'We are at a critical time in the fight for peace, racial justice, government accountability and personal freedom.

At this moment when we are taking a few days together with loved ones during the holidays we are also aware that what each of us does and will do in the pursuit of justice will make a very big difference now and for generations to come.

All over this country young people have been in the streets passionately continuing the struggle for civil rights. We must support them.

We also need to support the organizations that play such a critical role day in and day out all around the country.

Since its inception I have been a part of the work of the Answer Coalition. We all count on ANSWER which has demonstrated remarkable effectiveness and consistency in mobilizing public opinion within the United States on behalf of of peace and justice.
