Surely this is concrete evidence that Karl Rove conspired to blacklist huge amounts of American voters and therefore counterfeit the two Presidential votes this century, and has put in place measures to do the same this time around.

Why has this story been so suppressed - apart from the usual answers pertaining to media coverups? I think it deserves much discussion, since it proves without doubt that Rove was hard at work to defraud the American people before suddenly resigning last year.
