Laser projector image on Houses of Parliament?

I noticed the Sun NEWSPAPER used one of these devices to beam a massive Happy birthday greeting on Windsor Castle for a few minutes before police moved them on.Perhaps we could do the same on a famous building somewhere with this image or similar:

Not sure how much these laser projectors cost but what d'ya think?
