Currently in America and the UK there are two high profile court cases going on where the defendants have been accused of taking part in the War of Terror. One is now fighting to save his life.

We KNOW that this War on Terror is BOGUS! But do the defendants' defence teams know this? Zacarias Moussaoui is clearly going to be the new Timothy McVeigh (Oklahoma bombing) or sacrificial lamb for the American people to purge them of 9/11 - how sick can this be. In this country we have a 'British terror cell' who were going to hit stations, pubs and nightclubs, according to a "supergrass" called Mohammed Babar. With what we know about 9/11, 7/7, Dr David Kelly and the intelligence services, we would have no trouble in convincing the jury that the conviction of these six men would be completely unsafe. So what are WE going to do about this?

The 9/11 Truth Movement is on a role - with what is happening in the States with Charlie Sheen etc., what is Alex Jones and others doing about alerting the defence team for poor old Zacarias? And likewise, what are we going to do to help the six on trial here.

We need to organise. I'm happy to help with this but do we have any legal people in our network that would be prepared to come forward to help and advise. Justice and Truth is what we are seeking - how can we operate as a successful and HONEST campaign whilst letting probably innocent people go down for something they either didn't do or were set up to do by the PTB who are the real ones with blood on their hands.

If we can influence the British trial and get to the jury with what we know, the impetus for 9/11 and 7/7 Truth would become huge overnight.

Can I suggest that we clear our decks for this one and get moving! Who's up for this?

Zacarias Moussaoui trial
The Zacarias Moussaoui trial is a sham. See this thread on the RI discussion board for comments & quotes from news articles, including the fact that Moussaoui is wearing a STUN BELT. See video here for details.....

From the news articles, reports of his behaviour are inconsistent & variable - it would appear that he is a MC (mindcontrol ala MK Ultra etc.) candidate.

As a result, Zacarias Moussaoui will testify to a version of the 9/11 plotline that sounds more like the Official story than even the official Whitewash Commission report does! He will then be executed. For serious researchers, the Case documents & trial transcripts in USA v. Zacarias Moussaoui are available here

British Trial of 7 al-Qaeda terror suspects
With respect to the British Trial, here is a copy of the Crown's opening statement in the trial at the Old bailey of the seven men:

OMAR KHYAM
ANTHONY GARCIA
NABEEL HUSSAIN
JAWAD AKBAR
WAHEED MAHMOOD
SHUJAH-UD-DIN MAHMOOD
SALAHUDDIN AMIN

who appaerntly had "most of the components" to launch a bomb campaign in the UK (including 600kg of ammonium nitrate fertiliser), and who are alleged to have plotted to bomb London between November 5, 2003 and March 31, 2004.
This statement was delivered on 21st & 22nd March 2006.

A key witness in the trial (it is reported) will be a supergrass who once supported the jihad holy war against Britain and the US". This was a reference to the Pakistan-born US citizen, Mohammed Babar, who has pleaded guilty in New York to various terrorism-related offences.

On 31st March 2006, press reports provided further details on Babar's history: in 2002 he had been involved in assassination attempts on General Musharraf in Pakistan. "Asked why he was not being prosecuted for his role in the plot to kill Pakistan's president he said he did not know. But Babar later admitted that as part of his plea agreement with the FBI he had been assured that he would not be prosecuted for any crimes related to his part in 'any conspiracy to assassinate a foreign official from early 2002 to January 2003'."

So Mohammed Babar (a Pakistan-born American who has pleaded guilty to charges in the United States) will be a witness for the prosecution. This 'Supergrass' will be the key witness - apparently he has been given immunity by the US from the charge of apparently attempting to kill a head of state of a US ally???.

Babar has also been linked to the old MI5 stomping ground of the Finsbury Park Mosque. From here

Profile: Mohammed Junaid BABAR

Babar, 31, is a naturalized American citizen originally from Pakistan. He pleaded guilty on June 2, 2004 in New York to five counts of conspiring to provide material support to terrorists.

Born in Pakistan and taken to the US when he was two, he lived in Queens, New York with his father, brother and sister. He studied pharmacy at university in New York and said he had planned to go on to medical school but dropped out after a year and worked instead as a security guard and car park attendant.

