war on civil liberties, research help needed

iam compiling a list of measures implimented and/or attempted, that curtail or restrict or take away our civil liberies since 9/11 and since 7/7. such as the dictatorship bill, alos a list of injustices such as nonsense arrests ie the man arrested in the uk for listening to, and singing along to, the clash and ledd zeppelin. the taxi driver thought the lyrics meant he might be a terrorist!
this information can be used for future campaigns/demos etc
