CONGRESSMAN JERROLD NADLER of New York’s 8th Congressional District blasted Wednesday’s Second Circuit Court of Appeals decision that that former Environmental Protect Agency Administrator Christine Todd Whitman is immune from liability for false statements she made about air quality and public safety after the collapse of the World Trade Center in 2001. Nadler called Whitman’s proclamations that the air was safe to breathe “lies” and blamed her for thousands of injuries and many deaths. The Congressman said, “If permitted to stand, this interpretation means that government officials in the future can deceive the public and harm thousands of people with impunity. That should shock everyone's conscience.”

The air after 9/11 was full of pulverized material from the Twin Towers, much of whose structure and contents were somehow rapidly and violently transformed into sub-100-micron dust. Only a high energy explosive process, such as a controlled demolition, could turn so much of the building and its contents into pyroclastic flows of small particles and ultra-fine dust.

The dust from the World Trade Center was not only full of toxic metals from computers and wiring—it was also laden with asbestos. According to Karl Schwarz and other writers, on May 14th 2001, a judge in New Jersey ruled against the New York City Port Authority’s suit against its insurance companies seeking money for a massive World Trade Center asbestos-removal project. Shortly after that decision, the Port Authority began working to transfer ownership of the asbestos-ridden white elephant World Trade Center to “Lucky Larry Silverstein,” who would take full possession just six weeks before 9/11. Silverstein put only 14 million dollars down on his bizarre investment—and was able to collect more than 4.5 billion dollars in insurance money plus rights to rebuild when his white elephant was almost immediately demolished without a permit. Currently Silverstein is asking for another 12 billion dollars from insurance companies. If he wins, he will have made 16.5 billion dollars on a six week investment of 14 million dollars on an asbestos-ridden nightmare, an “albatross” that was already obsolete before it was finished, according to John Perkins, author of Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.

In bogus terror news, the New York Times has reported that the six Chicago street people who accepted $50,000 from an FBI agent who said he wanted to destroy Chicago’s Sears Tower will face a third trial, after their first two ended in mistrials.

In election news, the hoopla about Clinton and Obama obscured the fact that Republican candidate Ron Paul, who is still running for president despite the corporate media blackout of his candidacy, got 16% of the vote in Pennsylvania for a solid second place finish.

In Zionist insanity news, Israel's ambassador to the United Nations on Thursday called former President Jimmy Carter "a bigot" for meeting with a leader of the legitimate government of Palestine, Khaled Mashaal. And in more Zionist insanity news, the arrest of yet another Israeli nuclear spy “poses questions on the size of (the) Israeli spy ring” that has penetrated America’s nuclear, military and intelligence establishment, according to the Associated Press.

Finally, in war on freedom news, Steve Watson of http://www.infowars.net has reported that jackbooted stormtroopers are now roaming New York City subways. Watson writes that armoured police with MP5 machine guns recently began patrols of the New York transit system in name of fighting terror. Will the herds of sheeple in the subways put up with it? While trying to peacefully confront Laura and Jenna Bush on a sidewalk outside the event, We Are Change activist Gary was assaulted and arrested after refusing to obey illegal Secret Service orders to vacate a public sidewalk. His fellow We Are Change activist Matt Lepacek was arrested and brutalized after trying to ask a question during the Laura Bush speech. In false-flag terror news, a copy of the official military study of the blast effects of the Oklahoma City bombing is finally available on the internet thanks to Reprehensor of 911blogger.com! The study, which included a simulated bomb blast on a scaled-down model of the Alfred P. Murrah building, supported the conclusions of Brigadier Gen. Benton K. Partin, whose earlier study showed that there is absolutely no way that the damage at OKC was the result of a fertilizer bomb in a truck. As with the World Trade Center on 9/11, the Murrah building appears to have been destroyed with pre-planted military-grade explosives. Besides the forensic evidence, numerous early news reports show government agents removing unexploded bombs from the remains of the Murrah Building. Speaking of false-flag terror...the world’s leading sponsor of false-flag terror, Israel, has just taken a hit as another nuclear spy for Israel has been arrested. According to Reuters news agency, “The arrest of Ben-Ami Kadish indicates that Israeli spying revealed by the Pollard case, still an irritant to the U.S. alliance with Israel, may have spread wider than previously acknowledged.”

