Erm....not quite.

Paratroop parachutes are traditionally different to aircrew ones, being to a stronger design because of the extra equipment carried by a soldier.
And fighter pilot harnesses with a back or seat parachute are different to those used by bomber crew or escapees from large aircraft with chest mounted ones.

The unfortunate crash test dummy substitute is wearing a luftwaffe fighter type early style which has a different shoulder strap arrangement than the type illustrated below used later in the war (1944). Apart from that, the designs are identical, although most quick release point type harnesses look superficially similar.
