(WMR) -- On April 26, 2010, WMR reported: “Multiple U.S. intelligence sources have reported to WMR that a super-classified network with only some 70 terminals in select U.S. government locations handled the parallel command-and-control activities that permitted the 9/11 terrorist attacks to be successful.
“The ‘above top secret’ network bears the acronym ‘PDAS.’ WMR has not yet discovered what the acronym stands for, however, the system is limited to only a few hundred people with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Special Access Program (SAP) need-to-know access, in addition to the President and Vice President.”
WMR has confirmed from multiple sources that PDAS is the Planning and Decision Aid System (PDAS) that is used to support the operational capabilities to the Joint Staff at the Pentagon and Combatant Commanders (COCOMs). The PDAS system is used to network Special Technical Operations (STO) elements located within the Joint Staff, COCOMs (with a significant presence within the US Central Command), military service information operations organizations, and the intelligence agencies (including the CIA, National Security Agency, and Defense Intelligence Agency).
The Department of Defense officially defines PDAS as “the Planning and Decision Aid System (PDAS) is an automated information system protected program under Secretary of Defense (SecDef). PDAS supports the planning and execution of Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO).”
WMR has been informed that IJSTO operations have also been used to target foreign leaders for assassination, including Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic (unsuccessful) and Rwandan President Juvenal Habyarimana and Burundian President Cyprien Ntaryamira (successful aerial assassination in 1994). One of the chief promoters of PDAS and Special Technical Operations during the Clinton administration was Supreme Allied Commander General Wesley Clark.
Access to the PDAS network is usually accompanied with access to other intelligence systems, including the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), as well as the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRnet).
PDAS has, since 9/11, been extended to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom..............

The Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System [JWICS] is JWICS is a 24 hour a day network designed to meet the requirements for secure (TS/SCI) multi-media intelligence communications worldwide. JWICS replaces the DDN DSNET3 as the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) component of the Defense Information System Network (DISN). It provides DODIIS users a SCI level high-speed multimedia network using high-capacity communications to handle data, voice, imagery, and graphics.
The system uses JDISS as its primary means of operator interface and display. In much the same way as ASAS, JWICS is an evolutionary system. The JWICS program initial or pilot phase established a hub and spoke circuit switched T1 backbone for point-to-point and multipoint video teleconferences (VTCS), broadcast of the Defense Intelligence Network (DIN), and variable bandwidth packet switched data communications. The Hybrid JWICS phase removed the DSNET3 PSNS, re-homed the lines to JWICS IP routers, and extended the JWICS to additional sites to form a mesh network. Some sites will have video and data capability on T1 lines, and some sites will have strictly data capability (64 kbps lines). The final phase--Goal JWICS--will replace Hybrid JWICS with a single commercially available technology that can accommodate data, voice, and video. This technology is expected to be asynchronous transfer mode (ATM). JWICS will ride the DISN as an overlay when the DISN acquires T3 lines.
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has directed that all Special Security Offices (SSOs) will install the JWICS.

Familiar stuff from Madsen.
His regular MO is to trot out nuggets of factual military/intel
structure or events and then link these via unnamed "sources"
to whatever line he is promoting.
Always with the unnamed sources.
Story after story. Hard to verify, eh?
Before you buy this latest tale, consider Madsen's
2004 Votefraud story -again from his "sources".
I exposed the flimsy nature of that story back then:

Difficult to verify: this is true. The first thing I attempted to do was to try to find a link between the systems mentioned and the E4B and couldn't find one.
In order to track the air traffic (particularly aircraft with transponders switched off) you'd need a separate radar and command and control system. The AWACS and E4B could provide that system. Strikingly, only the operators within the E4B would need to know what was going on - the AWACS gather the radar picture and transmit it to the E4B - so all the flight crews on the AWACS could be entirely clueless of their function.
As you know a Mystery White Plane - an E4B - flew over the Pentagon soon after the incident there on 9/11.
The majority (if not all) of the systems onboard the E4B can be found from publicly available documents on the internet - mainly concerning funding and finances. I can provide a link if you are interested. |