On September 11, Babar said his mother had been working in the first tower of the World Trade Center but escaped unharmed.

Babar left the United States, where he was brought up, less than two weeks after the September 11 attacks, aiming to join the fight against America in Afghanistan. He flew to London , where he met the British leader of Al-Muhajiroun and collected money for his trip to Afghanistan. In London, BABAR attended a protest outside the Pakistan High Commission and met Bakri Mohammed at his office.

Mohammed Babar admitted to reading lectures by terrorists Hamza, the former Imam of Finsbury Park mosque who was jailed earlier this year, and Bakri Mohammed on the Internet; he met personally with Bakri in Britain.

He said his strong political beliefs had hardened in the wake of the first Gulf war in 1991 and he had decided to join groups that shared his views, including Hizb-ut-Tahrir and Al-Muhajiroun.

Babar provided night-vision goggles, sleeping bags, waterproof socks, waterproof ponchos and money to a high-ranking al Qaeda official in South Waziristan, a Pakistani region near the Afghan border. Babar delivered the supplies personally in January and February 2004, although someone else transported the items in the summer of 2003.

BABAR also admitted to setting up a jihad training camp for those who wanted to go into Afghanistan and learn how to use weapons and explosive devices. He confessed to supplying people who attended the training camp with aluminum powder. He also admitted to attempting to purchase ammonium nitrate "with the knowledge that it was going to be used for a plot somewhere in the U.K."

PEOPLE, THIS IS HAPPENING UNDER OUR NOSES

What can we do??

Hi Justin

Do we know who the solicitors and/or barristers are for the six suspects on trial in the UK?

Regards

Annie

Hi Annie,

I shall be doing some trawling tonight but at the Islam, Terrorism and Human Rights Conference in Blackburn this Sunday (which I can now go to), Saghir Hussain, a civil rights lawyer, will be speaking. I think this will be a great opportunity to mobilise forces for these seven defendants.

How hard do you think it would be (how much money?) to pay someone like Mousaoui to be the fallguy. For a while it looked as though the prosecution had blown the chances of a death penalty, but even if he does get a sdeath sentence would the government NOT be able to fake his execution, or even just promise that they will and then execute anyway.

It seems to fit the facts from what I've seen. Noone would have to know other than whoever put him up to it and himself. The prosecution, the defense, the judge and jury all could be none-the-wiser.

Just my take. I'll have a look at the links when I have the time.

Yesterday, the BBC News website had this to say about the trial of the alleged seven British al-Qaeda operatives at the Old Bailey:

Quote:
Bomb plot witness is 'fantasist'

The key witness in the prosecution of seven men accused of planning multiple bomb attacks on the UK has been branded a "liar" and "fantasist" in court.

Mohammed Babar, 31, has told the Old Bailey that he plotted with the men to bomb bars, trains and shopping centres.

But Michel Massih QC, defending, told the witness he was a "well-schooled, well-rehearsed, well-trained liar".

The defendants, all from London and south-east England, deny conspiracy to cause explosions in 2003 and 2004.

Babar has pleaded guilty to terrorism-related offences in the US, and admits testifying in the Old Bailey trial in the hope of getting a reduced sentence.

Mr Massih told him: "You are a liar, nothing more than a conceited fantasist."

The lawyer also pointed out that Babar had not taken the oath on the Koran.

Immunity

"You, Mr Babar, are an accomplished liar, frightened of the flames of hell," said Mr Massih, who is representing one of the defendants, Waheed Mahmood.

Babar denied making up his claims. The Pakistan-born US citizen has immunity from prosecution in the UK.

Waheed Mahmood, 34, Jawad Akbar, 22, Omar Khyam, 24, and his brother Shujah Mahmood, 19, all of Crawley, West Sussex, each deny a charge of conspiracy to cause explosions between January 2003 and March 2004.

Denying the same charge are Salahuddin Amin, 31, from Luton, 23-year-old Anthony Garcia - also known as Rahman Adam - of Ilford, east London, and Nabeel Hussain, 20, of Horley, Surrey.

Mr Khyam, Mr Garcia and Mr Hussain each deny possessing ammonium nitrate fertiliser - a chemical that can be used in bomb-making.

