The complaint was not upheld. In conclusion, the Committee did not uphold any of the complaints raised against the programme regarding issues of accuracy or impartiality. ... The Committee found that there was no evidence that the editorial independence of the BBC had been compromised.

Summary of finding
The Committee, in its consideration, noted that four complainants had complained
about this programme. Three complaints appeals are addressed in this finding.
The Committee noted all of the concerns raised by the appellants and from their
complaints grouped the issues raised under five broad headings:

Who is it who pays the salaries of the 'Editorial Standards Committee'??
The British Brainwashing Corporation couldn't investigate 'editorial biase' if it fell out of a paper bag and hit these clowns on the head!! |

The BBC does indeed put on some excellent stuff - they re-show 'Dead in the Water' every June 8th, to commemorate the murderous Israeli attack on the USS Liberty; the trilogy 'Power of Nightmares'; and Francovitche's 'Gladio' trilogy. _________________ 'And he (the devil) said to him: To thee will I give all this power, and the glory of them; for to me they are delivered, and to whom I will, I give them'.
