There seems to be two processes going on concurrently.

On the one hand we have arrested pilots of Arab or Asian descent arrested and linked to 9/11 then released.

We also have citizens arrested and locked up.

Its always mostly muslims. Always in the news.

The war on terror is being played equally from both ends?
