Surely, that couldn't be someone's arm stuck up a prosphetic trunk, and if you think it is (just because you never see any other part of the elephant in frame when it's painting) then you're just a cynic.

Can you elaborate? What is a "Paint o Mine" elephant and what do you mean front & rear?

I've done some googling, and apparently these painting elephants are for real - it seems they're trained to just paint the same picture over and over again - but that's still pretty impressive.
I apologise for my earlier cynicism - just that time of year!
