Guiliani trucking dirt 9/11?

Don't know if I should be posting this here but anyways, someone gave me a Judy Wood DVD and( I must lead a sheltered life) for the first time I heard about Guiliani trucking in and out soil from 9/11 onward to cover the tiny pile of WTC rubble only to be later removed and systematically replaced/removed/replaced. All this under the cover story/lie he was removing WTC debris!

What is the official spin on covering WTC structural failure collapsed building rubble with soil, surely this is unprecedented in building collapse history?

I realise 'Dr. Judy Wood' is a trigger word for many in the 'movement', I had a knee jerk reaction when I recieved the DVD myself but I don't know what I think now .