That may be an understatement. The long Israeli spying on the USA culminated during the year-long run-up to 9/11, during which more than a hundred Israeli spies were arrested and deported. Among the Israeli spies were those living virtually across the street from Mohammed Atta in Hollywood, Florida, as reported in Justin Raimondo’s book The Terror Enigma. In fact, there is some question about whether a man passing himself off as the Egyptian Mohammad Atta may have been an Israeli impersonator. In his book Welcome to Terrorland, Daniel Hopsicker reports that according to Atta’s girlfriend Amanda Keller, the “Atta” she know spoke fluent Hebrew as well as more than five other languages. There is no evidence that the real, Egyptian Mohammed Atta ever had a chance to learn Hebrew, the national language of Israel.

Along with shadowing and perhaps impersonating the alleged 9/11 hijackers, Israeli spies were caught wildly celebrating the destruction of the Twin Towers. The so-called “dancing Israelis” were arrested in New York after filming themselves cheering and high fiving in front of the burning, collapsing Towers. They were sent back to Israel after failing lie detector tests. In Israel, they admitted on Israeli TV that they had been sent to New York to “document” the destruction of the Twin Towers.

Israel has a long history of murderous false-flag operations directed at American citizens. In 1954, Israeli agents bombed American and British targets in Egypt. In 1967, Israeli military personnel brutally attacked an unarmed American spy ship, the USS Liberty, slaughtering 34 and wounding 173. In a No Lies News exclusive, we are pleased to report that another important American religious figure has publicly come out for 9/11 truth. Rev. Leland Stewart of the Unity and Diversity World Council (udcworld.org), a leading American interfaith organization, said last night on Kevin Barrett’s 9/11 and Empire radio show that he thinks the destruction of the World Trade Center was controlled demolition. Rev. Stewart expressed support for the 9/11 truth movement, and lamented the difficulty of convincing his fellow men and women of the cloth to take a serious look at the issue.

And in another No Lies News exclusive, another Air Traffic Controller has come out for 9/11 truth. Andrew Kornkven, a Minnesota Air Traffic Controller who also appeared on last night’s 9/11 and Empire radio show expressed his support for 9/11 truth and presented an unusual hypothesis about how the illusion of “Arab hijackings” may have been achieved by the true perpetrators of the 9/11 false-flag attack.

In war-that-will-not-end-in-our-lifetimes news, the US military continues to maneuver its forces into position for an attack on Iran. The intelligence website Debka.com has reported the “news of large US naval, air and marine forces on their way to beef up the Fifth Fleet in the Persian Gulf and Middle East...One US military sources advised DEBKAfile to keep a close eye on America’s military movements in the region for clues, because a concentration this heavy must have some purpose.” Meanwhile, the China post has reported the alarming deployment of three US aircraft carrier battle groups off Tawain. “The task forces with the Kitty Hawk, Nimitz and Lincoln in the lead are believed to continue the patrol until May 20. Of course, it's rather unusual. But what for?” The answer to that question may be, to deter Chinese retaliation if the US attacks China’s ally, Iran.

In election-sham news, Hilary Clinton won the Pennsylvania primary, or so the black-box voting machines claimed, after her campaign blitzed the airwaves with “images of Pearl Harbor and Osama bin Laden in a television ad that questioned Senator Barack Obama's ability to lead in a time of crisis.” In an interview on the eve of the election, Clinton ranted against Israel’s enemy and Ameria’s potential friend, Iran, saying "I want the Iranians to know that if I'm the president, we will attack Iran. In the next 10 years, during which they might foolishly consider launching an attack on Israel, we would be able to totally obliterate them."

Meanwhile, as the US dollar has reached a record low, and the price of oil approaches $120 a barrel, George W. Bush has set a new record for highest disapproval rating of any American president. A new Gallup Poll shows Bush with a 69% disapproval rating. As Bush famously said, “A dictatorship would be a whole lot easier, as long as I was the dictator.”