Mr Khyam and Shujah Mahmood deny possessing aluminium powder, also used in bomb-making.

The trial continues.

As you can see, the Barrister defending one of the defendants is Mr Michel Massih QC, a member of Tooks Chambers. (http://www.tooks.co.uk/people/massih_m.htm)

Started by Michael Mansfield QC, this is what the Tooks Chambers have to say about themselves:

Quote:
Human Rights & Civil Liberties Tooks Chambers was founded to ensure access to justice for those failed by the justice system. For over 20 years members of chambers have been involved in leading human rights and civil liberties issues, challenging miscarriages of justice at home and abroad. Chambers expertise in this area is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners guides.

Domestically our barristers have conducted cutting edge human rights cases in all our practice areas and at all levels from the House of Lords to administrative tribunals. Full details of recent cases that our barristers have appeared in can be supplied. We offer appropriate expertise from Queen's Counsel to junior counsel and leading juniors. Members of chambers speak a wide variety of languages, ranging from Arabic to Turkish, French, Spanish and German.

Internationally our barristers have conducted human rights assignments in many areas of the world from Africa to the Middle East; from the Balkans to the USA and the Caribbean. Tooks also has an office and corresponding law firm in Harlem, New York.

Former Tooks member, Sir Adrian Fulford now serves as the first British Judge appointed to the International Criminal Court. This court hears the world’s most serious cases, including genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes.

Members of chambers have advised and appeared in international courts and tribunals including the European Court of Human Rights, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

Tooks members were instrumental in setting up Amicus to challenge the use of the death penalty, and we have conducted many capital appeals in the United States and the Caribbean. Our international expertise also includes European Convention law, refugee and asylum cases, discrimination law, election monitoring, observing and reporting on politically sensitive prosecutions, and advising governments and international NGOs on judicial reform and the rule of law.

To find out more about the expertise of Tooks Court Chambers in human rights, civil liberties and international law, please contact a member of the clerks' team.

There are over 60 practising barristers within Tooks and I feel sure that the other defendants in this trial will be being defended by some of them. It is essential that Tooks receives a thorough briefing from us about everything we know about 9/11, 7/7 and the so-called War on Terror - this will include input from Scholars for 9/11 Truth (Andrew, we need to see how this could be done best and which 'expert witnesses' could be mobilised at possibly very short notice).

If we influence the outcome of this major, high profile court case and a 'not guilty' verdict is given because the jury realises there are huge question marks about 9/11 and 7/7, we would make a huge leap forward. As I said in my first e-mail in this thread, we need to clear our decks now for this one and focus quickly and effectively to produce a successful outcome.

The fairytale goes on - I just hope the US 9/11 Truth movement can do something to b* up this charade:

Quote:
9/11 trial to focus on human cost

The human and emotional costs of the 9/11 attacks are to take centre stage at the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui.

The court will hear from relatives of some of those killed when hijacked planes were deliberately flown into New York's twin towers and the Pentagon.

The jury has to decide whether the self-confessed al-Qaeda member should be executed. On Monday, jurors said Moussaoui could face the death penalty.

He is the only man to be charged in the US in connection with the 9/11 attacks.

The 37-year-old French citizen has pleaded guilty to six counts of conspiracy to attack the US.

Cockpit tape

New York's former Mayor, Rudolph Giuliani, is expected to testify for the prosecution.

They are also said to be planning to read out the names of the 2,972 victims of the attacks, and show their pictures in court.

On Wednesday, Judge Leonie Brinkema ruled that a cockpit recording from the hijacked airliner that crashed in Pennsylvania could be played in the courtroom.
It is unclear whether the tape - which has so far only been played to victims' relatives - will be publicly released.

The judge has given relatives of the Flight 93 victims until Tuesday to request the audio be kept from the general public.

But she has said that if there were no objections, the recording will be released to the public the day after it is submitted as evidence.

Prosecutors want to use the recording to show the jury how passengers were treated by 9/11 hijackers.

The defence is expected to argue that Moussaoui - who has admitted to being a member of al-Qaeda - suffers from mental illness and had a difficult childhood.
