief that is clearly affecting the independence of the BBC has been conducted by Mr Ashley Mote, MEP, who is independent of all political parties and a keen supporter of British Independence from Europe. It is the records of Mr Mote that have now been delivered to Scotland Yard for Urgent Police Action at Senior Levels.

Never did I think that an internal examination was either 'antisocial' or 'social'.
And given credibility as kids read it on the BBC website. |

It is a kick in the teeth having to pay to be fed propaganda by the BBC. I listen to Radio One a lot and the pro war prop on there is almost constant, even from the most lightweight of presenters. The worrying thing is that it's slyly slid into apparently popularist items that have nothing to do with politics. This stuff is Bernaysian poison and if I could stop paying I would.
I'm interested in the law concerning Internet broadcast, as any television receiver makes you liable to pay th BBC propaganda fee, but what about computers. I'd gladly throw my telly out the window and watch stuff online to avoid doing my financial bit for the NWO evil scum. |

Watching stuff on line will require a TV licence. If you listen to any news program they always say, on on TV,on Radio, and online. So the BBC has got us always no matter how we get our info.
If you read the back of your TV licence, (About your licence) it states) What you need your licence for?
Equipment such as DVD recorders, Set Top Boxes,Computers, and Mobile phones.
The BBC are thieving scumbags, they need to start Advertising and Scrap this money scam. All you get are repeats, repeats, repeats. |

The licence is only required to receive TV broadcast signals, though their statement doesn't make that particularly clear.
If your computer has a TV card connected to an aerial, you need a licence. If it doesn't, you don't. Likewise a DVD recorder is usually built to record broadcast signals while a DVD player may well not. A digibox is designed to receive the signals and some phones too.
I gave up watching TV almost ten years ago and find when visiting friends and family that I'm actually averse to it's artificially enhanced sound and colour and constant edits every 5 seconds. It gets so incessant that I often have to leave the room or ask for it to be turned off.
Not that I don't have my favourite movies, series, shows and docs but watching them via DVD or download or Youtube where I can choose when to pay attention to them is my preferred way.

so a dvd player in a computer is legal with no licensee? i wind up watching the same movie over and over in computer
and i watch too much tv-usa is sick the rock music for car commercials all night with screaming guitars and drugs and warnings the drugs can cause a 4 hour erection so then see your doctor

I put my tv in storage while moving and haven't bothered taking it back out.... it's very liberating... i'm just waiting for someone to knock on the door so that i can smugly point out that i haven't got one...

2 of my good friends just moved to a new house and on moving in they made the effort to phone the TV licence office to inform them that they don't own a TV and hence will not need a licence.....
the upshot was a slightly aggressive letter informing them that they could expect a visit soon from an inspector who apparently has the right to come at any time and visually inspect their house for any illegally unlicensed TV sets.
Now aside from the blag they put out about being able to detect if you have a TV from the street outside your house,Which if true surly would rule out the necessity of an inspection,Is this threat legit? or are the boys in question within their rights to tell the TV man to go forth and multiply?

As far as I know they have no right to enter your home without your say so.
When I had one at my door I said no you can't come in and that was the end of it. I still get letters coming to the occupier as I'm not on the electoral register....It must be two years since I have paid the BBC a penny and still nothing has happened... Until the BBC are fair and balanced I will not pay. Nor should anyone. IMHO |
