It is even stranger that all the sites puportedly used by Al-CIA-duh to spread their 'evil message' are hosted on server companies based in the US & registered to western companies......... & another thing, the WHOIS LOOKUP results keep changing. See here for an article on this.

Of course, the sites won't be shut down (even though they probably could be) because the presence of such sites gives an outlet/excuse for the ...a statement on the internet, purportedly from al-Qaeda .... line

I don't know where to put this - I haven't worked the forum out yet.

Its not news as in new, but does anyone know whether this is still going ahead?

The USA are sure to win I'd think purely because they've got the most power (and the most corrupt lawyers, maybe its worth looking in 'Revolving Doors' to see if any of them listed also have positions in the US government employ? Or has that already been done?).

If they do win, isn't it likely to be used by the US gov as "absolute proof" that it has nothing to do with the US? Guessing that that's why they "urged" the class action to begin with?
