Please reinstate my website and allow me access to the website content. I own this content, you have no right to deny me access to it even if you feel you have the right to suspend public access to the site.
For your interest I have copied the "mass commercial email" that you are complaining about, it is at the end of this email.
You can see that this was not a commercial mass email. It was to a selected list of less than 5,000 people who requested email from the UK 911 Truth Campaign or had contributed to the 911truth.co.uk forum. Some of these people are hostile to 911 Truth and/or have forgotten that they contributed to the forum.
Who was the complainant by the way? It seems a bit Orwellian that you are operating censorship on the basis of an anonymous complaint. Did you know that some people deliberately get put on lists do that they can then complain that they have been spammed? Politics is a dirty game, I'm afraid.
I received about 60 complaints and/or unsubscribe requests out of 4,000 on the list when it first went out three weeks ago. This is inevitable when you send out to a newly compiled list. The problem was compounded because a glitch in Mailman meant that there was no automatic way to unsubscribe.
When I sent out the second email to the list last week there was a clear unsubscribe option and so far about 20 people have unsubscribed.
You have caved in to politically motivated censorship by the pro-war lobby without even asking me for a comment.
Please reconsider.

There's a clear lesson in this for all of us.
1 If you are building a site, duplicate content on safe backup's, that are not easily siezed
2 If you see any content, especially video's on Google or Youtube that is worth preserving, these get quickly taken down for spurious 'infringement of terms of use' reasons. Make copies
3 If you find a really good post, copy it and post it on related sites. T.H.E.Y can take down one or two, but not every one
4 This one perhaps goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway. Make your passwords as complex as possible |

I find it quite alarming that in this arena, holding a local copy is not 'automatic' procedure.

www.keepvid.com makes it relatively easy to do.

Not for much longer, it would seem the NWO is only now gearing up to counter what they should have foreseen a decade ago (see Netanyahu's recent speech for example).
It puzzles me that 'activists' have not taken more advntage of this loophole in 'full spectrum dominance' (present company excepted).
Time is running out for the net as a tool for education so archive everything and dust off yer Xerox machines...
