Next "Attack" in Britain - Where might it be?

In conversation with someone today, he made a guess as to where the next bombing in Britain might take place. It might be Birmingham. Why? Because it was evacuated for 6 or 7 hours on 10th July.

What better time for "someone" to plant a few bombs....

Spread the idea - it could be completely wrong or silly, or it could save some lives because if enough people are wise to the idea.... the PTB might not be able to activate their plan.

I am not saying "avoid Birmingham" or meaning to scare people (even though the idea is scary, and how would we know when someone was going to set them off), but I think it is worth putting the idea forward in case it turns out to be correct. (If it did come to pass, it may not be for another 6-18 months, once people have forgotten about the recent evacuation).