Finally, today, April 23rd, 2008, is the 392nd anniversary of the deaths of the two greatest figures in Western literature, Don Miguel de Cervantes and William Shakespeare. That’s right—Shakespeare and Cervantes died on the same calendar day, April 23rd, 1616. Today, on the anniversary of their deaths, the 9/11 truth movement faces a nation that, like Hamlet, keeps dillying and dallying instead of decisively putting an end to an evil regime that seized power through murder and lies. In worldwide groundswell for truth news...Iran's foreign ministry has approved of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejed’s questioning of the official story of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Foreign ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini told reporters there were "many ambiguities" in the US government’s account. Hosseini said, "Regarding 9/11, as long as all the aspects have not been clarified this remains a suspicious incident.” President Ahmadinejad last described 9/11 as a "suspect event" and cast doubt on the official story three times in just over a week.

The Iranian President is in good company. Among those who have strongly questioned 9/11 or called it an inside job are the former president of Italy Francesco Cossiga; Cuban President Fidel Castro; former German intelligence minister Andreas Von Bulow; a former member of the Russian equivalent of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Ivanov; former British cabinet minister, Michael Meacher; a leader of Japan’s opposition party, Yukihisa Fujita; and a long list of scientists, engineers, military and intelligence professionals, and other qualified people who are listed at http://www.patriotsquestion911.com

The alleged voice of al-Zawahri, broadcast on an “official al-Qaida website” (!) angrily responded that the Iranians’ questioning of 9/11 was “a lie” whose purpose was to suggest “that there are no heroes among the Sunnis who can hurt America as no else did in history.” Informed sources noted that al-Zawahri sounded exactly like the supposed al-Qaida guy denouncing 9/11 “conspiracy theories” in the Onion satire.

In more military-industrial-complex brainwashing news, the New York Times has reported that the supposedly objective “military analysts” you see on TV are shills. According to the Times story: “Hidden behind that appearance of objectivity... is a Pentagon information apparatus.” That Pentagon information apparatus, the Times reports, uses the bogus “analysts” to pump up public enthusiasm for war and military spending. The times called that brainwashing apparatus “a kind of media Trojan horse — an instrument intended to shape terrorism coverage from inside the major TV and radio networks.” Those who watched the obviously pre-scripted coverage on 9/11 know exactly what the New York Times is talking about.

The New York Times isn’t alone in suddenly taking it to the military-industrial complex. Steven E. Jones, Frank M. Legge, Kevin R. Ryan, Anthony F. Szamboti, and James R. Gourley have published the first pro-9/11-truth paper in an established peer-reviewed engineering journal. The landmark paper, published in TOCEJ, The Open Civil Engineering Journal, is entitled “Fourteen Points of Agreement with Official Government Reports on the World Trade Center Destruction.” The authors agree with fourteen government admissions about the destruction of the Twin Towers and WTC Building 7. Among the points of agreement are: The authors agree with FEMA that FEMA’s conceivable explanations for the collapse of Building 7, which did not include controlled demolition, “have only a low probability of occurrence.” They agree with FEMA that both Towers had been designed to withstand passenger jet impacts. They agree with NIST that the “pancake collapse theory” must be abandoned. They agree with NIST that the Towers fell at free-fall speed—11 seconds and 9 seconds respectively. They agree that fire endurance tests showed no collapses. They agree with NIST that the fires burned only briefly in any given location. They agree with NIST that the fires did not melt steel, but unlike NIST they wonder where all the molten steel came from. They agree with NIST that most of the evidence was destroyed, with only a small amount of steel saved for testing. They agree with FEMA that WTC steel suffered a high-temperature attack with sulfidation. They agree with NIST that NIST did not test for thermite, the most likely cause of high-temperature sulfidation. And they agree with NIST that NIST failed to explain the total collapses of the buildings.

The paper has been hailed as a major accomplishment by many factions of the 9/11 truth movement, including at least one who has sometimes been critical of Dr. Jones. Philosophy of science professor emeritus and GCN radio host Jim Fetzer called the paper “brilliant” and used the occasion of its publication to call for unity in the 9/11 truth movement.

The Pilots group has found that the black box reconstruction of Flight 93’s path contradicts eyewitness evidence and forensic data from the alleged crash scene.
