Hello every man woman and child.

Many people who use this forum are by now aware of an agenda for a new world order.

I would therefore like to offer a simple solution which is in the power of each individual to grasp and execute in order to find a remedy for the problems that together we now face.

It is apparent to me that many people have put in a lot of dedicated time and effort into achieving a greater awareness of key issues that have been bypassed by the mainstream.

Unfortunately it is my conclusion that ultimately this will not be enough.

Therefore what I propose is that we learn how to free ourselves and this means understanding who you are.

Some of you may be aware that you are NOT a PERSON you HAVE a PERSON.

A person is a corporation through an agreement with the government as evidenced by the Birth Certificate.

All governments are corporations, for example, the UNITED STATES is a for profit corporation operating out of Porta Rico, and the HOUSES OF PARLIMENT is a for profit corporation trading as THE HOUSE OF COMMONS and the LAYBOR PARTY is a corporation who are trading as ALISTAIRE DARLING who is a diplomat, and so they can operate with such benefits and privileges, (such as mass murder of innocent women and children), and receive immunity for their actions, and the UNITED KINGDOM is a for profit organisation operating from SUITE 100, BOREHAMWOOD, GB

If you are worried that globalisation is around the corner then I've got bad news. IT ALREADY HAPPENED OVER 70 YEARS AGO!

If you have managed to wrap your head around these facts then I post here for you the transcript of my last letter to the Judicial Office of the HOUSE OF LORDS. Names have been omitted for the protection of those concerned.

Dear xxxxxxxx,
Thank you for your speedy response to my letter dated xxxxx of which I note you have acknowledged the receipt of and I presume its contents. After some investigation it is my understanding that where a statute refers to a person it is defined under the interpretation Act 1978 as:

““Person” includes a body of persons corporate or unincorporate. [1889]”

And again under SCHEDULE 2 – “Application of Act to Existing Enactments”

“The definition of “person”, so far as it includes bodies corporate, applies to any provision of an Act whenever passed relating to an offence punishable on indictment or on summary conviction.”

Whereas in Blacks Law 8th Edition there is found the following definitions:

Artificial Person – An entity such as a body corporate, and,
Unincorporated association. See association (3).
association – 3 an unincorporated organisation that is not a legal entity separate from the persons who compose it.

In consideration of these facts a statute law is only applicable to an artificial person. Furthermore in the Interpretations ACT 1978 under ‘Judicial notice’ it clearly states:

“Every Act is a public Act to be judicially noticed as such, unless the contrary is expressly provided by the Act.”

This gives rise to my question of jurisdiction of a court in the UK posed in my last notice to you whereby the consideration of the person is paramount. This would be in regard to the relationship of the nature of association and voluntary mutual consent by which members are governed.
 
This is demonstrated in Blacks Law 8th Edition by the following definitions:
Public Act - see PUBLIC LAW (2) , and Public Law - the body of law dealing with the relationship between private individuals and the government.
Relationship – The nature of the association between two or more people; esp., a legally recognized association that makes a difference in the participants’ legal rights and duties of care.
Society – 2. An association or company of persons united by mutual consent., and, Mutual – belonging to two parties, and, Consent – agreement esp. given up voluntarily by a competent person.
I also happened to notice that at the beginning of Public Bodies Corrupt Practices Act 1889 it is clearly stated that:

“An Act for the more effectual Prevention and Punishment of Bribery and Corruption of and by Members, Officers, or Servants of Corporations, Councils, Boards, Commissions, or other Public Bodies.”
[30th August 1889]” [emphasis added],
And again we find in Blacks Law we find the following definitions;

Member - 1. Parliamentary Law. One of the individuals whom an organization or a deliberative assembly consists, and who enjoys the full rights of participating in the organization – including the right of making, debating, and voting on motions – except to the extent that the organization reserves those rights to certain classes of membership.
Name– A word or phrase identifying or designating a person or thing and distinguishing that person or thing from others, and, Thing – the subject matter of a right.”

WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN

It means the jurisdiction of a statute/Act is defined by the nature of association between a private individual and a government and must by definition be applied by the mutual consent of the two parties, and that in the absence of a name these agreement must exist only as and when they are contracted for.

So next to someone tries to act upon you remember if they are applying a STATUTE law then it is only by consent. The only problem is that every time without fail you do consent. This is because we unknowingly contract with the authorities through our legal fiction and agree to be prosecuted that they are able to act upon our human bodies, for example a government agent might ask you “are you MR WHOEVER and then when you say yes that is the beginning of a new contract and someone will have to pay the banks.

Don’t deny them anything merely respond with “Am I obliged to have a name?” This always answer there question politely with a question.
Understand no one but yourself and freedom will be yours. There is always a lawful remedy for whatever situation you are in but you will need to find it. Freedom is a STATE of mind.

Subject: Overcoming Social(ism) Security!



David is a US Navy veteran, pastor, and all-around ulcer in the gut of the Social Security Administration. He put a whoopin' on the US Navy (in federal court) when they attempted to bust him from the service over his religious objections to participating any longer in the Socialism System. David has also been fighting a battle against Virginia's DOT over SSN's on driver's licenses (under the "State Religious Freedom Preserved Act"). Those in this particular battle have developed numerous ways to overcome this "mark" of government ownership (slavery). We'll be discussing them, along with model state legislation being developed to DISconnect the SSN from assorted state licenses, as proposed in last year's Pennsylvania Assembly (Sponsor: Rep. John Payne R-106). The NVCCA is working with Mr. Charmichael to tweak Rep. Payne's bill (strengthening it) and it will shortly be available for any legislator in any state willing to tackle this particular component of the global beast system.

Furthermore, a NEW video series on the subject of the "Mark of the Beast & Social Security" will shortly be uploaded to the vimeo (www.vimeo.com/discipleaaron) web site to help YOU show state legislators (and preachers) how MANY people are having to endure persecution for their faith because of "Real ID" and related laws that decapitate you from society when you withdraw from their socialism. This is a particularly nasty fight in the state houses, because MANY federal "grants" are (perceived to be) tied to "voluntary" state programs & laws. States (irrationally) fear losing these monies if they don't obtain 100% "compliance" with these "voluntary" laws & programs. Even obtaining a silly state FISHING (hunting, professional, driving, etc.) license now "requires" disclosure of an SSN, because of Title 42, Section 666of the US Code! And though the federal government "recognizes" some of the religious "exceptions" to their "system," even granting passports to people without an SSN, the states are being more vigorous in their "enforcement" of these programs than the feds even require! This is a VICIOUS fight for the believers involved, and some battle-hardened warriors are going to participate in the discussion.

Fasten your seat belt folks, and join this call! If "overcoming" our national inheritance of slavery is of interest, or if you want a deeper understanding of the nuances of the new requirements on drivers (and other) licenses under "Real ID," THIS will be your favorite call yet!

is this the same place?

more interesting all of these companies are named London 2012 "something" limited, which i find interesting.

I came across that mary croft link recently and I'm very wary.
Have you seen the link on her page under 'blogroll'?
Its basically an ad to join some 'scheme'
There is a reply to her latest post saying that they are going to join the scheme that is advertised on her site.

We all have to be responcible for out own actions. I've read the book and tried some of the technologies and have had alot of success so far. particularlly with dealing with 3rd party contractors.

I also know alot of people who have had great success in finding remedy for all manner of things, from zeroing out a mortgage, dealing with credit card debts, extortionate utility bills and the such like, but what really interests me is the bonding of public corporations to prevent them for doing bad things.

For example I know a man who has bonded his local council not to fluridate the water supply.

This stuff is well worth investigating and devloping your own conclusions.

Mary croft is not the only one to offer services and it is up to you to decide if you want to "buy" in any services, but this is no replacment for study and devloping your standing. At the end of the day it is you as a human being who has the power to make something stick lawfully and you need to be fluid and savvy to what is going on.
