Liverpool Echo saturday 5th July Kids from Chernobyl contaminated with nuclear nasties have been prevented from coming to Merseyside for a holiday and respite because Russian biometric id now requires fingerprints and many of the kids from poor families cannot afford the 12 hour round trip from Belarus to Minsk to provide fingerprints. _________________ JO911B.
